In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is necessary to create a corporate’s successful per- formance with digital data produced at the product’s design stage, and to be utilized in the ESG management through cooperation among related industries (i.e. Korea's port, shipping, shipbuild- ing, and vendor industries). Therefore, it should be considered the Digitalization and Decarbon- ization simultaneously in the industrial categories, and it should be needed successful delivery from engineering and design results to lead to transparent sustainability of performance for ESG management. As the author suggested in a previous study, the performance of ESG Manage- ment would be led by 3D modeling CAD Results of the AIDEM(Advanced Integrated Digital Engineering and Management) Tools, and to achieve this, Goal-Setting-Approach must be car- ried out strategically from the beginning of overall management. In this study, it would be pro- posed a method that involves conducting engineering, analysis, and design from the early design stage through the Front-loading process. This approach could allow for timely Design-Freezing then it could be to carry out a proper production planning and performance outcomes of the production phase. And it would be connected how to use these outcomes strategically in ESG management to achieve carbon reduction and overall business performance.

Ships are constructed using the shipbuilding method, which involves several blocks. Every block produced in each unit process features a different production speed depending on the block shape, number of members used, and process complexity. Consequently, the blocks produced in one process is stored in the stockyard for the next process operation. As the number of blocks stacked in the stockyard increases, the movement of the blocks and that of their transporters increase, thus resulting in an increase in operating costs. Hence, we propose a method for monitoring the block storage status based on drone images and shipyard Geographic Information System (GIS) information to support the efficient use of block stockyards. Shipyard GIS information is mapped onto the image acquired from the drone, and the area of the stacked block is detected in the image. The block storage area and storage load factor of the stockyard are calculated using the saved block areas and shipyard GIS information. By evaluating shipyard stockyards, we confirmed the possibility of monitoring the status of shipyard block storage based on drone images and GIS information.
선박에서 증강현실 위치 정합 활용을 위한 기계학습 기반의 마커 복원 방법 연구

The interior of the ship is very complex and the equipment is equipped with pipes, valves, supports, etc. In order to utilize augmented reality in such an environment, it is more appropriate to use markers rather than markerless, which creates a model based on the characteristics of the target equipment. However, it is difficult to apply the marker because a lot of corrosion or damage to the marker may occur in the ship. Therefore, in this study, when a marker is damaged, it is intended to restore the marker using GAN among machine learning techniques. At this time, the model was built using the Pix2Pix, Cycle GAN, and Disco GAN algorithms widely used for images among GAN algorithms. Finally, an efficient marker restoration algorithm was verified by qualitatively and quantitatively comparing the model results.
