        학교보건교육의 효과 평가 방안

        An evaluation in school education systems should identify what students achieve and what they do not. Since 2010, if the health education curriculum is provided as a selective course in middle and high school settings, the national health education standards are required because these affect on students' applications of a higher stage of education. It would be better that each school follows their autonomy to evaluate each student's achievement on the health education. In addition, the national health education standards should be set to assess the effectiveness of seven categories in health education. It is hard to achieve good results through 17 hours of the health education per a semester. Therefore, the health education would be better to provide more than 50 hours per a semester, and the 3th graders instead of 5th graders are suitable for taking the health education because they are more flexible to change their lifestyle toward healthier life. There are two categories in the health education, such as "Mental Health" and "Society and Health" which are expanded from originally seven categories of the health education. Moreover, professional training programs for school nurses should be provided because these two categories are relatively a new domain for them. Finally, all elementary middle and high schools have a school nurse to decrease inequal opportunities of the health education between urban and rural area. When these suggestions are all set in school systems, our students' health behaviors will be improved as well as the effectiveness of the health education.

      • 황화수소환경에서 A106 Gr-B 강 용접부의 응력부식균열 특성 평가

        Sulfide stress cracking (SSC) of materials exposed to oilfield environment containing hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) has been recognized as a materials failure problem. Laboratory data and field experience have demonstrated that extremely low concentration of H₂S may be sufficient to lead to SSC failure of susceptible materials. In some cases, H2S can act synergistically with chlorides to produce corrosion and cracking failures. SSC is a form of hydrogen embrittlement that occurs in high strength steels and in localized hard zones in weldment of susceptible materials. In the heat-affected zones adjacent to welds, there are often very narrow hard zones combined with regions of high residual stress that may become embrittled to such an extent by dissolved atomic hydrogen. On the base of understanding on sulfide stress cracking and its mechanism, SSC resistance for the several materials, those are ASTM A106 Gr B using in the oil industries, are evaluated.

        초등학교 고학년 학생의 라이프스킬 수준과 건강위험행동 간의 관련성

        지식이나 바람직한 태도 형성을 뛰어넘어, 일상생활 속에서 적용할 수 있는 라이프 스킬의 습득은 청소년들의 건강위험행동을 줄이기 위한 건강교육에 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구는 한국 초등학생의 인지된 라이프스킬과 건강위험행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 서울과 경기 지역의 초등학교 2개 교의 5, 6학년 학생 200명을 무선표집하여 구조화된 설문조사표를 이용하여 2017년 9월~10월까지 설문을 실시하였다. 최종 수집된 190명의 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test와 one-way ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 초등학교 고학년 학생들의 라이프스킬 (자아존중감, 비판적 사고 스킬, 의사결정스킬, 스트레스대처스킬) 인식 수준은 대상자의 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이들의 건강위험행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 의사결정스킬 수준, 성별, 학업성취도, 미디어에 대한 비판적 사고 스킬 수준이었고, 23.9%의 설명력을 보였다. 초등학교 고학년 학생의 경우 인지된 라이프스킬의 수준이 높지 않고, 건강위험행동을 하는데 있어 의사결정스킬과 비판적 사고와 같은 라이프스킬이 습득된 정도와 성별, 성적에 따라 영향을 받으므로 보건교육에 있어서 라이프스킬을 기반으로 하는 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 요구된다. Helping teens acquire life skills applicable to daily life in addition to knowledge or desirable attitudes is essential in health education to lessen their health risk behaviors. The purpose of this study was to determine upper elementary students’ life skills and health risk behaviors and to identify factors, including variables associated with life skills, influencing their health risk behaviors. 190 of fifth and sixth graders was recruited from two elementary schools in Korea. Between September and October 2017, Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed (i.e, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis). Demographic differences in life skills (self-esteem, critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills) were significant. Multiple regression analysis of factors impacting elementary students’ health risk behaviors indicated an explanatory power at 23.9% of the model. Decision-making skills, gender, academic achievement, and critical thinking skills about media were variables influencing elementary students’ health risk behaviors. The participants possessed inadequate life skills, and their health risk behaviors were influenced by their life skills, substantiating the need to develop and utilize educational programs based on life skills in health education.

        강남, 강북 지역간 초등학생의 스트레스 수준과 대처행동의 비교

        Purpose : The Purpose of this study was to compare stress level and stress coping behavior of elementary students in southern and northern area of Han river. Methods: This was a descriptive comparative survey using a convenience sample of 403 5th-and 6th-grade students. The data were analyzed by χ2-test, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression using SPSS 11.5 statistical program. Results: The level of stress and stress coping behavior according to northern and southern elementary students of seoul, Stress levels tended to increase more significantly with less satisfied life, more study time, in female students than male students. in northern students, and with more individual factors. With regard to stress coping behaviors, students with higher life-satisfaction tended to use active coping, and female students used more positive and mystic coping than negative coping. Conclusion : Students living in northern area, and more female students than male students showed a high level of stress, and students with a higher stress level were better able to cope with stress. Thus, it could be concluded that programs to lower stress levels are needed more than stress intervention programs.

      • A106 Gr B강 용접부의 부식피로균열 거동특성 및 균열길이 측정 신뢰성 평가

        In this paper, electrochemical corrosion and corrosion fatigue crack growth characteristics of a multi-pass welded A 106 Gr B steel pipe were assessed in a 5.0 wt% NaCl solution that was saturated with H₂S gas at room temperature. Two crack measurement techniques, the DCPD method and strain gage method were applied and compared their usefulness. From the results, corrosion rate increased with applied current increase, and corrosion fatigue crack growth rate in corrosion environment was larger than that of in air. Comparing two crack measurements, the strain gage method was more effective than the DCPD method because the DCPD method was variable according to the magnitude of applied current.

