      • 적외선 영상 환경에서 적응형 임계값을 이용한 동적영역 분할 히스토그램 평활화 기법

        영상 표시 장치에서 대조 이미지의 왜곡 현상을 보완하기 위해 히스토그램 평활화(Histogram Equalization)와 플래토 평활화(Plateau Equalization)가 사용된다. 히스토그램 평활화(Histogram Equalization)를 이용하여 명암대비를 증가 시킬 경우 과도한 이미지의 밝기 변화에 따른 과포화 현상이 발생하며 실시간 시스템에서는 물체 추적에 왜곡 현상이 발생한다. 특히, 적외선 영상(infrared image)과 같이 명암비가 한쪽으로 치우쳐 있는 영상들을 명암비를 개선하기 위해서는 플래토 평활화(Plateau Equalization)와 같은 영상 개선 방법이 필수적이다. 플래토 평활화에서는 임계값을 사용하는 방법이 제시되고 있지만 실험에 의한 최적 임계값을 찾아내는 방식이며, 이 방법은 입력되는 새로운 영상마다 임계값을 실험에 의해 매번 반복해서 도출해야 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 과포화 되는 이미지 영역의 문제를 해결하기 위해 제시하는 방법으로 히스토그램 평활화(Histogram Equalization)의 동적 분할하는 알고리즘에 근거하되, 입력 영상에따라 적응적으로 임계값을 설정하는 기법을 제안한다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 방법이 실시간 영상에서 기존의 동적분할 히스토그램에 비해 자연스럽게 명암비를 개선하여 과포화 되거나 중요한 정보를 누락하여 왜곡 되지 않게 자연스러운 화면을 재생하는 방법을 제안한다.

          A book with nutrition theme can be used as an interesting tool to teach nutrition to children. The purpose of the study was to search children"s books with nutrition themes, and evaluate the content and the quality of the books. Fifteen books were found on the internet and in a bookstore. The main subjects were cooking (8 books), weight control (5 books), and food culture (2 books). Most books regarding cooking provides recipes but they do not provide enough information on food groups, nutrients, and food sanitation. Most books regarding weight control provides desirable food habits, calories in foods, and excercise, but they need to give more information on appropriate method to assess children"s obesity. Most books were evaluated as "The messeges were clear." "The illustration matched with the theme." "The illustration was attractive." However, most books were not written by a nutrition professional, indicating the reliability of the books was not ensured. Therefore, more books with various nutrition themes should be written for children by nutrition professionals, which can be used to help children develop healthy eating behavior.

        한국과 싱가포르의 중학교 과학과 교육 과정 비교

        In the economy based on knowledge, the source the evolution of technology is science. So the output of knowledge can be greatly influenced by how adequately science education is performed during the obligatory education period. Recently some researchers asserted Korean middle school students' science proficiency has been lowering so much that the science curriculum should be changed. The purposes of this thesis are to find out the state of our science education through the comparison and analysis with the science curriculum of Singapore and to seek for the methods for our science education to have the competing power like that of Singapore which is one of the leading countries in Asia. The results of this research are as follows. The curriculum courses of secondary school in Singapore are divided into two systems 4-grade and 5-grade one, and they are a kind of tracking system. The 4-grade one is also divided into two : SPECIAL and EXPRESS. The top 10% students in Primary School Leaving Exam(PSLE) are classified as SPECIAL and they are assigned to the gifted schools appointed by the Ministry of Education and 5-grade system which are divided into NORMAL(A) and NORMAL(T) is assigned for the other students. It is a curriculum given differently by ability. The subjects required in Singapore are as follows. In lower secondary(the 1st and 2nd in secondary school), they have 11 subjects which need to be examined, and 6 not to be examined. The number of required classes of science subject per week in Singapore is 6 in the SPECIAL / EXPRESS courses and 4 in the NORMAL(T) course. So it is different according to the student's ability. And it is fewer in Korea by 1 - 3 classes compared to that of Singapore. In Singapore, science consists of three subjects those are physics, chemistry and biology. While in Korea, it includes above three subject plus earth science. The index of science education of Singapore is 8.727 while Korea is 4.259 and it shows that the Science education is performed positively in Singapore during the obligatory education period and it also shows that the revision of Korea education system in needed.

      • 집단 미술치료가 목회자 사모의 자아정체감과 자아상에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to explore the effectiveness of the group art psychotherapy on ego-identities and self images of pastors' wives. 7 pastors' wives had participated in group art psychotherapy, and responded to Ego Identity Scale and Draw a Story test before and after the group art psychotherapy. Then data were analysed to explore the effectiveness using paired sample t test. As a result, no significant differences in ego identities between and after the group art psychotherapy. But there were significant differences in emotional contents and self images between and after the group art psychotherapy. Finally, the present findings were discussed within the context of each finding, and limitations of the present study and implications for future studies were suggested.
