        『동의수세보원(東醫壽世保元』에 나타난 한열증(寒熱證)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        1. 목적 네 가지 유형의 사상체질에 대한 한열증을 알아보고, 이것이 각 체질에 대한 생리, 병리의 이해와 진단, 치료에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 2. 방법 동의수세보원에 나타난 생리, 병리와 몇 가지 증후를 통한 한열증의 개념과, 기존의학에서의 한열증의 개념을 고찰해 보았다. 3. 결과 및 결론 병증과 편명을 중심으로, 비신의 수곡출납의 과정에 따라, 소음인은 '이한'한 체질적 소인을 바탕으로 표열 이한증으로 소양인은 '이열'한 체질적 소인을 바탕으로 표한 이열증으로 나타난다. 한편, 간폐의 기액내외 호산에 따라, 태음인은 '소병한다자'와 '소병열다자'로 나누어지는 경향이 있으며, 태양인은 한증이나 열증으로 치우쳐진 경향이 아닌 '불한불열'의 특정을 나타낸다. 몇가지 증후(편비, 설사, 한출, 소변, 구토)를 중심으로 각 체질의 한열 속성에 따라 각 증후의 한열 개념이 정해지는 것을 알 수 있는데, 이러한 것은 '체질적' 변증 방법을 제시한 것으로 사료된다. 1. Purpose : This studied Cold and Heat syndromes about Four-form Constitutional Physicalogy. It is for help the comprehension, diagnosis and treatment of physicalogy and pathology about each type. 2. Method : I studied the conception of Cold and Heat sydrome in the existing Oriental Medicine before Constitutinal Medicine, through a few symptoms(constipation, diarrhea, sweat, urine, vomiting) and physicalogy, pathology in Dongyi-Soose-Bowon. 3. Results & Conclusion : In the viewpoint of Pathological Disease and a Chapter Name, Shaoyin has the Exterior-Febrile and Interior-Cold Disease, as the constitutional primary cause of the Interior-Cold Disease, Shaoyang has the Exterior-Cold and Interior-Febrile Disease, as the Interior-Febrile Disease, accoreing to the process of the promote incomings and outgoings of food stuffs of the Spleen and Kidney. By the way, Taiyin is classified into 'One who had had the Cold Disease Primarily and the Febrile', Taiyang has the nature of 'No Cold, No Heat' that is not tendency to The Cold or Heat sydromes, according to promote the respiration of air and fluid of the Liver and Lung. In the viewpoint of a few symptoms(constipation, diarrhea, sweat, urine, vomiting), we are known that cold and heat connception of the each symptome is fixed, according to nature of cold and heat in each type. These express the methood of 'constitutional demonstration'.

        한출변화과정(汗出變化過程)을 통(通)한 태음인(太陰人) 만성해수(慢性咳嗽) 치험례(治驗例)

        1. Objectives In this study, it is experienced that the process of sweating is important in chronic cough of Taeumin. In this case report, the patient has been simproved throuth reaction of sweating improvement. In "Dongyi Soose Bowon", The process of sweating change is described in detail. "Hamkeylhae" is similar to chronic cough in "Dongyi Soose Bowon", it is cough that is hard to spit. The chronic cough of Taeumin is related to the pathology of Liver and Lung, sweating condition is also related to condition of Lung in Sasang constitutional medicine. So the study for the process of sweating is needed. 2. Methods One patient diagnosed as chronic cough was practiced with Sasang constitutional medicine. And We observed sweating change process during treatment. 3. Results As sweating condition improved, chronic cough also decreased, but not improved, not decreased. 4. Conclusions So treating of Taeumin's chronic cough is closely connected with sweating change process.

      • 매미나방 유충의 탄수화물의 함량변화

        This paper describes the changes in carbohydrates contents by Ring and Tesar(l980) method during larval developmental stages in the gypsy moth, Lymantria dispar. Healthy specimens were chosen as samples at each developmental stadiums: 3rd instar larvae, 4th instar larvae, 5th instar larvae. 6th instar larvae and 7th instar larvae in both sexes. Each carbohydrates contents found to be the maximum at the 4th instar larvae, but decreased gradually to 7th instar larvae stages. The carbohydrates contents in 4 days-5th instar(male) and 5 days-5th instar(female) larvae were higher than the other days larvae. Therefore, the present study indicates that the carbohydrates contents of the gypsy moth to be closely related to larval developmental stages.

      • 밤바구미의 변태에 따른 트리하로스의 함량변화

        Changes in the trehalose concentration in the whole body during metamorphosis of the chestnut weevil, Curculio dentipes Roelofs, were measured by using Anthrone method and Thin layer chromatography method. Healthy specimens were chosen as samples at each developmental stage; mature larvae emerged from the chestnut, diapausing mature larvae in soil and pupae, adult. The trehalose concentration reached the maximum at the mature larvae which emerged from the chestnut and reached mininum at the diapausing mature larvae in soil. The trehalose concentration at the mature larvae diapaused in soil increased gradually at the pupae and adult stage. Changes of trehalose concentration showed the physiological cycle formed in a U-shape during the metamorphosis. Therefore, the present study indicated that the trehalose concentration of the chestnut weevil is closely related to metamorphosis.

