This study proposes a model of 1.5MVA wind power system in Go-chang field demonstration and performs simulation according to variable wind speed. 1.5MVA wind power system was verified by computer simulations with PSCAD/EMTDC software. Terminal voltage, grid voltage and active/reactive power can be observed through the simulation results.

Les tendances mystiques se concrétisent chez Ionesco à travers son expérience de lumière et sa lecture des livres de spiritualité, son angoisse existentielle et sa réflexion métaphysique, sa conception pluraliste de la religion et son examen transcendantal de conscience, enfin sa pratique de contemplation dans ses dernières années. Ionesco fait l'expérience mystique de lumière dans sa jeunesse, pourtant elle ne le mènera pas à la conversion religieuse. A la même époque, constatant le Mal, il passe par la crise religieuse, reste qu'il éprouvera profondément le besoin de rencontrer Dieu. Ces doubles vécus, le mystère de l'absolu et la condition tragique de l'existence obsèdent Ionesco de telle sorte que lui, Sisyphe-sceptique incorrigible, pose des problèmes insolubles tout en rejetant les solutions toutes faites, et ne cesse de pousser le mur des données existentielles. Ainsi se donne-t-il à la quête de l'absolu par le chemin mystique. La littérature même lui mettrait obstacle s'il se gardait des mots de la réalité illusoire pour les paroles des abords du mystère entrevu. Quant aux religions, il les trouve différentes exotériquement mais en réalité identiques ésotériquement dans leur vérité unique ; n'empêche qu'il évite les informations religieuses pour la connaître à la mystique. Ce faisant il est un temps sous le coup des gnostiques, mais il reste fidèle au christianisme, croyant à la manifestation divine. C'est donc la mystique de la lumère qu'il est toujours attiré, pénétrée par son expérience personnelle, et confirmée par sa lecture étendue sur les traditions mystiques. Il va jusqu'à se plonger dans la nuit obscure proposée par son gourou, Saint Jean de la Croix, non sans connaître l'essence de son expérience mystique.

This paper describes development of hardware simulator for the PMSG wind power system, which was designed considering wind characteristic, blade characteristic and blade inertia compensation. The simulator generates torque and speed signals for a specific wind turbine with respect to given wind speed. This torque and speed signals are scaled down to fit the input of 2㎾ PMSG. The PMSG-side converter operates to track the maximum power point, and the grid-side inverter controls the active and reactive power supplied to the grid. The operational feasibility was verified by computer simulations with PSCAD/EMTDC, and the implementation feasibility was confirmed through experimental works with a hardware set-up.

직류 배전이 확대됨에 따라 직류 배전의 안전한 보호를 위해서 기존 기계식 차단기와는 다른 특성을 가진 직류 차단기의 필요가 확대되고 있다. 사고 방지를 통한 Arc Less의 차단 방법과 사고전류에 대한 빠른 차단 그리고 외부 기기와 연계되어 통합적으로 보호 동작을 할 수 있는 차단에 대한 기술적 요구이다. 본 논문에서는 SiC Mosfet 반도체 소자를 이용한 직류 배전 차단 기술을 소개한다.
풍력터빈시뮬레이터와 매트릭스 컨버터를 적용한 PMSG 풍력발전 시스템 모델 개발

This paper describes a scaled model development of PMSG wind power system using wind turbine simulator and matrix converter. The wind turbine simulator, which consists of an induction motor with vector drive, calculates the output torque of a specific wind turbine using simulation software and sends the torque signal to the vector drive after scaling down the calculated value. The operational feasibility of interconnected PMSG system with matrix converter was verified by computer simulations with PSCAD/EMTDC software. The feasibility of hardware implementation was conformed by experimental works with a laboratory scaled-model of wind power system. The simulation and experimental results confirm that matrix converter can be effectively applied for the PMSG wind power system.
