      • Effect of Some Amphiphiles Including Ginseng Saponin on Adenylate Cyclase System

        인삼 사포닌 분획과 Lubrol-PX, Triton X-100, SDS와 같은 계면 활성을 가진 amphiphile이 membrane에 존재하는 adenylate cyclase system에 미치는 영향을 연구함으로써 인삼 사포닌의 비특이적인 효소 활성화 작용이 계면 활성에 기인한다는 것을 다른 amphiphile과 비교 검토하였다. 본 연구 결과로부터 인삼 사포닌 분획에 의한 adenylate cyclase의 활성증가가 plasma membrane receptor에 결합하는 epinephrine의 양의 증가 때문인지 또는 adenylate cyclase system의 receptor외의 부분에 대한 작용 때문인지는 확실치 않으나 인삼 사포닌의 작용이 다른 계면 활성 물질인 Lubrol-PX, Triton X-100, SDS와 유사한 것으로 보아 인삼 사포닌의 계면 활성이 adenylate cyclase system의 활성화에 중요한 역할을 할 것이고 membrane의 구조를 변화시킴으로써 epinephrine의 receptor에 대한 결합이 용이하여 adenylate cyclase의 활성이 증가된 것으로 해석된다. Uptake of ginseng saponin by rat hepatic plasma membrane was found about 27% of the added ginseng saponin fraction.

        Effect of some amphiphiles on membrane have been investigated by using adenylate cyclase system of rat plasmamembrane.         The Cr-Mo alloy steel was nitrided two kind of processing method. one is the ion-nitriding proessing and the other is nitrocarburizing. both conditions was proceeded during 30min. To compare the surface hardness, microhardness test were carried out and Fatigue tests of each material were carried out by cantilever-rotary bending fatigue test machine(YRB 200, Yamamoto) at very high cycle regime(10<SUP>7</SUP><). Fractograpic analysis was conducted by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) to observe the fatigue characteristics of very high cycle fatigue and effect of niriding process at fatigue characteristics.

        P-S-N선도를 이용한 진동리퍼 기어박스-생크 용접부의 피로수명 평가

        진동리퍼은 암반의 파쇄와 리핑 작업을 동시에 하기 위해서 개발된 장비이며 기존의 암반 파쇄용 유압 브레이커와 작동 원리가 다르다. 진동리퍼의 기진력을 투스로 전달하는 기어박스-생크 용접부는 매우 중요한 부분이며 진동리퍼의 기계적 건전성의 예측이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 생크소재 및 용접재료의 변화에 따른 용접부의 피로수명 예측을 목적으로 하고 있다. 생크의 재료는 Hadox-hituf, AR 400을 사용하였고 용접금속은 CSF-71T, CSF-81T를 사용하였다. 피로시험은 응력비 R=0에서 각 재료조건에 대해서 수행하였다. P-S-N 선도는 JSME-S002 규정에 맞춰 파괴확률 10%, 50%, 90%에 대해서 나타냈으며 수명 예측 식을 도출하였다. A vibro ripper utilizes high-frequency vibration for rock fragmentation. This concept is different from those used by other existing breakers. The gearbox-shank welded joint of a vibro ripper is a very important part. Because it delivers the vibromotive force to the tooth, it is important to predict its soundness. This study was conducted to predict the fatigue life under welding conditions. The shank materials were Hardox-Hituf and AR400, and the filler metals were CSF-71T and CSF-81T. Fatigue tests were conducted under each set of conditions. P-S-N curves are presented based on the statistical testing method recommended by JSME-S002, and a comparison is made of the results under each set of conditions. The life was estimated using a P-S-N curve.

        사위검사들에서 포롭터와 시험테에 따른 수평사위량의 변화

        Purpose: To evaluate the lateral phoria from several clinical phoria tests using a phoropter and trial frame. Methods: Sixtyeight patients (mean age 23.01±1.81 years old) underwent a subjective refraction and lateral phoria test using four clinical phoria tests such as the von Graefe test, the Howell phoria card test, the Maddox rod test, and the alternating cover test under two conditions of phoropter and trial frame. In addition, by classifying the type of phoria and subjects who need to consider prism prescription, and the difference in lateral phoria between the two conditions was compared. Results: When the two conditions were compared, a significant reduction was found in the mean lateral phoria in the lateral phoria tests at near and distance using trial frames. In addition, the exophoria group (exophoria greater than normal range) showed a larger mean difference than the orthophoria group (exophoria within normal range). In the group that considered prism correction, only the von Graefe test and the Howell phoria card test showed significant differences. Conclusions: The amount of lateral phoria measured in various lateral phoria tests was smaller when the trial frame was used. Therefore, it is desirable to use a trial frame similar to free space when performing the lateral phoria test considering the prism prescription.

