본 연구는 공황장애 케어를 위한 모바일 어플리케이션을 개발하여 공황 발작 예방 및 증상 관리를 돕는 것을 목적으로 한다. 공황장애란 지속적인 두려움과 불안, 공황발작 등의 증상을 가지는 심리적 장애로 적절한 치료 및 관리를 필요로 하는 정신질환 중 하나이다. 이에 시공간적 제약 없이 사용할 수 있는 어플리케이션을 통해 사용자가 케어를 받을 수 있는 디지털 치료제의 필요성이 증대되고 있는 추세이다. 연구를 통해 개발된 어플리케이션은 공황장애에 대한 기본적인 정보를 제공하고 자가진단을 통해 상태를 점검할 수 있으며, 다양한 치료법을 제공하여 공황장애 케어를 효과적으로 돕는다. 또한, 사용자 실시간 위치를 기반으로 하여 공황을 일으킨 경험이 있는 장소에 도달할 시 알림을 제공함으로써 개인맞춤형 지원을 제공한다. 본 연구에서 개발된 디지털 치료제를 통해 전통적 치료법에서 벗어난 새로운 도구와 치료법을 제시하고자 한다. 더 나아가 공황장애 뿐만 아니라 정신건강 전 분야에서 디지털 치료제 활용을 도모하며, 사용자들의 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. This study aims to develop a mobile application for the care of panic disorder, assisting in the prevention of panic attacks and the management of symptoms. Panic disorder is a psychological condition characterized by persistent fear, anxiety, and panic attacks, which requires appropriate treatment and management. The increasing need for digital therapeutics that users can access without time and space constraints is evident. The application developed through this research provides basic knowledge about panic disorder, enables self-diagnosis to monitor one's condition, and offers various therapeutic methods to effectively aid in the care of panic disorder. Additionally, it provides notifications based on real-time user location when they reach places where they have previously experienced panic attacks, and offers personalized support. This digital therapeutic aims to introduce new tools and treatment methods beyond traditional therapies. Furthermore, it is expected to contribute positively by promoting the use of digital therapeutics not only for panic disorder but also across the entire field of mental health, thereby improving users' quality of life.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of fabric movement on wrinkle recovery in a clothing care system and to propose an algorithm to improve wrinkle removal performance by adjusting fabric movements. With an increase in the reciprocating speed of the movement system, the number and amplitude of curves on the fabric also increased. This allowed the fabric to be applied to a larger tension, resulting in better wrinkle removal performance at higher speeds. However, even at high reciprocating speeds, wrinkles could not be removed effectively because of nodes at a few specific locations. Based on the results of fabric movement and wrinkle recovery, a complex movement algorithm was proposed with a mixture of various reciprocation speeds. It showed a 41%p (24%→65%) improvement of wrinkle recovery when compared with the conventional algorithm that showed simple fabric movement at 180 rpm. This was because the positions of nodes and antinodes changed continuously and the force by the reciprocating motion could be applied evenly to the fabric.
