Among the precision reduction gear drivers for robot system, the cycloid reducer is well known for it's high performances. Designing this reducer, there are many factors which must be considered. First, a geometrical analysis of tooth shape must be drawn from the basic concept. Second, loads, stresses and modification factors on tooth should be calculated exactly. Finally, a computer software to optimize the design of cycloid tooth needs developing on the basis of the geometric and force equations. In this research, the expert system to design the cycloid reducer was developed using Visual C++ so, the most important factors can be obtained automatically as the user put the simple input data.

과학의 발달로 누구나 원하는 정보를 얻고 공유하는 것이 쉬워졌으며, 인터넷과 스마트 폰을 매개로 지구촌간의 정보 파급 속도가 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 그 결과 히트 아이디어 제품이 매우 빠른 속도로 전 세계로 펴져나가며 막대한 부의 창출도 가능하다. 더 나아가서는 한 국가의 경제부흥에도 큰 영향력을 미칠 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 아이디어 제품을 도출해내기 위한 기존의 발명기법들은 일반인들이 사용하기 어려운 점들이 많으며, 또한 현재의 히트상품을 개발하기 위해 서는 부족한 점들도 많다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 발명기법들의 한계점을 파악하고, 히트 아이디어 상품 속에 숨겨져 있는 발명원리와 아이디어를 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 얻어진 결과는 픽토그램 이라는 일종의 그림문자와 결합하여 발명기법으로 상징화하여서 누구나 습득하기 쉬운 인벤토그램을 만들었다. 더 나아가 인벤토그램을 활용하여 전자파가 차단되는 헤어드라 이기를 개발하였다. As science advances, the gathering and sharing of information has become easier, and the spreading speed of information is increasing through the internet and smart phones. Enormous wealth creation around the world from the rapid spread of knowledge of products is possible, which can have a significant impact in a country's economic revival. On the other hand, to develop these ideas, many products are difficult for ordinary people to use with the current techniques. Therefore, new techniques to develop hit products are needed. This thesis identified the limitations of previous invention processes or technique, This invention technique was made by finding ideas and fundamentals hidden in the innovative products. The results obtained from the analysis of a kind and pictograms were combined, and symbolized by the present invention technique that would be for anyone to master. Furthermore, a hair dryer that utilizes electromagnetic waves of the inventograms was developed.

The stiffness of Body is known to be a important factor affecting a vehicle performance. I have studied the correlation, especially between body attachment stiffness and roadnoise in this study. For high stiffness, analyzed the body attachment structure using “Trees Analysis Method”. I provided target value for each input point and high influence position for road noise performance.

This study proposes an autonomous caddie robot system that can automatically track a golf player. The caddie robot is designed to operate in two modes: an autonomous human-tracking mode, and a power-assisted manual driving mode. Mode conversion can be autonomously performed through the driving mode determination algorithm based on the distance and angle between a user and the robot, and angle of inclination. When the latter is too steep for the robot to track the user, the user can utilize a manual mode to guide the robot with minimal force. This study seeks to provide insight into how the high-level controller of the mobile platform should be configured to track users in flat and sloping environments. Experimental results obtained from tests in the golf course verify that the robot can be successfully utilized in golf games.
