동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 중(中) 지각(枳殼)이 주약(主藥)으로 배오(配伍)된 방제(方劑)의 활용(活用)에 대한 고찰(考察)

This report describes 46 studies related to the use of Fructus Ponciri Seu Aurantii main blended prescriptions from Dongeuibogam. The following conclusions were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Fructus Ponciri Seu Aurantii as a key ingredient. 1. 19.6% of feces recorded the largest number of clinical frequency of the prescriptions in therapeutic use when Fructus Ponciri Seu Aurantii was taken as a monarch drug in prescriptions. In addition, 13.0% of each of a cough and an abdominal mass with distention and pain ranked second. 2. Prescriptions that utilize Fructus Ponciri Seu Aurantii as the main ingredient are used in the treatmeant of 5 diseases related to each of feces and an abdominal mass with distention and pain, and they are also used for treating different types of diseases related to the following ; a cough, a chest, ribs, eyes, the fullness in the chest, Qi, skin areas. 3. In the view of the causative agent of a disease, the prescriptions which are compounded with Fructus Ponciri Seu Aurantii as a monarch drug are related to endogenous agents such as seven emotion, food, deficiency, exogenous agents such as wind-cold pathogen, heat and non-endo-exopathogcnic factors like diseases due to external factors, poison. And in the view of the pathology of a disease, they are applied to the viscera pathology related to the lung, the spleen and stomach, the pathology of Qi and blood related to the reversed flow of Qi, the congestion of Qi, the deficiency of blood, the obstruction of Qi and blood, and the pathology about the retention of phlegm and fluid related to phlegm stagnation. 4. The dosage of Fructus Ponciri Seu Aurantii is 1.25pun(about 0,47g) to 2jeon(about 7.5g), however 1jeon(about 3.75g) has been taken the most for clinical application. 5. We can find out that according to herbs or prescriptions blended with itself, Fructus Ponciri Seu Aurantii makes a variety of functions to penetrate and remove stagnation, regulate Qi flow, relieve stagnation, expell wind and get rid of pain.

Ready-mixed concrete is unconsolidated concrete typically transported to construction sites by using mixer trucks. A proper rotation of concrete is necessary to prevent its solidification in mixer trucks during transport: in accordance with the manufacturing method and quality inspection prescribed in KSF4009, this movement is maintained after the manufacturing of concrete in professional production plants and the addition of water, solid materials, and admixtures. Unfortunately, mixer truck parts wear out over long periods of time. In order to improve the wear resistance of the main part of mixer trucks, we used a steel plate with good wear resistance or partially added a reinforcement plate. In this study, we first tested the properties of concrete (as required for the DEM), and then carried out mixing and discharge simulations to define the actual operating conditions of mixer trucks. For each condition, we calculated the amount and location of wear. The reliability of our results was finally verified by comparing them with the measurement values. Overall, this study provided basic data for an optimal design of mixer trucks: one that would reduce the vehicles’ weight and production costs.

This paper has performed a test and analysis study on the woven glass and carbon fabric/epoxy laminate composite and sandwich panels of mid-size bus vehicle. Mechanical properties of core and composite materials are needed for accurate analysis of the sandwich composites. Elastic and shear modulus and poisson"s ratio of GFRP and CFRP and core material were established from the tension, shear and bending specimens test. Also, fatigue strength Se is established from the fatigue test using the stair case method that one of the statistical method. The fatigue test was conducted using a tension-tension load with a stress ratio R of 0.1 and frequency of 10 Hz. In order to do FE model verification and evaluate the structural behavior and safety of the joint structure of side panel, the static load tests such as vertical load and compressive load and torsion load tests have been conducted. Finally we achieve a lighter mid-bus structure satisfying the target stiffness, strength and durability, and this technique will be applicable to other vehicles and components.

Cryoglobulins are cold-precipitable monoclonal or polyclonal immunoglobulins, which can occur without an identifiable underlying disease condition or in association with underlying disorders. Cryoglobulinemic vasculitis is immune complex-mediated vasculitis that predominantly affect small vessels. Less often, medium-sized or even large vessels can be affected. Cryoglobulinemic vasculitis is a rare one of the cutaneous manifestations of multiple myeloma. We experienced a patient with cryoglobulinemic vasculitis developed in multiple myeloma who presented with Raynaud`s phenomenon, purpuric patch and skin ulcer.

