        In these days, mobile technology such as smart phone and GPS have an effect on business processes of many companies especially a transportation company. The purpose of this paper is to present the development processes of real time vehicles tracking and intelligent TMS(Transportation Management System) using smart phone applications. The objective of this study is two-fold. The first is to redesign business process of the transportation company. Using BPR(business process re-engineering), we analyze current processes to find opportunities for improvement redefining processes after adopting mobile technology precisely. The second is to develop the real time vehicles tracking and intelligent TMS. Proposed system consists of four parts: (1) intelligent TMS(web system) (2) real time vehicle tracking application for TMS (3) real time tracking application for customer (4) salesman supporting application. Developed system was tested at the transportation company and was found to be useful system.

        The government supports a small business which has insufficient capital and weak assets with politic funds. For the small business, the effect of governmental politic funds are evaluated better than the effect of substitute loans of the commercial bank. Especially governmental politic funds contribute to the external growth of the enterprise sales and the increment of total assets size. But according to the tendency to increase the direct loan and increase a support ratio of politic funds to the small business, the possibility of insolvency is higher and higher. So countermeasures are required to maintain the integrity of governmental politic funds to the small business. This paper introduces the standard model of the corporate analysis system which is developed from the Small and medium Business Corporation. Also we analyze supported companies’ management performance last four years in order to promote the integrity of the funds and reinforce the competitive power of small business.

        PCB 커넥터의 무납땜 결선을 위한 PRESS-FIT 성형 연구

        Recently, regulations on lead used in automobiles and electronics have been tightened. In particular, in the case of the existing PCB connector terminals, the use of lead is high, so the demand for the development of solderless PCB connector terminals to replace them is increasing. This paper describes the research on the development of the PCB connector terminal of the solderless connection method through the development of the Press Fit EoN shape terminal. In order to analyze the difference according to the press fit EoN product shape, the test sample was taken out by making two different types of progressive molds using the EoN outer corner “R” molding method of the press fit that has the greatest effect on the insertion force. Insertion and release tests were performed on the PTH with the extracted sample, and the required force was measured and compared. The press-fit EoN terminal developed in this study was applied to the soul power window switch of “Company K” and is being used as an eco-friendly PCB connector terminal.

        기업진단을 통한 연계지원이 중소기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        The government supports politic funds to Small Business having difficulties of insufficient capital and weak assets. Also the effect of governmental politic funds are evaluated better than the effect of substitute loans of the commercial bank. Especially governmental politic funds contribute to the external growth of the enterprise sales and the increment of total assets size. It is necessary however related supporting programs with funding provision to reduce the risk of insolvency politic funds of small business and reinforce the competitive power of company. This paper introduces the model of the corporate diagnosis system of the Small Business Corporation as part of these intention and analysis supported companies’ management performance last four years and proposes direction of development.

        노즐 유로 설계 최적화 및 정밀 금형 가공 기술을 통한 미세입자 분사기술 연구

        Recently, the spray type cosmetics and household goods market has grown rapidly due to the spray dispenser products and the development of precision mold technology. Spray products are becoming more widespread, market demands for various types of spray dispensers are expanding, and a variety of design and functional dispensers are being developed to apply the application. In this paper, we propose a method to verify mold design of spray nozzle structure and data. Also we studied how to reduce the verification cost and time, and studied limitations of current 3D printing technology what needs to be improved in the future. In addition, we describe the method of manufacturing spray nozzle (Orifice) by the optimized mold design and machining through the precision mold manufacturing process, and it is possible to spray micro particles changing the internal structure of the orifice of spray pattern.

        CAD 데이터의 무결성을 위한 데이터 매칭 자동화 시스템

        Design works consist of essential works and subsidiary works. Essential design works means designing creative ideas and productive ideas, while subsidiary design works means helping essential works those are making data tables and specification sheets, checking CAD data’s integrity. Subsidiary design works forms the bulk of the whole design process and affects the time limit of delivery. Therefore we propose the automatic data matching system for CAD data’s integrity. Proposed system is automatic system supporting subsidiary design works. The data matching system consists of three parts; 1) automatic generation of data tables 2) supporting module for checking CAD data’s integrity between Drawings 3) automatic generation of spec. sheets. Developed system was tested in LCD equipment manufacture company and was found to be useful system.

        친환경 포장재 적용을 위한 플라스틱 사출 스프링 설계 파라미터 연구

        Recently, environmental interest in packaging materials has been increasing as the manufacturing industry related to packages has diversified and increased. As the life cycle of products is shortened, the amount of industrial waste is also increasing. As environmental protection issues have emerged as an international concern, manufacturing companies are corporate social responsibility (CSR) and conducting various research activities to reduce the impact of industrial waste on the environment. Companies that manufacture and sell products should develop and produce products by devising ways to reduce environmental pollution, such as recyclable products and products that can be separated and discharged. In this paper, the method of separating and discharging cosmetic packaging materials was studied. The design parameters of plastic springs that can replace metal springs used in cosmetic pumps were studied. The mechanical properties of injection springs according to the design shape were pre-validated through structural analysis and the experimental results were obtained through prototyping. In addition, a plastic material that satisfies and replaces the mechanical properties similar to metal springs was tested, and the design and materials that could be reflected in the product were selected.

        LCD 제조시스템에서 생산량, 셋업, 작업타입 균형의 종합적 고려를 위한 A3C 기반의 일정계획 모델

        LCD 제조는 다수의 설비로 구성된 복잡한 시스템이며, 각 설비는 고가이며 수명이 짧기 때문에 효율적인 일정계획의 중요성이 크다. 이는 특히 LCD 제조시스템의 병목공정인 Photo 공정에서 심화된다. 또한, Photo 공정 내의 목적함수인 KPI(Key Performance Indicators)를 구성하는 요소간에 상충관계가 존재하여 이를 종합적으로 반영하는 고품질의 일정계획을 얻기 어렵다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 A3C 기반의 분산학습 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안하는 프레임워크는 각 설비에 Local Agent를 배치하여 설비간의 상호관계를 고려하여 작업을 할당할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 또한 포인터 네트워크를 사용하여 할당할 수 있는 모든 작업을 상태로 입력받아 보다 정확한 상태 관측과 작업 할당을 할 수 있다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 모델은 KPI를 구성하는 개별 요소는 다른 모델 대비 뛰어나지 않았지만, 모든 요소를 고르게 고려한 일정계획을 하여 휴리스틱 및 기존 강화학습 모델보다 더 높은 KPI를 기록하였다. LCD manufacturing is a complex system composed of a number of facilities, and since each facility is expensive and has a short lifespan, efficient scheduling is important. This is intensed in the photo process, which is the bottleneck process of the LCD manufacturing system. In addition, it is difficult to get a high-quality schedule because there is a trade-off between the elements constituting the KPI(Key Performance Indicator), which are the objective functions in the photo process. To solve this problem, this study proposes an A3C-based distributed learning framework. The proposed framework is designed to assign tasks in consideration of the interrelationships between the facilities by placing local agents in each facility. In addition, all tasks that can be assigned using the pointer network can be input as a state, allowing more accurate state observation and task allocation. As a result of the experiment, the proposed model recorded a higher KPI than the heuristic and existing reinforcement learning models by making a schedule that evenly considered all factors, although the individual elements constituting the KPI were not superior to other models.