        후기중세국어 원순모음화 현상의 양상과 특징

        본 연구에서는 15·6세기 국어 문헌에 나타나는 [원순성] 관련 현상의 예들에 의해 드러나는 후기중세국어 원순모음화 현상의 양상과 특징을 살펴보고자 하였다. Ⅱ장에서는 원순모음에 의한 원순모음화 현상을 비원순모음화 현상과 함께 살펴보았다. 이 과정에서 원순모음에 의해 일어나는 원순모음화나 비원순 모음화 현상이 일어나는 조건으로서 개재 자음이 필요하다는 제약을 파악하였다. 또한, 후기중세국어의 원순모음에 의한 [원순성] 관련 현상은 ``ㅸ``이 후행하는 모음 ``·``나 ``ㅡ``를 원순모음화시키고 ``ㅸ``은 [h]로 약화된다는 논의를 받아들이면서 ``ㅸ``에 의한 원순모음으로 역행의 원순모음화가 먼저 일어나고 그 다음에 순행의 비원순모음화가 일어나는 것으로 설명하였다. 그리고 이러한 [원순성] 관련 현상이 일어나는 조건으로서 개재 자음이 순자음이 아니어야 한다는 제약이 있다는 사실도 확인하였다. Ⅲ장에서는 순자음에 의한 원순모음화 현상에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이 현상은 근대국어 시기에 널리 확산되는 것으로 알려진 것으로, 음절 초 순자음에 의해 모음 ``·``나 ``ㅡ``가 원순모음화되는 현상이 후기중세국어 시기에 꾸준히 나타난다는 사실을 확인하였다. 그러나 일부 연구자들에 의해 이 시기에 나타나는 것으로 논의되어 온 음절 말 순자음에 의한 원순모음화 현상은 위계화된 국어의음절 내부 구조를 바탕으로 할 때 인정할 수 없음을 구체적으로 논의하였다. This study investigates the condition of "vowel rounding" in Late Middle Korean and its characteristics, which are found in the examples related to the feature [+rounded] based on written Korean data in the 15~16 century. In Section II, we scrutinized "vowel rounding" and "vowel unrounding" motivated by other round vowels. Then, we figured out a condition determined "vowel rounding" or "vowel unrounding" motivated by other round vowels; The condition is a necessity of "intervening consonant". In addition, as adopting the following proposal such that the consonant ``ㅸ`` makes the following vowels ``·`` or ``ㅡ`` to be rounded (i.e., vowel rounding) and the consonant ``ㅸ`` weakens [h], we explained the phenomenon related to [+rounded] motivated by other vowels as followings: firstly, a regressive ``vowel rounding`` happens as the result of rounding caused by ``ㅸ`` and then, a progressive ``vowel unrounding`` happens. We also confirmed that as the condition related to [+rounded], the intervening consonants should not be labial consonants . In Section 3, we investigated "vowel rounding" motivated by labial consonants. We confirmed that the "vowel rounding" motivated by labial consonants, which has been known when it was spreaded in Modern Korean, is continuously found in Late Middle Korean based on the fact that ``·`` or ``ㅡ`` becomes rounded caused by the labial consonants on the onset. However, we also discussed that "vowel rounding" motivated by the labial consonants on the coda in Late Middle Korean, which has been discussed by some researchers, cannot be accepted if considering the internal hierarchical syllabic structure of Korean.

        Von Graefe와 Howell 사위카드 검사에서 분리 프리즘이 수평사위에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: To evaluate the influence of lateral phoria in the von Graefe test and Howell phoria card test according to the amount of dissociating prism. Methods: Thirty subjects (mean age 23.83±3.16 years) underwent subjective refraction test and phoria test using dissociating prism. The von Graefe test was performed in a random order by placing a 12 Δ base-in (BI) measuring prism in front of the right eye and 6, 8, 10 Δ base-up (BU) dissociating prism in front of the left eye respectively. The Howell phoria card test was performed in a random order with the Howell phoria card and 6, 8 and 10 Δ BU in front of the left eye, respectively. Also, the influence of the dissociating prism on the lateral phoria was analyzed according to the vertical phoria. Results: The lateral phoria measured with 6, 8, 10 Δ dissociating prism respectively was significantly decreased with increasing the dissociating prism in the von Graefe test at distance (decrease in exophoria, p<0.001). There was no significant difference in the von Graefe test at near (p = 0.290). In the Howell phoria card test, there were no significant differences in distance and near lateral phoria (distance p = 0.841, near p = 0.190). As a result of analyzing by vertical phoria type, there was no significant difference in all test. But there was significant difference between left hyperphoria and hypophoria group (p = 0.013 at distance, p = 0.010 at near) in von Graefe test. Conclusions: The amount of dissociating prism has an influence on only the von Graefe test at distance, and the position of dissociating prism affects lateral phoria when there is vertical phoria. Therefore, It is recommended that the von Graefe test for the lateral phoria is carried out after correcting vertical phoria to improve the reliability, or placing the dissociating prism in front of the eyes with vertical phoria. This study also suggests that the Howell phoria card test may place a dissociating prism regardless of the type of vertical phoria.

        주시 상태에서 홍채 이미지에 의한 안구 회선 측정

        Purpose: To evaluate the reliability of ocular torsion measurement using iris imaging during fixation. Methods: Subjective refraction tests were conducted in 32 subjects (mean age, 23.78±1.90 years). A slit lamp microscope was used to capture iris images during fixation with different head tilt conditions (0° and 10° to the right and left, respectively). Ocular torsions were measured three times based on the difference in angle between 0° and 10° of head tilt positions. Reliability was evaluated using repeated measures ANOVA, paired t-test, and pearson’s correction moreover, 95% limits of agreements were evaluated by comparing ocular torsions measured using fundus images. Results: Ocular torsions measured three times using iris images at the head tilt positions of 0° and 10° to the right and left were not significantly different (p = 0.508 for rightward tilt, p = 0.985 for leftward). The comparisons of ocular torsion measured using iris and fundus imaging showed no significant differences (p = 0.124 for rightward tilt, p = 0.386 for leftward tilt). Correlations between the two measurements were high (0.880 for rightward tilt and 0.935 for leftward tilt, with narrow 95% limits of agreement). Conclusions: Measurement of ocular torsion using iris imaging revealed a high reliability among repeated measurements and showed good agreement with measurements of ocular torsion using fundoscopy. Therefore, iris imaging may be useful if it is difficult to obtain a fundal image using fundoscopy during fixation.
