A currently used roof green system with multi layers has a low constructability. Therefore a new integrated waterproof & root barrier sheet and roof green box unit system was developed using steel plate fixture and cone type fixture by electromagnetic induction heating method. This study was proceeded to evaluate adhesion performance of two types of fixtures on Engineering PE, TPO, PVC sheet in a normal condition, repeated heating and cooling condition. As a result, adhesion load on Engineering PE sheet showed the highest value. The adhesion loads of steel plate fixture showed higher value as heating temperature was getting higher. However adhesion loads of cone type fixture showed opposite tendency. Regarding to the test conditions, test results of normal condition, repeated heating and cooling condition showed same value. The cone type fixture using butyl tape showed 7 times lower adhesion load than that of cone type fixture using electromagnetic heating and 28% lower adhesion load in a repeated heating and cooling condition than a usual condition.

The contamination(stain phenomenon) of natural marble(sipeol, bianko) of art wall of on-site interior finishing system and wall of elevator hall has occurred. The bottom of the art wall of stone junction tile has defects as cracks. To solve these problems, our research team developed eco-friendly complex stone panel(stone 4T + cement board 6T) and high-frequency hot-melt construction method that can construct in winter.

This study proposes the method for integrating renewable energy systems and develops the construction technology of hybrid power generation systems. The application process of hybrid systems is suggested in this study and the real mock-up construction is implemented. Hybrid power generation system is designed to supply continuous and stable energy from wind, photovoltaics and fuel cell. Therefore, not only wind and photovoltaics which are intermittent energy are the primary power sources of the system, but also fuel cell is utilized as a backup. Hybrid controller is the key component of the entire system. This developed system has been applied to mock-up system. In the process of mock-up construction, a variety of hybrid power system construction technologies are shown. This research is the first step of construction technology development and application for hybrid system. Ultimately, through further monitoring results, it will be performed with regard to the connection between systems as well as the stability and the efficiency of energy supply.

For the pleasant dwelling place, the most of apartments are designed with the increased green area ratio in ground space and the underground parking lot. However, the condensation in underground space has occasionally occurred due to the insufficient ventilation and insulation treatment. Despite reinforcement of the insulation treatment and mechanical ventilation for the preventing method of condensation. It seems difficult to expect preventing effects for the condensation without consideration of the thermal characteristic of structures. Furthermore, no fundamental measure has been established because maintenance work for these defects incurs a lot of costs and these defects could be occurred again. This study suggests a new method for preventing floor surface condensation through analyzing the reasons of condensation which occurred in the underground floor,
내화성 경량 무기 발포보드를 이용한 커튼월 시스템의 열성능에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to suggest curtain wall systems using Light-weight Inorganic Composite Foam Board(LI-CFB) to further improve the fire resistance than the existing systems. LI-CFBs, new materials with excellent fire resistance are currently under development. Curtain wall systems using those meet or exceed the existing system’s thermal performance. So, for the comparing both systems, computer simulation was conducted with THERM 6.3/ WINDOW 6.3 Program. U-value is calculated and the results of simulation showed that there is the equivalent performance between the new and existing system. Furthermore, it is shown that new system(LI-CFB) which is coverd back-panel and mullion bar is improved 14% of U-value more than U-vaule of existing system by this study.

This study is for the insulation construction of inner wall in a bathroom facing on the outside in the housings. This new dry construction method can be constructed by a dry panel which is tiles on the extruded poly-ethylene panel is stead of the existing wet construction method. Conpared to the existing method, this panel is light movably and is constructed simply. These representative construction merits are getting wide span in the bath due to reducing wall thickness and saving construction period.

This technology is able to construct with hardening UREPALT adhesives and TPO URE-Sheet simultaneously using automatic equipments, the benefit of this construction method is that The layer of waterproofing is uniform and defect of construction would be reduced because of no construction joints between UREPALT adhesives and TPO URE-Sheet. Furthermore, this new method could accomplish shortening of construction period, quality control and saving of labor costs. Also the non-exposure waterproofing method would be protected from fire and safe for workers without using a torch.
