The purpose of this study is to bring out the optimal design factors which effect on dynamic characteristics in the design of proportional flow control valve with high response characteristics, and to verify the validity of the design factors. In this study, force feedback type flow control valve with nozzle-flapper is studied. And, the influences which fixed orifice, nozzle diameter, and maximum displacement between nozzle and flapper effect on dynamic characteristics are analyzed. We have done simulations using the optimal design factors and simulink(Matlab) as a simulation tool, and verified the validity of our simulations by means of comparison our simulation results with an experimental results of another similar valve.
메탈젯용 PZT 액츄에이터 제어기 성능향상에 관한 연구

A metal jet printing system based on ink jet printing technique is one of the effective equipments for manufacturing elements of display devices, electrical devices, information processing systems, and so on. In order to develop an actuator of the metal jet printing system, bimorph type PZT actuator(length 25.2mm, width 7.2mm, thickness 0.5mm, shim thickness 0.2mm) and its controller(voltage range $\pm24v$, built-in fast recovery diode) were suggested and investigated. Performance tests and characteristic analysis, such as displacement, force, hysteresis and frequency, were carried out. The results show that the suggested actuator and controller are suitable for the metal jet printing system.

Gas valve for domestic use is used for flow control of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) or LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) of which pressure is about $200\;mmH_{2}O(\fallingdotseq0.0196\;[bar])$. Currently, two kinds of valves such as rotary type and button type are widely used in many applications. But, these valves have some problems that they are not controllable and reliable. Piezo actuation combined with modem microelectronics provides a reliable, quiet, low energy, infinitely adjustable gas valve. In this paper, gas valve using piezo actuator which are bimorph and a circle type was studied. Also, Prototype for gas valve was manufactured and characteristics of the prototype gas valve were analyzed.

A counter balance valve is used as one part of hydraulic motor brake system. The function of this valve is to protect over-run or free falling of inertia load. But occasionally the brake system with counter balance valve makes some undesirable problems such as pressure surges or vibrations. In this study, for the purpose of easy estimation about dynamic chrcteristics of hydraulic system including counter balance valve, precise formulation describing fluid dynamics and valve dynamics under various boundary conditions were made. dynamic caracteristics were analysed by numerical intergration using Runge-Kutta method, because the equations in this circuit with counter balance valve contain various nonlinear terms. So the analyzing method developed in this study enabled very easy estimating the relation between the performance of counter balance valve and various physical parameters related to the valve.

곡물선별기는 호퍼, 진동식 정량시료공급장치, 공급벨트 또는 슈트, 램프, 이미지 센서, 공기총, 제어장치로 이루어져 있고, 농산물 등의 제품속의 이물질이나 불량품을 선별해내는 장치로 최근의 국내외 식생활의 향상과 더불어 매우 부가가치가 높은 제품으로 평가받고 있다. 본고에서는 곡물선별기의 국내외 최신동향을 다루었으며, 곡물선별기에 있어 핵심부품인 이젝터 및 이젝터용 밸브를 집중적으로 조명하였다. 특히 솔레노이드 밸브를 대신하는 압전식 밸브의 타당성을 논하기 위하여 압전 액추에이터 설계/제작/실험결과 관련 정보를 수록하였다.
