        織物의 保溫性에 關한 統計學的 硏究

        In order to investigate the warmth retaining properties of fabrics some characteristics such as thickness, porosity, packing density, thermal conductivity, moisture regain and air permeability were measured and experimental results were analysed statistically to relate the warmth retaining properties with those characteristics. From the analysis, the following results were obtained. 1. When the warmth retaining properties of fabrics (Y) are dependent variable and thickness (X_1), porosity (X_2), packing density (X_3), thermal conductivity (X_4), moisture regain (X_5) and air permeability (X_5) are independent variables, the regression equation of warmth retaining properties can be represented as follows. 1) Y=1.6005+46.8174x_1, (R=0.9487) 2) Y=-1.4187+26.5072X_1,+0.2055X_2 (R=0.9704) 3) Y=-3.6908+17.4482X_1,+0.1782X_2+28.3243X_3, (R=0.9756) 4) Y=0.9202+16.9553X_1,+0.1167X_2+30.3577X_3+1.8884X_4, (R=0.9792) 5) Y=0.9353+17.2266X_1+0.1177X_2+28.9821x_3,-1.8302X_4,+0.0151X_5 (R=0.9792) 6) Y=0.7583+17.2343X_1,+0.1196x_2+28.8830X_3-1.8336X_4,+0.0187X_5+0.0004X_5 (R=0.9792) 2. The warmth retaining properties of fabrics are merely affected by adding thermal conductivity, moisture regain and multiple regression equation which contains thickness, porosity and packing density as variables. Therefore the multiple regression which contains thickness, porosity and packing density as variables Y=-3.6908+17.4482X_1,+0.1782X_2+28.3243X_3, is highly practical.

        변이할당분석과 입지계수를 이용한 광주광역시 제조업의 경쟁력 분석

        The main aim of this article is to analyze the industrial production changes of Gwangju Metropolitan City using the shift-share techniques. This paper also incorporates the location quotient into the BCG matrix, because the former provides a measure of the relative concentration (or specialization) of each sector in Gwangju, and the latter takes into account the effect of time exposure and point on the dynamism of the regional specialization. The shift-share analysis shows that regional competitive component plays a very important role for most of changes of industrial production, of which regional competitiveness is overwhelmingly greater than national and industrial component for chemicals products, rubber products, non-metallic mineral products, basic metals, electrical equipment, other machinery and equipment, and motor vehicles. This study shows that food products, chemicals products, medical and precision instruments, other machinery and equipment, and wood products with positive IC and RC belong to growth or mature area, so it is recommended to let those manufactures continue carry out their activities and promote them for a further. Beverages, rubber products and motor vehicles with a high level of LQ but with a declining trend with its negative LQ growth rate are recommended to direct the development policy towards promotion of these manufactures with the aim to progressively move them towards the sector ‘MATURE’. It is also recommended that paper wearing apparel, paper products and printing would be transformed to the more promising industry, since they are not only on the area with negative RC and IC, but have low level of LQ and falling growth rate of LQ. 본고는 변이할당분석, 입지계수, 보스턴 매트릭스를 적용하여 광주 제조업의 고용자수 변동을 요인별로 분해한다. 변이할당의 정태적 분석을 실시하여 16개 제조업 중 국가요인이 주요 변동요인이며 부문요인이 지역경쟁력요인보다 더 큰 효과를 갖는 자동차 제조업을 제외하고 지역경쟁력요인이 가장 큰 요인이라는 것을 밝힌다. 변이할당분석과 입지계수 그리고 BCG를 결합하여 부문요인과 경쟁력요인이 양의 값인 식료품, 화학물질, 의료정밀기기, 기타 기계장비, 목재 제조업은 지원이 없어도 스스로 성장할 수 있으며, 부문요인은 양의 값을 가지나 경쟁력이 음의 값인 산업에서 음료, 고무, 전기장비, 자동차 제조업은 쇠퇴영역에 속하나 입지계수가 크고 산업의 전망이 좋기 때문에 지원을 통해 경쟁력을 향상시키는 방안이 강구되어야 한다는 점을 보인다. 섬유제품, 1차금속, 전자부품 제조업은 경쟁력이 있으나 부문전망이 밝지 않고 특화정도가 낮기 때문에 지원 여부에 대한 신중한 접근이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 의복, 종이, 인쇄업은 도입영역에 위치하고 있고, 지역과 산업의 경쟁력이 약하기 때문에 타 산업으로의 전환을 고려해야 함을 밝힌다

