There are so many economic evaluation methods in practice that decision makers sometimes are confusing in the choosing the suitable economic analysis methods for their own projects those are under the different economic conditions. For this problem, this paper collects all the possible economic evaluation methods and defines the meaning and the methodology and also their characteristics by use of the classification and analysis. So that it would be possible to find out the optimal and necessary evaluation methods out of the unrelated and disregardable evaluation methods for each case of project.
BC분석에서 필수 편익항목의 적정 도출 방안에 관한 연구

BC analysis is a main method to judge the public projects are worth doing or not. However there are some critical defects in the analysis to reach on the unanimous conclusion. The main reasons is the possibility of the omission and the duplication of benefit elements detected. Thus this paper proposed the analytical method called BCS that produces the pertinent benefit elements for the objective evaluation of public projects. The proposed method would contribute to the reduction of disputes between the interested parties of a public project and help to make negotiations and reduction of budget and waste through the objective judgement.
소주병 공용화에 따른 적정 신병 투입량 예측 방법의 연구

The common use system of soju bottles is prepared to save the costs of entire soju industry as well as to reduce air pollution and to save the national resources. However, for the success of the system, all the companies have to do their own duties on the input amounts of new bottles. But the problem here is how to decide the appropriate new bottle amounts of the each companies for the following year. This paper shows the right and logical method to estimate the required amounts of new bottles for the whole industry and for each companies. The experiments here show that the quantitative estimation methods which are usually used for engineering do not present proper answer, so that, the qualitative methods are added and the mixed expert estimation method is proposed to obtain reliable solutions for the successful launching of the common use system of soju bottles.
소주병 공용화의 공정한 신병투입을 위한 적정 산식의 개발

Although the common use system of soju bottles is proposed to save the costs of entire soju industry in addition to the savings of natural resources and the reduction of air pollution, it do not make any further progress because of the disagreement of the participants about the fair amounts of new bottles that each company have to input to the common use bottle pool. To solve this problem, this paper proposes several methods and formula which can make a decision for fair input amounts. Those are (1) Input ratio method, (2) Collection ratio method. The trial experiments of the Input ratio method reveals failure because of the difficulty of data estimation and the non-cooperation of the companies. So that, the Collection ratio method is tried with the new concept of T-ratio that includes the consideration of increase and decrease of market share of each companies instead of the general F-ratio of the withdraw of bottles. The simulation with past real world data shows that the T-ratio method is more reasonable and can solve that fairness problem. Therefore the proposed method of fair input formula with T-ratio seems to contribute to the successful launching of the common use system of soju bottles.

We propose a green cost estimation model based on a green cost classification system to estimate manufacturing cost in manufacturing industry. A recycling and an environmental regulation relevant to green tax is main concern under the green manufacturing circumstance. We also propose a green manufacturing planning model to determine the variables which are inputs for a green cost estimation model. The case of metal industry is analyzed to illustrate our findings. We expect that more appropriate cost estimation and analysis is possible via our models under the current business situation where environmental consciousness has been more emphasizing than ever.
