공급망 ESG 관리에서 예상되는 분쟁 중재에 관한 연구

“ESG management” guides companies to prioritize corporate social responsibility and sustainable development as key management objectives, going beyond mere financial performance pursuits. This approach involves creating a sustainable and robust supply chain by urging companies, acting as 'supply chain managers', to implement ESG management practices alongside their 'supply chain partners'. The domestic business community has been quick to respond to this trend, recognizing that failure to adhere to ESG standards set by organizations such as the EU and SEC could lead to severe repercussions, including exclusion from international trade and reputational damage. POSCO and NAVER, two leading Korean companies, are at the forefront of practicing ESG management effectively. They have both produced and publicly disclosed ESG management reports, showcasing their success in enhancing supply chain ESG management. However, as supply chain managers enforce ESG-related obligations on their suppliers, the likelihood of disputes between the parties may increase. In scenarios where supply chain ESG management leads to conflicts between supply chain managers and suppliers, commercial arbitration emerges as a viable solution for dispute resolution. This method offers several advantages, including the arbitrators' expertise, time and cost efficiency, the binding nature of decisions akin to a court's final judgment, international recognition under the New York Convention, confidentiality, and ample opportunity for parties to be heard. Our analysis focuses on the emerging disputes between supply chain managers and suppliers within the context of supply chain ESG management, particularly examining the cases of POSCO and NAVER. By categorizing the expected types of disputes and assessing the appropriateness of commercial arbitration for their resolution, we highlight the effectiveness of this approach. Furthermore, we propose leveraging the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board's role to enhance the use of arbitration in resolving supply chain ESG disputes, underscoring its potential as a strategic tool for maintaining sustainable and harmonious supply chain relationships.
과도 응답 특성을 개선한 외란 관측기를 이용한 IPMSM의 강인제어

In order to control IPMSM, a nonlinear control system must be designed and robustness against disturbance is required. In this paper, we propose a new state-based disturbance observer that removes the disturbance and improves the transient response characteristics of IPMSM. The new disturbance observer improves control performance by determining the Lyapunov candidate function by considering both the error of the nominal system and the disturbance estimate simultaneously. Since IPMSM does not satisfy the matching condition, it uses the backstep method that uses the state of the system. Through simulation, we prove that the newly proposed DOB-based controller effectively controls IP MSM.

To enable the efficient operation of ITS, it is necessary to collect location data for vehicles on the road. In the case of futuristic transportation systems like ubiquitous transportation and smart highway, a method of data collection that is advanced enough to incorporate road lane recognition is required. To meet this requirement, technology based on radio frequency identification (RFID) has been researched. However, RFID may fail to yield accurate location information during high-speed driving because of the time required for communication between the tag and the reader. Moreover, installing tags across all roads necessarily incurs an enormous cost. One cost-saving alternative currently being researched is to utilize GNSS (global navigation satellite system) carrierbased location information where available. For lane recognition using GNSS, a precise digital map for determining vehicle position by lane is needed in addition to the carrier-based GNSS location data. A “precise digital map” is a map containing the location information of each road lane to enable lane recognition. At present, precise digital maps are being created for lane recognition experiments by measuring the lanes in the test area. However, such work is being carried out through comparison with vehicle driving information, without definitions being established for detailed performance specifications. Therefore, this study analyzes the performance requirements of a precise digital map capable of lane recognition based on the accuracy of GNSS location information and the accuracy of the precise digital map. To analyze the performance of the precise digital map, simulations are carried out. The results show that to have high performance of this system, we need under 0.5m accuracy of the precise digital map.

본 논문에서는 기존의 DOB의 과도응답에 있어서의 한계를 개선하기 위해 외란 추정과 동시에 과도응답 상태를 고려한 새로운 DOB를 제안한다. 또한 적응 적분형 슬라이딩모드제어와 결합하여 기존의 DOB를 사용하는 경우보다 향상된 제어성능을 가질 수 있도록 한다. 유연관절로봇에의 적용 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 성능을 확인하였다.
