We had experienced the several system failures which were concerned about zero sequence voltages at the tertiary side of 345[kV] transformers. In this paper, we had considered the zero sequence voltage and its reduction methods at the 345[kV] auto-transformer tertiary. For analysis, we used EMTP(Electro-Magnetic Transients Program). The calculation results by EMTP were compared with the measured data of the field tests. From the calculation and the field tests, we had verified that it is due to pre-saturation characteristics of the potential transformer. So, we had improved its saturation characteristics and applied it at real site. After improvements, we could reduce the zero sequence voltage below the setting level of the relay.

최근 전력설비의 품질 향상과 시스템 운영기술의 발전으로 전력설비 자체의 고장은 낮은 수준으로 억제되고 있어, 상대적으로 바람이나 낙뢰와 같은 자연재해에 의한 고장이 차지하는 비중이 증가하는 추세이다. 특히, 낙뢰에 의한 고장을 억제하기 위해서는 효과적인 절연설계가 필요하며, 이를 위해서는 여러 가지 과전압해석이 필수적이다. 낙뢰에 의한 과전압해석을 위해서는 낙뢰특성에 대한 기본데이터와 이의 분석된 결과가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 체계적인 낙뢰대책 수립을 위해 도입된 한국전력공사의 낙뢰관측시스템인 KLDNet(Kepco Lightning Detection Network)의 낙뢰관측 정보를 이용하여 낙뢰발생분포, 낙뢰의 다중도, 연간낙뢰일수, 대지낙뢰밀도, 낙뢰전류의 크기 등 절연설계에 필요한 기본 자료에 대해서 통계 처리하여 분석하였다. Recently, the failures of electrical equipment have been reduced due to the improvement of its quality and the advance of operation techniques but the failure rates caused by natural disasters such as wind and lightning have been increased. To reduce the failures due to lightning, it is necessary for insulation design of transmission lines to be done, effectively. Also the analysis on the lightning characteristics is essential to the effective insulation design. In this paper, we describe lightning distribution, multiplicity, IKL(Iso-Keraunic Level) and amplitude distribution of lightning current base on the lightning data by KLDNet.

In 1997, 180 countries signed the Kyoto, Japan. The Kyoto Protocol came into force in February 2005. The agreement calls for industrialized nations to cut greenhouse gas emissios by 5 percent from 1990 levels by 2008 to 2012. So developed countries are presenting various policies to reduce greenhouse gas that is produced in transport firld. One of those polices is a modal shift that change from road freight to sea, inland waterway and railroad transportation that is eco-friendly. The increase of road freight brings road congestion, accidents, logistic costs, air pollution and greenhouse gases. Railroads are superior than the other modes of transportation in mass transportability, high speed, timeliness, safety and environmental-friendliness, but the railway industry has been pushed behind in competition. Korean railroads were used by passengers and freight transport popularly until the middle of 20th century, however, by the sudden change of logistics envrionments, ashaving time efficiency being most importang, railroad logistics competitive power against the transportation by truck The purpose of this study is to search how to improvement methods of rail freight by understanding the problems and the evasion reasons in coping with various case of logistics environment and to enhance competitiveness of rail freight.
초등무용교육에서의 민주적, 권위적 행동유형이 수업만족도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of democratic and autocratic behavior type of dance art instructors in elementary dance education on class satisfaction focused on mediations of flow and perceived competence. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed but insincerely replied or double-replied questionnaires were excluded and finally 453 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. For the analysis of the data, SPSS 18.0 version was used and double mediation model operating in serial, proposed by Hayes and a bootstrapping method were used. First, instructor’s democratic behavior type was statistically positive effect on class satisfaction. However autocratic behavior type was statistically negative effect. Second, the indirect effect of instructor’s democratic type and autocratic behavior type on class satisfaction through the flow were statistically positive significant. Third, the indirect effect of instructor’s democratic behavior type on class satisfaction through the perceived competence was statistically significant. However autocratic behavior type was statistically negative effect. Lastly, the indirect effect of instructor’s democratic and autocratic behavior types on class satisfaction through the flow and perceived competence were statistically positive significant.
