This paper presents an analytic method of quality function deployment(QFD) that is to maximize customer satisfaction subject to technical and economic sides in process design. We have used Wasserman's normalization method and the analytical hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the intensity of the relationship between customer requirements and process design attributes. This paper also shows cost-quality model the tradeoff between quality and cost as a linear programming(LP) with new constraints that have designated special process required allocating firstly The cost-quality function deployment of piston ring is presented to illustrate the feasibility of such techniques.

The purpose of this paper is to describe a new analytic method of capital budgeting projects that takes into account both customer wants and competitor's status and to give decision makers a tool for goal setting and planning for technology. This model, which is based on quality function deployment(QFD), has used the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the intensity of the relationship between the variables involved in each matrix of the model and the 0-1 integer programming to determine the allocation of funds to various technological projects. This paper also proposes how to calculate the new weight of columns to consider various strength levels of roof matrix, representing the correlation among the quality characteristics, using Lymsn's normalization procedure. To compare this model with Partovi's model, 1 adapt the same example which is suggested by Partovi and I show that the value of object function, has maximization problem, in this model is larger than that in Partovi's model.

Although Additive Ratio Assessment(ARAS) is a convenient and practical technique for use in muti-criteria decision making method(MCDM), there has been only research on the benefit and non-beneficial criteria. This study proposes a target based normalization formular for ARAS. To verify the proposed values, I present the normalization values of the model with nominal-is-best and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS) with larger-the-better. I also provide a revised ARAS model that combines the normalized value and reference sequence of Grey Relational Analysis(GRA) and the weight obtained using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). To compare the results of this study, this paper uses the location selection problem for distribution centers cases presented, and shows Spearman's rank correlation coefficient to identify the rank similarity between the considered methods.
공정과 신뢰에 대한 조직구성원의 인식이 사회적 관계와 직무에 미치는 영향

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct and indirect mediating effects of organizational members' perceptions of fairness and trust on social relations, job satisfaction, and organizational performance. Methods This survey was conducted on 97 members of the council, and the research model consisted of 35 questions with 7 factors, and SmartPLS 3.0 was used to analyze the structural model. Results First, it was found that the organizational process had a positive (+) effect on organizational trust. Second, organizational trust had a positive (+) effect on organizational identification and social centrality, but relationship ties had no impact. Third, it was found that both organizational identification and social centrality had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction also had a positive (+) effect on organizational performance. Finally, there was a mediating effect of organizational trust, organizational identification, and job satisfaction. Conclusion In this study, the structural model was finally presented by going through an exploratory step process in the initial research model and revising it.
Provider's Mobility Supporting Proactive Neighbor Pushing Scheme in CCN

CCN(Content-Centric Network) enables users to retrieve content using the content's name. Researchers face critical challenges in terms of mobility. Since the routing information is part of the content name, when the provider moves, it is necessary to update all the routers routing information. However, this requires significant costs. In this paper, we propose PNPCCN(Proactive Neighbor Pushing CCN), considering the popularity and rarity of mobility support, for providers in CCN environments. Via simulation studies, we demonstrate that our solutions are effective in terms of shorter numbers of retransmitted Interest packets, and average download times and higher delivery ratios during mobility.
