Sterilization of oak sawdust at 65oC for Lentinula edodes bed cultivation can be efficient in sterilization facility cost, but its effect on the mushroom production is uncertain due to high contamination probability. The effective conditions for L. edodes hyphal growth in the low temperature sterilized oak sawdust were investigated with combinations of three sterilization temperatures (65oC, 100oC and 121oC) and four cultivation temperatures (15oC, 20oC, 25oC, and 30oC). L. edodes inoculation density effect was also tested with 1 cm, 2 cm, and 4 cm distance in the sawdust (4%, 11% and 25% inoculation rate by surface area). L. edodes hyphal growth in the sawdust sterilized at 65oC was as much as at those 100oC and 121oC when the fungus cultured below 25oC, but it was greatly reduced when cultured at 30oC. And the sawdust medium with 1cm distance inoculation density was fully occupied with L. edodes hyphae, but those with 2~4 cm distance inoculation were contaminated by 14~33%. Therefore, we conclude that low temperature sterilized oak sawdust needs to be cultured under 25oC after sufficient inoculation by 25% for successful bed cultivation of L. edodes.

본 연구는 충청북도 괴산군 연풍면 조령산 일대 분포하는 식물상을 체계적이고 객관적으로 분석하여 자연환경보전의 기초 자료 제공과 더불어 충청북도 내 분포하는 식물상의 데이터베이스화하는데 목적이 있다. 조사시기는 2004년 11월부터 2005년 9월까지 계절별로 조사를 수행하였고 조사경로는 A 경로(휴량림 입구∼신선봉), B 경로(신선봉∼마패봉), C 경로(조령 제3관문∼마패봉), D 경로(용성골∼깃대봉)로 구분하여 실시하였다. 관속식물상 조사결과, 85과 219속 299종 36변종 6품종 등 총 341분류군으로 관찰되었다. 산림청 지정 희귀 및 멸종위기식물은 백작약, 꼬리진달래, 태백제비꽃 등 3분류군이 조사되었다. 한국특산식물은 개비자나무, 호랑버들, 매화말발도리, 조팝나무, 털조록싸리, 산앵도나무, 참배암차즈기, 병꽃나무, 고려엉겅퀴 등 총 9분류군이 확인되었다. 자원식물상 조사결과, 관상용 식물자원은 171종(50.1%), 식용식물자원은 222종(65.1%), 약용식물자원은 237종(69.5%), 기타용 식물자원은 146종(42.8%)으로 나타났다. This study was carried out objectively to analyze the distributing flora for the conservation of natural environment and to construct the database in Mt. Joryeong, Chungcheongbuk-do, Korea. The period of survey was from November, 2004 to September, 2005, and the routes were A (Recreation forest∼Shinseon−bong), B (Shinseon−bong∼Mapae−bong), C(Joryeong 3rd gateway∼Mapae−bong), and D (Yongseong−gol∼Gitdae−bong). The vascular plants were summarized as 341 taxa; 85 families, 219 genera, 299 species, 36 varieties, and 6 forma. The rare and endangered plants designated by Korea Forest Service were 3 taxa; Paeonia japonica, Viola albida, and Rhododendron micranthum. The Korean endemic plants were 9 taxa; Cephalotaxus harringtonia, Salix caprea, Deutzia coreana, Spiraea prunifolia for. simpliciflora, Lespedeza×tomentella, Vaccinium koreanum, Salvia chanroenica, Weigela subsessilis, and Cirsium setidens. And in the results of survey on resource plants, we confirmed 171 taxa of ornamental plants (50.1%), 222 taxa of edible plants (65.1%), 237 taxa of medicinal plants (69.5%) and 146 taxa of other useful plants (42.8%).

본 연구는 충청북도 제천시 생태숲 조성예정지의 자원식물상을 체계적으로 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 이 지역은 북위 37°12, 동경 127°57에 위치하고 2004년 3월부터 10월까지 조사하였다. 관속식물상은 83과 238속 324종 44변종 3품종 등 총 371종류가 확인되었고 자원식물상 조사결과 관상용 식물자원은 178종 (47.98%), 식용 식물자원은 232종(62.53%), 약용 식물자원은 257종(69.27%), 기타용 식물자원은 154종(41.51%)로 나타났다. 산림청 희귀 및 멸종위기식물은 너도바람꽃, 백작약, 태백 제비꽃, 미치광이풀로 조사되었다. This study was carried out systematically to grasp the resource plants in construct-reserved site of ecological forest, Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do, Korea. This site was located at 37^{\circ}12 in latitude and 127^{\circ}57 in longitude and the period of survey was from March to October, 2004. The vascular plants were summarized as 371 taxa; 83 families, 238 genera, 324 species, 44 varieties and 3 forma. And in the results of survey on resource plants, we confirmed 178 taxa of ornamental plants(47.98%), 232 taxa of edible plants(62.53%), 257 taxa of medicinal plants(69.27%) and 154 taxa of other useful plants(41.51%). The rare and endangered plants designated by Korea Forest Service were 4 taxa; Eranthis stellata, Paeonia japonica, Viola albida and Scopolia japonica.
