        증례보고 : 뇌동맥류 색전술 중 헤파린첨가 생리식염수의 동맥 내 과다 주입으로 발생한 폐부종

        Here we report, along with a review of the literature, our experience with a patient suffering from a cerebral aneurysm and developed volume overloading pulmonary edema during endovascular coiling. A 51-year-old female patient who had an aneurysm in the basilar artery tip and subarachnoid hemorrhage was scheduled for endovascular embolization under general anesthesia. She developed pulmonary edema during the procedure. Coiling failed so neurosurgeon performed aneurysmal clipping under general anesthesia. The massive intraarterial infusion and flushing with heparinized saline may have triggered the pulmonary edema. We monitored diuresis and hemodynamics following surgery, as a high degree of vigilance, including monitoring of arterial blood gas and electrolyte evaluation, of patients undergoing prolonged endovascular embolization and receiving many intra-arterial fluids may help recovery.         Genetic Algorithm을 이용한 다중 프로세서 일정계획문제의 효율적 해법

        Generally the Multiprocessor Scheduling(MPS) problem is difficult to solve because of the precedence of the tasks, and it takes a lot of time to obtain its optimal solution. Though Genetic Algorithm(GA) does not guarantee the optimal solution, it is practical and effective to solve the MPS problem in a reasonable time. The algorithm developed in this research consists of a improved GA and CP/MISF(Critical Path/Most Immediate Successors First). An efficient genetic operator is derived to make GA more efficient. It runs parallel CP/MISF with GA to complement the faults of GA. The solution by the developed algorithm is compared with that of CP/MISF, and the better is taken as a final solution. As a result of comparative analysis by using numerical examples, although this algorithm does not guarantee the oprimal solution, it can obtain an approximate solution that is much closer to the optimal solution than the existing GA's.

        동시 진공증착한 Cu-Co 미세입상 합금박막의 구조적 특성

        Structural characteristics as functions of Co composition and aging temperatures were investigated in the Cu-Co alloy films deposited by the thermal co-evaporation. In the low Co concentration(<25at.%), the as-deposited alloy fillms were mainly oversaturated solid solutions and in the higher concentration, they were the mixtures of oversaturated solid solutions with Co-rich particles. As the aging temperature increases, Co precipitated as fcc α-Co and the precipitation was enhanced in the higher supersaturated alloy films with the Co-rich particles. The existance of α-Co precipitates was thought to be due to the low lattice misfit strain energy and the supercooling effect. The cored structure which was composed of the low Co content outer layer and the high Co content core was developed due to diffusion of precipitated Co back into the Cu when the aging temperature increased from 500℃ to higher temperature. The measured average diameters of Co particles aged from at 400 to 650℃ for 10min. were range from about 130 to 190Å for 25at.%Co alloy film.

        동시 진공증착한 Cu-Co 미세입상 합금박막의 자기 및 자기저항 특성

        Magnetic and magnetoresistance properties as functions of Co composition and annealing temperatures were investigated in the Cu_(1-x)Co_x (x=0.2∼0.4) alloy films deposited by thermal co-evaporation. The MR ratio of 12.5% at room temperature which was the largest among the reported values was obtained in the 25 at.%Co-Cu granular alloy film aged at 500℃ for 140 minutes. At higher measuring temperature and limited external field, the maximum MR ratio occurs for larger Co size. In the low Co concentration($lt;25at.%) alloy films, they behaved mainly as paramagnetic in the as-deposited state at room temperature and above that composition, it showed the ferromagnetic character. The enhanced MR ratio up to annealing temperature of 500℃ was due mainly to the reduction of the Cu matrix resistivity, which resulted from the Co precipitation and Cu matrix grain growth. The MR ratio and the magnetization decreased by raising the annealing temperature from 500℃ to higher temperature. These were thought to be due to re-solution of precipitated Co back into the Cu matrix at higher temperature. The Co content of the diffused interface layer decreased and a result of that, the interface spin-dependent scattering power decreased.