This report describes 54 prescriptions related to the use of Talcum mainly blended prescriptions in Dongeuibogam. The following conclusion were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Talcum as a key ingredient. Prescriptions that Talcum was taken as a monarch drug are utilized for 22 therapeutic purposes. In particular, 35.2% of prescriptions appear in the chapter of urine, 7.4% of those appear in the chapter of heat. Prescriptions that utilize Talcum as the main ingredient are used in the treatment of uric disease, gonorrhea, heat disease, febrile disease, and they are also used for treating 16 different types of diseases. Talcum is used in pathogenic factors such as heat, wind with heat, and used in pathology related to the fever of small intestine and bladder. The dosage of Talcum is 3jeon(about 11.25g) to 2.5pun(about 0.94g), however 1jeon(about 3.75g) has been taken the most for clinical application. Ikwonsan is the most useful base prescription which use the Talcum as the main ingredient.
상관 다기능 저류지 조성의 경제적 편익 평가(I): 환경개선용수 공급편익을 중심으로

본 연구는 상관 다기능 저류지의 조성을 가상적으로 설정하여 환경개선용수 공급편익을 추정하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국민들의 지불의사액(WTP, willingness to pay)을 유도할 수 있는 설문조사기법인 조건부 가치측정법을 적용한다. 조사결과 많은 응답자들은 영의 WTP를 밝혔다. 이러한 영의 WTP를 다루기 위해 본 연구에서는 스파이크 모형을 적용한다. 분석결과 환경개선용수 공급편익은 사업지에 대해 가구당 연간 1,393.7원, 비사업지에 대해 가구당 연간 2,237.7원으로 추정되었다. 이 값을 전국으로 확장하면 연간 383.6억원에 달한다. 이러한 분석결과는 환경개선용수의 공급편익과 관련된 투자의 적정수준 결정 및 관리정책 결정에 있어서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study attempts to estimate the benefits of environmentally-enhancing water ensuing from Sangkwan multi-purpose reservoir. To this end, we apply a survey technique, the contingent valuation (CV) method to elicit the public willingness to pay (WTP). Two CV surveys of randomly selected households were administrated to on-site and off-site areas. As it happens, a number of respondents reported zero WTPs for the environmentally- enhancing water. To deal with the zero WTPs, this study employs a spike model. The results show that average household's WTP for the environmentally-enhancing water ensuing from Sangkwan multi-purpose reservoir is estimated to be 1,393.7 won for on-site area and 2,237.7 won for off-site area per year. The benefits of environmentally-enhancing water ensuing from Sangkwan multi-purpose reservoir amount to about 38.3 billion won per year. Our findings are expected to contribute to determining an appropriate level of investment and making management policies with regard to the benefits of environmentally-enhancing water.
가임기 전신성 홍반성 루푸스 환자의 혈청 DHEAS치에 관한 연구

Objective: Dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate (DHEAS), the major steroidal product of the human adrenal, is abnormally low in patients with SLE. Moreover, a recent study confirms a positive effect of the precursor DHEA on the disease course in SLE, which supports an etiologically important role of the hormone on SLE. The aim of this study is to search for an interrelation between clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, and disease activities and DHEAS in patients with SLE. Method: DHEAS were measured by radioimmunoassay kit using 125I-labeled DHEA-SO4 antibody-coated tube in the serum of 48 patients with SLE and in 46 control subjects. Laboratory findings, clinical symptoms, signs and SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI) in SLE patients were evaluated at blood sampling time. Results: DHEAS was lower in patients with SLE compared to controls (45.60±42.62 μg/dL vs 101.55±56.54 μg/dL, p<0.005). The serum DHEAS levels were significantly negative correlation with SLEDAI (r=-0.333, p<0.05). There were significantly negative correlations between daily steroid dose and DHEAS (r=-0.384, p=0.012), and the amount of steroid used during previous 2 months and DHEAS (r=-0.011, p=0.011). Conclusions: Patients with SLE have low levels of DHEAS and significant negative correlation between SLEDAI, steroid dose and DHEAS.

최근 수자원의 패러다임이 변화하면서 레크리에이션, 하천 수질개선·생태계 복원, 친수공간 조성 등을 위한 환경개선 용수의 수요가 점점 커지고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 환경개선용수의 명확한 개념과 그 편익 산정에 대한 논의가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 환경개선용수의 개념 및 편익을 살펴보고 기존의 유사 연구들을 검토함으로써 향후 보다 합리적인 환경개선용수 공급의 편익산정 방안을 마련하는데 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. Recently, recreation, river water quality improvements, ecosystem restoration and water front development have made the demand for water for environmental enhancement increase. However, so far, it is insufficient to discuss the concept of water for environmental enhancement and the its benefit estimation methodology. Therefore, this study will discuss the concept of water for environmental enhancement and examine the proper benefit estimation methodology.
