The objective of this study is to discuss the method of effective mixture correction of the base concrete to prevent<br/> material segregation in applying flowing concrete method. Base concrete, plain concrete(slump 8, 10, 12 respectively) and<br/> conventional concrete(slump 18cm) are made. Base concrete is flowed to 18cm of slump concrete. Strength levels of each<br/> concrete mixture are varied from 21MPa to 24MPa. According to the results, in order to prevent material segregation and<br/> loss of air content after applying flowing concrete method, S/a(sand to aggregate ratio), water content need to be<br/> increased when mixture design is performed. As for the properties of fresh concrete, slump, slump flow and air content<br/> make no difference before and after flowing. However, after flowing the plain concrete without mixture correction, material<br/> segregation happens. The difference of compressive strength is slight before and after applying flowing concrete method.<br/> Compressive strength of base concrete decreases slightly due to an increase of air content in comparison with plain<br/> concrete. As for mixture correction of base concrete for application of flowing concrete method, it is found from the<br/> results of this study that S/a and water content needs to be increased by 4∼5% and 5∼13kg/m3 respectively to prevent<br/> segregation and quality deterioration after flowing, which is capable of manufacturing better quality flowing concrete in<br/> construction fields.

Over weighing of AE agent in batcher plant caused by the breakdown of AE agent gauge meter and error of the weighing in AE agent has been reported sometimes. But it gives a rise to retard the strength development and damage the safety of structre. And especially, it is difficult to repair the structure that the concrete with over weigh AE agent were placed locally. Therefore, in this paper the repair technique of local impaired concrete caused by over weighing in AE agent are discussed.