      • 매미나방 유충의 혈림프단백질에 관한 연구

        Investigations were made of changes in haemolymph protein concentration and protein electrophoretic patterns from the 3rd instar larvae to the 7th instar larvae of the gypsy moth, Lymantria dispar. Changes in haemolymph protein concentration during development exhibited a similar aspect in both sexes. The protein concentration in the 5th instar larvae was higher than thoes on the other instar larvae stages. The protein contents in 4 days-fifth instar(male) and 5 days-fifth instar(female) larvae were higher than those in the other days developmental larvae. The denatured proteins were separated into 45 bands the hightest of which has a molecular weight of 233,884 daltons and the lowest has a molecular weight of 16,827 daltons in all the stages with the band of molecular weight of 64,714 daltons appearing throughout the entire stages.

      • 사마귀의 변태(變態)에 따른 체액변화(體液變化)

        The concentration of free amino acid, total protein, lipid and mineral salts during the metamorphosis of the mantis, Paratenodera sinensis De Saussure were measured using paper chromatographic method, micro-KjeldahI method, thin layer chromatographic method and ash method, respectively. Healthy specimens were chosen as samples of each developmental stages; the egg stage and the larval stage. Amino acids present in the alcoholic extracts were alanine, asparagine, glycine, histidine, leucine, proline, threonine, tryptophan and valine. The total protein concentration reached to 610.68±36.44 mg/g during the egg stage and the larval stage of the value was decreased to 182.37±18.00 mg/g. Total lipid, phospholipid, diacylglycerol, free fatty acid, triacylglycerol and ester cholesterol were identified at each stages. The total lipid value for larva was about two times the value for the egg through the all stages. Diacylglycerol, free fatty acid and triacylglycerol at larval stage the concentration raached a maximum. Hence, changes in concentration of lipid through course of the physiological cycle form a Ushaped curve when graphed against the lipid contents of the egg and the larval stage. The minerel salts present are calcium, lithium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium identified at each stages. The mineral salts concentration of the larval stage reached high level in contrast with the egg stage.

      • 밤나무혹벌 유충기(幼蟲期)의 유약(幼若) 호르몬의 활성(活性)

        The juvenile hormone titers were measured in whole body extracts of chestnut gall wasp larva, Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatsu, parasiting in one susceptible and two resistant chestnuts by Galleria bioassay and GLC. The juvenile hormone titer of chestnut gall wasp was showed higher activity in two resistant chestnut (Cheuk-Pa, Dan-Tak) than susceptible one. The juvenile hormone titers chestnut gall wasp were showed Cheuk-Pa(35,800 GU/g), Dan-Tak(30,900 GU/g) parasiting in two resistant chestnut, parasiting in susceptible(28,600 GU/g). The positive responses of Galleria cuticle wax test were showed Cheuk-Pa(60.8%), Dan-Tak(63.9%), and susceptible(59.0%). After precipitation at low temperature, the lipid is separated by thin layer chromatography, and identification of chestnut gall wasp JH by gas liquid chromatography was showed JH-I.

      • 식품해충(食品害蟲)의 생리(生理),생태학적(生態學的) 조사(調査)와 방제(防除)

        A total of 30 species of instant foods and confections were purchased from the confectioners, groceries, super-markets and department stores, which were located in 9 representative areas of the 6 districts, and examined both macroscopically and microscopically whether they were containing insects or not. Results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. The pest insects found in the materials were Plodia interpunctella, Ephestica cautella, Sitophilus oryzae and Tenebriodes nauritanicus and the main mite was Ehizolyphus echinopus. A dominant species of them was Plodia interpunctella. 2. Free amino acids, protein nitrogen and lipid were identified and analyzed at each stage of the dominant species. Especially, changes in free amino acids, protein nitrogen concentration and lipids through the course of the physiological cycle form a U-shaped curve when graphed against the histolysis of larval organs and the histogenesis of adult organs. In view of controlling pest, the U-shaped pattern of physiological activity indicates that control will be the most effective at the time of the most physiological weakness manifested at the 2 day pupal stage. 3. The period when the adult insect was active was during 13 hours from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. and it was considered that their activity was closely related with the luminous intensity of the environment. The number of active insects increased rapidly when it passed 5 p.m., it decreased gradually after the number reached the maximum between 8 and 10 p.m., and it decreased rapidly when it passed 11 p.m. The period when the insect was most active was during 3 hours from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. 4. The migration, the mating and the ovipositing behavior or them occured during the period when the adult insect was active. Also, the peak of appearance of the adult of the former fell on the season from the middle of July to the end of July, and that of the latter was from the end of August to the end of September in general. 5. The packing material used in the experiment was polyethylene which divided the artificial packing material and the mechanical packing material. These two materials have dfferent characteristics, the artificial packing material has a stronger defensive ability against the boring of the insects than the mechanical packing material.

