Our study is reinforcement about Outfall of Drain-Gate's Uplifted phenomenon when banking. Hence, We try to make stable construction by using Ground-Anchor Method, which is permanently stable and economical and shortening execution time. Besides, we used Finite Element Program to make a reproduction of field condition so that we could predict settlment, then we obtained the tension force. Therefore, Eath-Anchor Method is more effective than any other method in this case, So we recommend this Method.

Anchored sheet piles are widely used as water front structures and earth retaining structures. The soil-structure interaction in this case is complex and this makes the analysis and design of the sheet pile walls complicated. The classic methods to solve the problem analytically are mostly overestimated. Though the elastic beam theories and the general finite element method as SAP are used for it, the results are not estimated in consequence of the construction process. Here SSCOMP-program, including a little improvement, is used to solve this problem. As a resurt, it showed that the bending moment and the displacement of sheet piles were dependent upon as the flexural rigidity of sheet pile, the location of the anchor, the construction consequence and so on.

The conventional design method of buried pipes is based on both "the force concept" and "the stress concept", which makes much confusion. New design method is needed to make consideration of some condition such as: 1) the Soil-structure interaction, 2) the geometry of buried pipes, 3) the material properties of soil and pipes, 4) the effect of backfill soil For the analysis of pipes the finite element method is used here, with the hyperbolic stress-strain model for both the surrounding soil and foundation concrete. This program also considers the effect of the residual stress induced by compaction during backfill, as well as change of soil due to excavation.
