To participate in global carbon neutrality, the Korean government is also planning to carry out zero-energy building certification for all buildings by 2030 through the enforcement decree of the 'Green Building Support Act'. Accordingly, the government is providing various projects related to solar power generation, which are relatively close to life. In particular, roof-mounted photovoltaic power generation systems are attracting attention in terms of using unused space to produce energy without destroying the environment, but low power generation efficiency compared to other photovoltaic power generation facilities is pointed out as a disadvantage. Therefore, in this paper, to solve this problem, we propose an efficient solar panel angle variable system through research on the solar panel structure for single-axial solar tracking, and also consider the application environment of the roof-mounted solar power generation system. Suggests measures to prevent damage and secondary damage. In addition, it is judged that it is possible to control the solar panel based on ICT convergence and configure the accident prediction safety system to link the project-based education program.

Recently, Due to the decline hardware prices and the development of technology, information providing services using signage are gradually spreading not only famous shopping malls, and exhibition hall, but also large retail store, small shops. information services using signage can provided in the form of digital signage which is higher visiblilty. However, in current digital signage systems are unable to provide efficient content information considering the consumer requesting content in a defined time frame for collective contents reproduction. In this paper, we propose the IOT based signage system and control technology. The propose technology can improve the visual perception of the signage by arranging the signage’s according to the exact required position and scheduling the signage content management as per the individual signage contents request from the consumer.
소형 창고형 공장 적용을 고려한 15와트 LED 조명과 40와트 태양광 패널을 활용한 가시광통신 송수신 시스템 분석

ICT기술 확산과 더불어 효율적인 정보 운용을 위해 다양한 프로토콜의 근거리 무선통신기술이 적용되고 있다. 하지만 근거리 무선통신의 제한사항으로 인하여 주파수 혼선 및 창고형 공장 등 주파수 환경이 좋지 않은 곳에서 통신이 원활하지 못하다. 이에 대한 대안이 필요한 시점에 LED 기술의 발달과 빠른 보급을 통한 인프라 확충으로 LED 기반 가시광 통신이 대안으로 주목되고 넒은 분야에 확산되고 있다. 또한 신재생에너지 활성화에 맞춰 태양광 패널 또한 빠른 보급으로 인프라가 확충되어 있다. 이러한 상황에서 PD를 활용한 가시광 통신은 PD의 수신각도 및 주변 환경의 빛으로 인해 LoS가 확보되고 주변의 빛에 영향이 적은 초근거리 환경에서 제한적으로 적용되어 왔다. 이를 해결하고자 현재 인프라가 확충되어 있는 LED 조명과 수신 면적이 넓은 태양광 패널을 이용하여 가시광 통신을 구현하였으며, 주변 환경 빛에서도 정확한 데이터를 복원을 위한 회로를 제안하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 태양광 패널을 수신부로 하는 가시광 통신 연구의 기반 자료로 활용 되어 가시광 통신이 더욱 넓게 응용될 것으로 기대한다. In addition to the diffusion of ICT technology, various protocols of short range wireless communication technology are being applied for efficient information operation. However, due to limitations of short-range wireless communication, communication is not smooth in places where frequency environment is poor, such as frequency confusion and warehouse type factory. When an alternative is needed. The development of LED technology and expansion of infrastructure through LED based visible light communication is attracting attention as an alternative and spreading the usage in wide range now a days. In addition, the infrastructure has been expanded with solar panels in response to the development of smarthome built-in with renewable energy. In this situation, visible light communication using PD has been limitedly applied in a near environment where the receiving angle of the PD and the ambient light ensure the LoS and the influence of the ambient light is small. In order to solve this problem, we have implemented visible light communication using LED lighting with large current infrastructure and solar panel with large receiving area, and proposed a circuit for restoring accurate data even in ambient light. Through this study results, it is expected that visible light communication can be more widely used and this result used as the base data for visible light communication research using the solar panel as the receiver.

Recently, indoor lamp has been replaced by a large number of LED lamp in the world, and indoor smart lamp control technology capable of providing convenience to users has been attracting attention. Conventional indoor lamp control technology provided limited services based on RF communication(WiFi/Zigbee, etc). However, as it is required to provide extended service technology to convergent technology through OCC communication, In this paper, we propose an indoor down light LED driver linked OCC controller structure to provide application service based on OCC communication to indoor users with remote control based on heterogeneous communication(RF Communication/OCC).