      • 솔잎혹파리 용기(용期)의 지질변화(脂質變化)

        솔잎혹파리 (Thecodiplosis japeonensis Uchi. et Inouye) 용期의 脂質變化를 薄層크로마토그래피법으로 分析·同定·定量하여 形態變化와 比較하였다. 1) 總脂質, 燐脂質, 遊離脂肪酸, monoacylglycerol, triacylglycerol, sterol, ester cholestero을 分析·同定·定量하였다. 2) 總脂質은 용 2日에서 가장 높은 濃度를 나타냈고, 용 5日에서 급격히 減少하였다. 다시 용 8日에서 增加하였다. 3) Triacylglycerol 은 용 2日에서 높은 濃度로 나타나 용 5, 8日에서 급격하게 감소하였다. 4) 總脂質, 燐脂質, monoacylglycerol, ester cholesterol은 變態에 따른 生理的 曲線인 U字型 變化를 나타내어 幼蟲器官의 解消(histolysis)와 成蟲器官의 新生(histogenesis)인 形態的 變化와 一致하였다. The changes in concentration of the total lipid and lipid contents during the pupal stage of the pine leaf gall midge, Thecodiplosis japonensis Uchi. et Ineuye were measured using Thin layer chromatographic (Mangold, 1961) and Marzo (1971) methods, respectively. Healthy specimens were chosen as samples of each developmental stages; pupa 2 days, pupa 5 days and pupa 8 days. A total of six lipid contents were detctable on the chromatograms of whole body homogenates. Monoacylglycerol, triacylglycerol, sterol, ester cholesterol, phospholipid and free fatty acid were identifed at each stages. The total lipid concentration decreased suddenly until the pupa 5 days and increased gradually at pupa 8 days. Triecyiglycerol concentration at pupa 2 days reached a maximum. Triacylglycerol concentration decreased rapidly at pupa 5 days. Fatty acid concentration incrased gradually until the pupa 5 days and decreased gradually at pupa 8 days. Hence, changes in concentration of total lipid, monoacylglycerol, ester cholesterol and phospholipid through the course of the physiological cycle form a U-shaped curve when graphed against the histolysis of larval organs and the histogenesis of adult organs.

      • 흰불나방의 변태(變態)에 따른 아미노산(酸)의 변화(變化)

        흰불나방(Hyphantria cunea Drury)의 變態에 따른 아미노酸을 Firling 法(1977)에 의하여 自動아미노산酸 分析器(Technicon NC-1 Type A)로 分析·同定·定量하여 形態變化와 比較하였다. 1) 全變態期를 통하여 分析된 아미노酸은 17種으로 alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycinc, histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, praline, serine, threonine, tyrosine, valine 등이다. 2) Tyrosine 과 lysine은 終齡幼蟲과 前용에서 가장 높은 濃度를 나타냈다. 3) Methionine 과 ornithine 은 용期와 成蟲에서 가장 낮은 濃度를 나타냈다. 4) 變態期에 따라 aspartic acid, isoleucinie, leucine, ornithinc, phenylalanine, serine, valine 등은 幼蟲器官의 解消와 成蟲器官의 新生에 따른 U 字型 生理曲線을 나타내어 蛋白質合成에 따라 아미노酸의 變化를 나타냈다. The concentration of amino acids during the metamorphosis of the fall webworm, Hyphantria cunea Drury were determined a with a Technicon N C-1 Type A Amino Acid Analyzer according to the method of Firling (1977). Healthy specimens were chosen as samples of each developmental stages; the final instar larva, newly molted pupa, pupae, 4, 8, 10 days and newly emerged adult. The components of 17 amino acids in hydrolyzed homogenate of whole body of fall webworm and the following amino acids, alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine, histidine, isolecucine, leucine, lycine, methionine, phenylalanine, proline, seriene, threonine, tyrosine and valine were clearly analysed. But, methionine and ornithine were very small quantity detected pupal and adult stages. Tyrcsine and lysine, which is present in highest concentration in final instar larva and newly molted pupal stages, respectively. The results in Table 1 show that amino acids decrease in concentration as growth in progress. Arginine, glutamic acid and phenylalanine generally decreased in concentration as developmental stages. Hence, changes in aspartic acid, isoleucine, leucine, ornithine, phenylalanine, serine and valine through the course of the physiological cycle form a U-shaped curve when graphed against the histolysis of larval organs and the histogenesis of adult organs.
