The study is to investigate whether simple success-failure experience will have influence on locus of causality, self-concept and task-specific self-concept. These three individual variables are known to have considerable correlations with academic achievement and several other individual traits. If rather simple success-failure experiences show to have influence on these individual traits, the study might have some merit for the guidance of the students, as the efforts to promote these individual variables are important responsibilities of school education. The findings are as following. 1. Success experience had tendency of increasing academic self-concept(The increment showed statistical significance only with 8th graders). but failure experience had tendency to decrease academic self-concept (The decrement was significant in case of elementary school, but it was not with 8th graders.) 2. The negative influence of failure experience was larger on the high self-concept group of elementary school (-4.35, t=2.88, p<0.01); however, the 8th graders with low self-concept were influenced by success experience more positively than those with high self-concept (6.47, t=4.36, p<0.01). 3. The positive influence of success experience on the students of internal/success was statistically significant, but the influence on the students of internal/failure was negligible. 4. However, with the higher internal group, the failure-experience influenced negatively both 6th and 8th grade students. 5. In case of elementary children, the success/high self-concept showed increase of internal locus, but that o 8th graders did not. 6. As a whole, positive influence of success experience on task specific self-concept was fairly significant; while the negative influence of failure experience was also recognizable level. 7. The correlation between academic achievement and self-concept was statistically significant, and it was higher in the junior-high group)r=51). And there was positive correlation between academic achievement and internal locus of causality, but the correlation between academic achievement and external locus of causality was negative, which is consistent with other researches.
A Study on the Sustained Use of Mobile Payment Services:Comparison of Alipay and WeChatpay in China

This study conducted an empirical study on factors affecting the continuous use of mobile payment for users. Based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Extended Expectation-Confirmation Model of lS Continuance (ECM-ISC), we set up the model and hypothesis by adding habit and utilization range as independent variables. We received 426 valid questionnaires from users who have used continuously mobile payments such as Alipay and Wechatpay in China. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS for validity, reliability, factor analysis, T-test and regression analysis. The result shows that perceived usefulness, perceived risk, habits and utilization range have positive effects on users who use AliPay. Users who use Wechatpay have been affected by perceived usefulness, perceived use of ease, habit and application scope. However, the social influence does not affect both.
A Case Study on the Conflict Between an Incumbent CEO and a Successor

Family businesses play a significant role in the overall economy of all countries, and the importance and weight of family businesses are increasing in various fields. Many factors are essential for a family business to grow into a long-lived business, that is, a sustainable business, but the most important one is succession. TRUST Lab at Hanyang University studied the importance of factors influencing the succession of the family business from the standpoint of the successor. As a result, it was confirmed that mutual trust is the most crucial factor, and conflict can destroy that trust. Therefore, in this study, we research conflict as a central topic for successful succession, which is the most fundamental reason for family businesses. This study was conducted as a qualitative research case study. By setting criteria suitable for the purpose of the study, we conducted interviews with ten successors who either worked or planned to work in a family-related company. Through this study, conflict management of key players is the most important to achieve a continuous succession of family businesses.
