본 논문은 정보재화로서 개인정보의 특징과 개인정보에 대한 경제적 고찰을 통해 개인정보 침해의 부정적 효과를 방지하기 위한 지불의사 비용, 즉 Willingness To Pay(WTP)를 분석하였다. 개인정보 보호를 위한 지불의사비용 결정요인에 대한 학술적 연구는 아직 미흡한 현실이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 개인정보 보호를 위한 지불의사비용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 이중양분선택법(double-bounded dichotomous choice)에 근거하여 개인정보 침해를 예방하기 위한 비용을 결정하는 요인을 찾고자 하였다. This paper studies the determinants of willingness to pay (WTP) for preventing personal information infringement. Most of previous studies only estimate the value of the WTP and, unlike them, this paper discusses personal information as an information good. Using a double-bounded dichotomous choice model, this paper empirically analyses the personal characteristics that determine the WTP for the protection of personal information. It contributes to the literature by proposing that gender, working status and communication cost are determinants for the WTP for the protection of personal information.

The power supply for lighting control system has to be operated under the surrounding environment. The high reliability of the power module is required. The flyback converter with a wide input range is designed to be facilitated for the lighting control system. The flyback converter transformer roles of the inductor and transformer. This paper is summarized including the transformer design processes. The ratings are 110V or 220V input voltage, the 12V output voltage. Transformer design process was verified by experiment. It is found as using the PSM(Phase Sensitive Multimeter) that the converter is located at a stable operating area.

The lighting control power circuits should be designed in stable region according to the environment. A stable circuit is analyzed using ac equivalent circuits. The flyback converter with wide input voltage ranges is suitable for lighting control system. It is designed optimally for stability. The specifications are that the input voltage is 90V-230V, the output power is 12V/2.5A. The stability analysis is established using PSM(Phase Sensitive Multimeter) in experiment. As a result, it is confirmed that the gain margin and the phase margin are in stable area. The validity of the experimental measurement is verified.
