The purpose of this study was to suggest improvement directions of G-SEED management system. To do this, the international and national green building certification systems were compared and analysed. The Korean green building certification system showed many differences compared with the international systems. The different issues were interviewed and surveyed to the certification specialist group, and the improvement directions were deduced. Most specialists agreed on the necessity of the improvement for management system in general. 12 items required improvement of the present system or adapt new system. Only one item was required to remain as present condition, and the other items needed further studies.

The purpose of this study was to suggest new assessment indicators of G-SEED for sustainability improvement. To do so, current G-SEED was analyzed in sustainable perspective, and compared with the major international certification systems. Preliminary assessment indicators were selected to improve sustainability, and 43 new assessment indicators in three phases were suggested through the specialist survey and the result analysis. The indicators are 25 in phase Ⅰ, 10 in phase Ⅱ and 8 in Phase Ⅲ. Achieved indicators need a further review before acceptance to the current system, and especially, the indicators in phase I were marked highly important by the specialist survey for improving sustainability of the G-SEED. Therefore, additional research and further studies on the acceptance are required in the near future.
초고층 주거복합 건축물의 지속가능성 평가지표의 가중치 설정 및 모의 평가 연구

In these days, construction of super high-rise residential complexes have been increased in Korea. Therefore, developing assessment method to attain high sustainability of super high-rise residential complexes became critical issues. The former study for this subject had been done about assessment indicators and sustainable assessment standards of super high-rise residential complexes. As a follow-up study, the objective of present study is to establish weight of assessment indicator for developing assessment method of super high-rise residential complexes, and to test scoring super high-rise residential complexes for studying present condition on sustainability. For this purpose, importance level of assessment indicators on social, economical, and environmental sustainability has been searched through designers who have experiences on super high-rise residential complex design, and weight for each field and importance level for each assessment indicator were analyzed. And then, assessment scores were produced by weight of each assessment indicator. These weight and scores are basis of grade system for assessing sustainability, and also foundation for developing assessment method for sustainability.

본 연구에서는70MPa의 압력 하에 수소자동차용 알루미늄 라이너의 강도 안전성에 대해 요소 해석을 통해 3차원 알루미늄의 응력에 대해 분석하였다. 그리고 탱크내의 가장 약한 부분이라고 예상되는 위치에 부재를 추가적으로 더하여 안전성을 높이고자 하였다. 또한 알루미늄 라이너의 강도 높이기 위해 자긴공정(Autofrettage process)을 통해 알루미늄 탱크의 안전성을 확보하고자 하였다. 또한 알루미늄 라이너의 외부에는 탄소섬유(Carbon fiber)등 복합재를 이용하여 내부압에 대해 더 버틸 수 있도록 하였다. 알루미늄은 공업적으로 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 Al-7075 T6와 Al-6061 T6(AISI) 두 가지 물질을 가지고 비교해보기로 하였다. 추가적 부재를 더하는 라이너에서의 응력을 FEM 해석 결과 응력집중의해 주변부에 응력집중이 나타나 안전성에 더욱 문제를 일으키는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of cellulose insulation on the indoor temperature and humidity. To do so, two full scale mock-ups were constructed which insulated with cellulose and mineral wool, and monitoring data from winter to spring were compared and analyzed. The results showed that temperature variation of both mock-ups appeared stable compared to the outside, and cellulose showed relatively high temperature compared to the mineral wool mock-up due to the good heat storage capacity. In addition, both mock-ups showed stable humidity variation compared to the outdoor, however, humidity of cellulose mock-up stayed in the comfort zone while mineral wool showed higher humidity than comfort level. Therefore, it was proved that cellulose was effective for controlling indoor humidity environment.
