        지적장애 및 자폐성장애학생의 고등교육 지원을 위한 특수교육대상자특별전형 실태 분석 및 선발방법 개선에 관한 연구- K대학교를 중심으로 -

        The aim of this article is to ensure objectivity and fairness of admission by examining the present state and improvement of special admission for students with disabilities. For this purpose, this study reviewed the related literatures and analyzed the contents. Analysis are as follows: history and present state of higher education students with disabilities, present state of special admission for students with disabilities of domestic universities, selection method (eligibility, minimum academic standards, assessment methods), in addition to special admission for students with disabilities of K university. The findings were as follows: composition and training of admission officer team, establishment of related to regulations and specific talent type, Simplification and optimization of assessment methods, insurance of the objectivity and reliability through deliberation process of admission officer team. In detail, 1) the assessment criterions by considering the characteristics of students with disabilities is prepared. 2) the appropriate support for selection of students with disabilities is needed. 3) the admission eligibility by considering the concerns, priorities and gifts of students with disabilities is reorganized. 4) the criteria for fairness of special admission for students with disabilities is presented. 5) the development of the document form for an accurate assessment are required. These results will provide the useful informations to conduct special admission system for students with disabilities in universities.

        청각장애를 위한 대안적 한국어 전달방법 비교 -큐드 스피치를 통한 음역을 중심으로-

        Purpose: This research design to find effective communication methods for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in spoken language transliteration. Method: Participants of this research were 59 college students who learned sign language 1 semester in regular course, and learned Korean Cued Speech 10 hours, and they transferred 5 Korean word and sentence(4 set, 31 syallbles each) with 4 different ways which is fingerspelling only, sign language only, cued speech only, and mix use of cued speech and sign. We compared the 4 communication methods in three aspects; accuracy of transfer, speed of transfer, and easiness of transfer. This research tested by Repeated Anova Comparision by Bonferoni to compare the each test results. We assigned 20 participants to transfer the Korean words and sentence, and 48 participants to write the mean to the proper Korean words or sentence(syllable level). Results: Results were First, transfer by cued speech(include mixed use of cued speech and sign language) shows significant high accuracy than sign language only(q=20.56, P <.01), but not significant difference between fingerspelling. Second, transfer by cued speech(include mixed use of cued speech and sign language) shows significant high speed than fingerspelling(q=11.49** p<.01). Lastly, When mixed use of cued speech with cued speech, speed of transfer, and easiness of transfer increased little bit but not significant level, but accuracy of transfer was signigicantly high(q=.11.47, p<.01 /q=-6.72, p<.01 each). Conclusions: According to the results, this research consults limitation of the communication methods, and we needs to more research to the necessary and possibility of transliteration for deaf and hard of hearing.

        장애아동 아버지 자조모임 프로그램 운영 및 평가에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 아버지 자조모임을 결성하고, 실행하고 지원하는 프로그램을 통해 향후 장애 자녀를 양육하는 아버지 자조모임의 운영 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 우선 아버지와 자녀가 함께 하는‘아빠와 추억만들기’프로그램을 계획하여 실행하였다. 24명의 아버지들이 이 프로그램에 참여하여 자조모임을 결성하고 운영하게 되었다. 자조모임 운영 6개월 후에 여섯 명의 아버지를 대상으로 집단 면담을 2회 실시하였다. 질적 분석을 통해 자조모임 전의 자신의 삶, 자조모임을 경험하면서 변화된 가족의 삶, 자조모임에 대한 기대의 3개 대범주가 도출되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아버지들은 자조모임을 원하고 있었지만 기회가 없어서 매우 소극적인 삶을 살아왔다. 둘째, 자조모임을 통해 아버지와 장애 자녀의 관계가 매우 긍정적으로 변하였다. 셋째, 자조모임의 구축과 초기 활성화를 위해서는 사회적 지원이 요구되었다. 넷째, 아버지들 스스로가 프로그램을 결정하고 실행함으로써 만족감과 자신감을 증진시킬 수 있었다. 마지막으로 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study was to suggest how to implement a self-help group of fathers of children with disabilities in the future by forming, implementing and supporting a self-help group of fathers with disabilities. First of all, we planned and executed a program called ‘Making Memories with Dad’ with children with disabilities. Twenty-four fathers participated in the program, to form and run a self-help group. Six months after the meeting, six fathers were interviewed twice. Through qualitative analysis, three large categories of expectations for self-help group, life of changed families, and self-help group were derived as they experienced self-help group. The results of the study are as follows. First, fathers wanted to be self-help groups, but they didn t have a chance. Second, through self-help group, relationships with children have become very positive. Third, social support was needed for the establishment of self-help groups and initial revitalization. Fourth, the father was able to enhance satisfaction and confidence by deciding and implementing the program on his own. Finally, he suggested follow-up research.