      • 비대칭 경로를 지원하는 개선된 DSR 라우팅에 관한 연구

        This paper introduces a dynamic source routing protocol supporting asymmetric routes on mobile ad hoc network. For performance evaluation, average route discovery time, average data transfer time, average route recovery time and data reception rate were considered with several scenarios relating to connection pattern, moving scenario, usage of secondary route chche in intermediate nodes and periodic hello message interval. As the results, we found that the data reception rate increased as the node mobility went down and the number of maximum connections between nodes was reduced. In the case that secondary route cache was used in the intermediate nodes, the average data transfer time was decreased because the possibility of route discovery to destination node was increased. In addition, it was found that the hello message interval at 0.1 to 1 second was fairly good.

        The main objective of this research is to analyze empirically structure of foreign distribution channels and attempts to take into account inadequacies of existing modes, As its starting point, the market failure model is taken into account, more specifically, transaction cost economics, which postulates that transaction structure is determined by asset specificity, uncertainty, frequency, and bounded rationality,<br/> Results of this study show that the transaction cost framework appears to offer a useful explanation for internal organizations in the foreign distribution channels of Korean firms.

        매실산업 활성화 방안 : 광양지역

        전남 광양지역은 전국매실의 28%를 생산하는 전국 제일의 매실주산지로서, 전체 농가의 36.7%가 매실을 재배하고 있으며, 전체 농업소득 중 매실소득이 19.8%를 차지하고 있는 바, 본 논문은 한국의 매실산업 현황을 살펴보고, 전국 최대의 매실산지인 광양지역을 중심으로 매실산업의 문제점을 분석하고 대안을 모색하는 데 있다. 연구 분석을 위하여 1980년부터 2009년까지의 문헌연구 및 각종 통계자료를 활용하여 매실산업의 현황을 검토하였으며, 매실산업 관계자 그룹에 대한 심층면접을 실시하여 광양지역 매실산업의 문제점 및 활성화 방안을 도출하였다. 매실산업의 문제점으로는 첫째, 재배면적 및 생산량은 급증하고 있으나, 소품목 위주의 가공시장으로 소비확대가 제한되어 있으며, 둘째, 영세한 경영여건으로 가격경쟁력이 낮아 가공용 제품 생산에 제한되고, 셋째, 매실의 학술적 기능성 및 약리성에 대한 홍보가 부족하고, 넷째, 매실 효능에 대한 소비자의 인식수준 미흡으로 수요 다변화가 이루어지지 않는다는 점이 문제점으로 나타났다. 매실산업의 활성화 방안으로서는 먼저, 고품질 안전농산물 생산 및 연구기능 강화로 소비자에게 신뢰성 있는 상품을 제공하여야 하며, 둘째, 영세한 생산여건을 규모화 생력화 정보화를 통해 생산비 절감으로 소비계층 확대를 도모하고, 셋째, 체계적인 상품관리 및 집적화를 위해 광양 순천 하동 등 3대 주산지를 연계한 매실 클러스터를 구축하여, 공동브랜드와 공동물류조직을 확대하여 산업의 시너지 효과를 달성해야 하며, 마지막으로 매실의 주요 수입국인 일본을 비롯하여 해외시장 개척에도 노력해야 한다는 사실을 확인하였다. The Prunus mune (Maesil) is vital to the Gwangyang economy. This is because some 28 percent of the Prunus mune is produced in Gwangyang region and one-third of its farmhouses grow the Prunus mune. The Prunus mune products, therefore, approximately account for 20 percent of the agricultural income of this region. This paper, hence, aims at studying how to increase the demand for the Prunus mume products. The consumers, who might be called green consumers, tend to purchase the environment-friendly agricultural products rather than usual ones. In this respect, we can say that the Prunus mune industry has a good opportunity for enlarging the market, since the Prunus mune begins to be recognized as a health functional food. The paper suggests that something should be done to increase the demand for the Prunus mune items produced in Gwangyang. The Prunus mune products must be differentiated as well as segmented according to the income and the ages of consumers. It is also very important to develop environment-friendly Prunus mune products as a product mix strategy. The local government should launch a policy for establishing food clusters and make an effort to induce R&D investment and develop new products. Those measures enable the small-sized firms to overcome the deterioration of the competitiveness and enjoy the economies of scale. The cluster-based policy framework is very efficient but should be complemented with infrastructure policies for the better policy-mix.