        수도권지역 간호대학생들의 셀프리더십 수준

        본 연구는 수도권지역 3년제 간호대학 4개교 1,2,3학년 남녀학생 2,059명을 대상으로 셀프리더십 수준과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여, 향후 간호 대학생들의 리더십 증진을 위한 방안을 모색하고, 인성교육프로그램개발의 기초자료를 제공할 목적으로 수행하였다. 구체적 목표는 대학생들의 성별, 학년별 리더십수준을 파악하고 배경변인에 따른 리더십수준의 차이를 파악하고 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 변인이 무엇인지 알아 보기위하여 SPSS Program 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Multiple Regression로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 남학생이 여학생보다 리더십수준이 높았고, 3학년이 1, 2학년보다 높았다. 대학생들의 리더십에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 연령, 종교, 동아리참여, 대학생활만족도, 적성, 경제수준이 대학생들의 리더십에 유의하게 영향을 주는 변수로 확인되었다. 즉 연령이 높은 학생일수록(p=.022), 동아리 활동에 참여하는 학생일수록(p<.001), 대학생활만족도가 높은 학생일수록(p<.001), 간호학 전공적성이 잘 맞다고 응답한 학생일수록(p<.001), 경제상태가 상위층일수록(p<.001) 리더십 수준이 유의하게 증가되었고, 설명력은 18.5%였다. 이러한 결과는 간호 대학생들의 학교 동아리 참여나 봉사활동을 활성화시키고 대학생활을 만족할 수 있도록 하는 학생중심의 다양한 인성교육 프로그램이 개발되어야 함을 시사하고 있으며 대학 교육과정에 리더십 프로그램을 개발하여 운영해 나가는 노력도 필요하다. Purpose: The purposes of this study were to explore self leadership of nursing students and identify the factors affecting their self leadership. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional descriptive study. Participants were 2,059 nursing students who were in four 3-year nursing programs located in Metropolitan area participated in. The data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe-test, and Multiple Regression analysis. Results: The total self leadership score was 3.57. To investigate the factors affecting self leadership among nursing students, the age, participation in school club activities, satisfactions of college life, aptitude for nursing, and economic status factor were found as affecting factors. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to improve self leadership among nursing students. students are encouraged to join club activities in school. There are also needs to build more student-centered learning environment which results in high levels of student satisfaction and to initiate character education program such as self leadership program.

      • 오픈스트리트 맵을 활용한 지도 수업 설계 및 적용 사례 : 중학교 자유학기제를 사례로

        본 논문은 웹지도 중에서 오픈스트리트맵(OpenStreetMap,OSM)을 지도 교육에서 효과적으로 활용하는 방안에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위해 지리교육에서의 지도 교육의 교육적 의의와 그 실태를 파악하고, 웹지도 활용 교육의 필요성과 실태, 그리고 융합교육 측면에서 오픈 소스의 지도활용 수업에 대해 살펴보았다. 세부적으로 OSM을 활용하기 위해서 실제로 어떻게 구성되며 어떤 방법으로 활용될 수 있는지 살펴보고, OSM을 다양하게 활용 할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 연구 내용으로 실제 중학교 지리교육과정 속에서 어떻게 적용하고 활용할 수 있는지 살펴보았다. 중학교 1학년 사회 교과에서의 수업 설계를 통해서 교수-학습 방법을 개발하고, 학생들과 수업을 한 후 그 효과를 분석하여 융합 수업의 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. 특히 단기간의 수업이 아닌, 중학교 1학년 자유학기제를 활용해 여러 차시에 걸쳐 적용해 볼 수 있었다. 실제 수업 과정을 통해서 학생들이 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 웹사이트 지도와는 다른 OSM만의 지도 교육의 효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 학생들의 지도에 대한 인식의 변화와 OSM의 활용을 통한 지도 교육이 얼마나 효과적인지 확인하였다. Today, students in middle and high school, who are highly accustomed to web services and mobile communication and the internet, have enjoyed interactive communications with digital devices. Their participation in the creations and exploration of digital contents suggest a new way of map learning attitude and motivation, showing not just a consumer of information from teacher-oriented knowledge but a mapping knowledge producer. This paper, as a preliminary attempt for exploring map based teaching and learning class at the middle school level, shows a case study using OpenStreetMap based geography class at middle school, have been practising in Free Semester System. The OSM characteristics as a web-based mapping platform were investigated, and the middle school students participated to create their maps and practised their maps into editing and retrieving processes. Finally, from the students’ mapping performance, this study identified the usefulness of OSM in geography class at middle schools, confirming teaching and learning possibilities and competitiveness of student-centred learning of geography and map education in a digital era.

        보건교육 실태 및 내용 요구도 조사

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the current conditions and to analysis the needs of health education contents in school nurses and elementary school children. Methods : The survey was conducted through the questionnaire with school nurses and students. Subjects were 60 school nurse and 1483 elementary school children. Data was collected based on the from Mar to Apr. 2004. Finally, data was analyzed using mean, SD, and t-test. Results : The students need the health education related safety, oral hygiene, visual promotion, scoliosis prevention, cyber addiction prevention, anti-bullying and school violence prevention. School nurses suggest the contents of health education such as sex education, drug misuse and overuse prevention. There was also a difference in the need of health education among the school nurse and students. Conclusion:I suggest that health education should be conducted taking students' demand in each grade into consideration. School nurses need to positively improve the priorities of health education based on the students' demand.
