This study attempts to analyze the service area of greenspace on the subject of avaliable greenspace of wide areas in part of citizens’ accessibility and construct total greenspace system on the basis of this analysis. Assuming that the greenspace area per person is 6㎡ on the basis of the analysis result by the scenario 1, the total greenspace is estimated at 3,993.55㎢ and would be needed the 42.62㎢ more than 3,950.93㎢ at the present, and 10㎡ by the scenario 2, needed the 110.96㎢ more and 16㎡ by the scenario 3, needed the 225.02㎢ more. The method of measurement to service area of greenspace and calculation of amount of planning greenspace in this study are expected to make pleasant living environment because they can prescribe the location and quantity of new planning greenspace for several development works.
도시재생 정책 수립을 위한 지방중소도시의 도시쇠퇴지표 적용 -제주시를 중심으로-

This study analyzes the decline of the local small towns and cities to establish urban regeneration policies. For this purpose, first, AHP was used to estimate the relative weights of urban decline indicator. Second, the weights and statistical data were analyzed to measure the degree of urban decline by administrative dong of Jeju city. As a result, the degrees of urban decline were calculated in the order of Ildo 1 dong, Yongdam 1 dong, Samdo 2 dong, Geonip dong, Yongdam 2 dong, and Bonggae dong. This is in part attributed to the new town development and the movement of the public authority institutes such as Jeju city government and Jeju provincial government. The policies of urban regeneration will have to be sought of multifaceted solution for the city center regeneration as well as inner city revitalization.

Accessibility to greenspace is one of the most important criteria to assess urban greenspace in terms of potentiality in being used by citizen. This study aims to develop an assessment model of the accessibility to greenspace for already built newtowns. For this purpose two newtowns were selected, which are extremely different in their spatial structures: Pyeongchon and Sanbon Newtown. According to the model application greenspace ratio increased by 3.03%-point for Pyeongchon and 4.11%-point for Sanbon if the number of potential users of greenspace were considered. So, the increased greenspace ratio is 15.46% for Pyeongchon and 20.57% for Sanbon. This shows that the accessibility to greenspace could be defined by the forms and arrangements of greenspace in the newtowns. For the analysis a Binary Logit Model, SPSS 12.0, ArcGIS were used. The model developed in this study is able to be applied to finalize an land-use plan of a newtown with user friendly greenspace system.