        열자극 전류 방법을 이용한 비정질 In-Ga-Zn-O 박막의 갭 분포 결정

        The density of states (DOS) of amorphous In-Ga-Zn-O (a-IGZO) thin films was determined using simultaneous measurements of the thermostimulated current (TSC) and the low-intensity photocurrent. The donor-like DOS, which ranged from -0.3 eV below the conduction band minimum (Ec) to the Fermi level, showed broad Gaussian distributions centered at peak energies of around -0.6 eV. By fitting with two Gaussian functions, in the DOS of a-IGZO thin films, we found a deep level centered at -0.65 eV with a peak value of 2.3 × 1019 cm−3eV−1 and a shallow level centered at -0.32 eV with a peak value of 1.8 × 1018 cm−3eV−1. The origins of the donor-like DOS peaks obtained from such a TSC method were also discussed. 본 논문에서는 열자극 전류 (TSC)와 약한 세기의 광전류를 동시에측정하는 방법을 사용하여 a-IGZO 박막의 전도띠단 Ec 이하 -0.3 eV 부터 페르미 준위 까지의 주개형 상태 밀도 (DOS)를 구하였다. a-IGZO 박막의 주개형 DOS는 -0.6 eV 근처에서 피크를 보이는 넓은 가우스 분포형태로 나타났다. 두 개의 가우스 함수 fitting을 사용하여 22.3 × 1019 cm−3eV−1 피크 값의 Ec 이하 -0.65 eV의 깊은준위와 1.8 × 1018 cm−3eV−1 피크 값의 -0.32eV의 얕은 준위의 가우스 분포로 형성되는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 TSC 방법으로 구한 주개형 DOS의 기원에 대하여 논의하였다.

        Optical Properties and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy Study of Reactive-sputtered Ta-N Thin Films

        The optical properties and an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis of amorphous Ta- N thin films were investigated. Ta-N thin films reactively sputtered at N2 partial pressures (P(N2)) < 0.2 mTorr had the [111]-axis preferred orientation with a cubic δ-TaN phase while amorphous Ta- N thin films were obtained for P(N2) >= 0.2 mTorr. The band gap of the amorphous Ta-N thin films increased from 1.4 eV to 3.6 eV with increasing P(N2) from 0.3 mTorr to 5.0 mTorr. For P(N2) < 0.3 mTorr, the chemical binding states of Ta-N are predominant as the TaN compound. Otherwise, in the chemical states of Ta-N, N-rich metastable phases similar to those of Ta2O5 increase up to a 50% fraction of Ta-N bonding states with increasing P(N2) and are closely related to the optical transparency of amorphous Ta-N thin films.         Ti-O Binding States of Resistive Switching TiO2 Thin Films Prepared by Reactive Magnetron Sputtering

        The relations of the Ti-O binding states to the resistive switching behaviors of TiO2 thin films have been investigated. TiO2 thin films in a Pt/TiO2/Pt structure were prepared by reactive magnetron sputtering with various preparation conditions, such as the oxygen partial pressure (P(O2)) and the substrate temperature (Ts). At the optimized preparation conditions for reproducible resistive switching TiO2 thin lms (Ts = 100 ℃ and P(O2) = 0.1 mTorr), the O/Ti ratio in the bulk was nearly stoichiometric, 1.95, but the surface Ti-O binding state was heavily oxidized in the form of TiO2:5. We suggest that the molar fraction of the Ti2O3 in the bulk is related to the reproducible resistive switching behaviors, which, in turn, may be related to the filamentary mechanism in TiO2 thin films.
