        경찰공무원 무도교육의 문제점 및 개선방안

        본 연구는 경찰공무원의 무도능력 향상을 위한 정책적·제도적 지원체제 마련의 근거를 제시함에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경찰청 통계연보·경찰백서·경찰교육 훈련계획·경찰교육훈련 및 관계 법령·일본 경찰청 등의 문헌자료를 살펴보고, 신임 경찰공무원의 무도교육을 담당하는 중앙경찰학교·경찰대학·경찰교육원의 무도교육에 문제점을 토대로 개선방안을 제시하였다. 경찰공무원 교육기관의 무도교육에 대한 문제점에서 도출된 개선방안은 체계적인 무도 교육과정의 정립, 기관별 무도교육 시간 증대 및 균형, 무도교육 담당 교수의 임용기준 및 전보시기 재고에 따른 제도적·정책적 뒷받침 마련이며, 그 구체적인 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신임 경찰공무원 교육기관은 교과과정 운영 시 교수·학습자들의 교육혼란 방지 및 학습효과 극대화를 위해 무도교과를 중심으로 한 호신체포술과 체육 관련 교과를 독립적으로 운영해야 한다. 둘째, 신임 경찰공무원의 무도능력 향상을 위해 충분한 교육훈련 시간 확보를 위한 교육기관의 총 교육시간 대비 무도교과의 교육시간을 상향 조정하는 실질적 정책 마련이 필요하다. 셋째, 신임 경찰공무원 교육기관의 무도교육에 대한 차등을 방지하기 위한 교수요원 임용기준의 동일화와 함께, 무도교육의 연속성을 유지하기 위한 교수요원의 전보시기와 교육생들의 졸업 및 임용시기의 동일화 규정 마련이 필요하다. 이러한 개선방안을 통해 이루어져야 할 경찰공무원의 무도교육에 대한 보완은 일선 치안현장에서 생명을 담보로 업무에 매진하는 경찰공무원 스스로의 안전은 물론이며, 국민과의 신뢰 구축 및 국민의 안전을 담당하는 경찰의 업무능률 향상에도 도움이 될 것으로 여겨진다. 그리고 나아가 한국이 우수한 치안서비스를 제공하는 데 있어 체계적이며 효율적인 무도교육을 받은 경찰공무원의 역할이 중요한 토대로 작용되기를 기대해본다. The purpose of this research is to improve policies and institutional support system that educates advanced martial arts capabilities to officers who work days and nights to maintain steady livelihood and to protect civilian`s well being and properties. In order to achieve these goals, we have analyzed three education institutions including Central Police Academy, National Police University and Police Training Institute, etc and that educates martial arts for martial arts education and the problems with development plan that can be made on martial art education. Therefore, We have conducted researches on Korean National Police Statistics Annual Report, Police White Paper, 2014`s Police Education and Training Plan, Police Education Training and Law Enforcement Officer Recruitment, Appointment and so on to make strong martial arts level and stamina of police officer who are old and new. Based on current problems in martial arts education programs in the educational institution for police officers, this plan aims to develop a systematic martial arts education curriculum and strengthening the abilities of professor and learning process. The specific contents of the plan are as follows.First, in order to prevent education curriculum confusions and to maximize the learning process in the new police officer`s education institutions, it is necessary to separate martial arts, arrest techniques, and physical education to a separate body from other basic education fields. Structural and systematical support is required in order to maintain martial arts curriculum. Second, providing police recruits with sufficient training exercises is necessary the new police officer`s for advanced martial arts capabilities. Training facilities needs to increase total hours spend on martial art education. Third, to prevent the instructors who work at the new police officer`s education institutions lack of physical capabilities in advance, applying equivalent physical examinations in all hiring professors is required to provide identification policy. Fourth, to prevent curriculum fluctuation in advance, the appointing process for martial art professors needs be mutual in the new police officer`s education institutions and to prevent class decommission, matching transference period of professor faculties and recruits are necessary. Research results, complement of both martial arts training program should be utilized to achieve better trust from citizens by improving both martial arts skills of police officers, who devote themselves and their lives to security and act in synergy to develop the Republic of Korea into an advanced country. Also, these research results hopefully can shape current national policy agenda, which prioritizes the safety of citizens, and aid in the development of the Republic of Korea into a country that provides world-class security services.

      • 고등부 유도 지도자의 지도행동 유형분석

        In this assentation I tried to investigate and analyze the actual behaviors of the coaches of the high level male and female team and the behaviors that the players of the team prefer. I came to conclude like the followings through the analysis of 432 Leadership scale for sports from 30 coaches and 432 players in the 30 teams which is constitute of the 20 coaches and 309 players in 20 male high level teams and the 10 coaches and 123 players in 10 female high level teams. 1) The coaches in the male teams are better in efficiency of teaching because the male team coaches are better in the background variables of age, career, and the career of winning the prize. 2) In the assentation on the actual of coach the male team coaches have the strongest disposition of behavior that influence on the advancement of the game, whereas the female team coaches the strongest disposition of democratic behavior. Considering such the differences of leadership behaviors, the coaches of male team have the disposition of emphasis of the task, whereas the coaches of female team emphasis of the relations. 3) In the research of leadership scale among the teams, the male players prefer behavior of training and indicating, positive reward, social support, democratic, and then authority behavior whereas the female players positive reward, social support, democratic, training and indicating and then authority. 4) In the research of preferable behavior, male players prefer the training and indicating, positive reward, social support, and then authority behavior, whereas the female players positive reward, social support, democratic behavior, training and indicating and then authority behavior. The male players were found to prefer such behaviors as influence the advancement of the game power directly, whereas the female players most prefer such behaviors as reward the results of the game. 5) In the comparison of the leadership behaviors that male and female players prefer, the male players have stronger disposition to want training and indications, authorities than female players,, whereas the female players prefer the democratic behaviors, social supports, positive rewards. 6) In the differences of the actual behaviors the players want from the coach, the male players differs in the democratic behaviors most, whereas the female players in the authority behaviors. 7) In the research on the differences of the behaviors the coach actually do and the players expect, ·in the training and indications, the male team players were a little more satisfied than the female team players. ·in the democratic behaviors, the male team players were more unsatisfied. ·in the authority behaviors, the female team players want more authorities from the coaches. ·in the social supports, the female team players were more unsatisfied. ·in the positive rewards, the female team players were more unsatisfied.

        The purpose of this study is to examine the competitive anxiety of players and to help them improve their game results by solving the anxiety during sports activity. This researcher took total 158 players, 80 excellent players and 78non-excellent players, as objects of study, and studied comparatively on competitive anxiety during sports activity by using CSAI - 2 to them. The result of this study were as follows; The somatic state anxiety and cognitive state anxiety of the excellent group were lower than the other, but confidence of the excellent group was higher. Especially somatic state showed remarkable difference of a <.05 level between them.
