This research was conducted with a view to enhance the efficiency of the preventive tool which provide pilots and controllers with proper and timely safety alerts while conducting circling approach at the airport where surrounding terrains becomes threat to safe operation of flight around airport.

Developing constantly with intent of industrialization in modern times, flexible dwelling space has pursued lightness while having flexible units and mobile devices in interior space. Systematic theories regarding flexible dwelling space were established while dwelling types valuing the concept of mobility were being developed, such as movable house-trailers suggested by Archigram in the 1960s after the contemporary time. In the early 20th century, through various cases of mobile dwelling suggested by Buckminster Fuller and Archigram and mobile home popular in the U. S, there appeared a strong tendency that a house was a single product as a dwelling building itself could move with transportation instruments like an automobile. Besides, to make mobility easier, light-weight matters or materials for cars or airplanes were used, and as dwelling space was composed of small-sized spaces, there appeared some flexible characteristics that interior space was altered according to its use. Capsule dwelling is a concept of not depending on an urban structure system but having self-completion system by organizing a single completed housing unit with modularized space unit parts, while moving itself like mobile dwelling. Steel member and parts composing dwelling units were planned to be exchangeable according to material lifetime and users" preference, and modularization fit for space flexibility and moving scale was pursued, while light-weight matters were being used such as plastic, duralumin and pneumatic structure. Those houses were planned to move or transport easily, so it was found that they all have such characteristics as mobility, lightness, flexibility and modularization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the types and characteristics of flexibility being applied to the modern dwelling space, based on the understanding about the concept, type and development progress of flexibility in terms of dwelling space. Consequently, it is expected that this study will be a foothold likely to contribute to the activation of flexible-type housing, while overcoming limitations of the present flexibility plan.

The “Living in motion”, referring to ever moving fast life of modern society in 21st century, is created by “Space Transformation” that constantly evolves, moves and interacts in many different ways with us. We demand a place to work that has the kinetic architecture that is flexible, changeable and adaptable ta the enviroment, and mobile devices that is simple and lightweight to use. Therefore, my plan will explore the elements and characteristics of Kinetic Architecture, Container House and Mobile Space. After exploring, the design will follow using the new concept of mobile work place. My plan emphasizes research and development of creating the best mobile work place that are efficient and usable.

There are many studies indicate that human is one of the major contributing factors to the aviation accident. To this end, the Human Factor of pilots and in flight operations has been a popular subject to be studied, however, not of the air traffic controllers. Recently, some States have started studying Human Errors in Air Traffic Control field, removal of the potential errors in advance and prevention of the similar errors. This study analyzed Human Errors in air traffic control in terms of LOSA of airlines, which has been actively studied. This study will contribute to safe Flight Operation and Air Traffic Control.
大氣汚染이 飛行安全에 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究 : 화력발전소 연돌배출물을 중심으로 Based on a Pollutant of Thermal Power Station

본 논문은 대기오염이 비행한정에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 화력발전소의 연돌(굴뚝)에서 배출되는 배출가스를 중심으로 배출물의 화학적 특성과 배출가스의 분산의 특성을 분석하고, 인천LNG복합화력발전소 건설(계획)이 인천국제공항에 미치는 영향을 배출가스 확산 수리모형을 통하여 분석하였다. 본 논문은 6장으로 구성되어 있으며 제1장에서는 서론, 제2장에서는 대기오염의 특성을 규명하고 제3장에서는 비행안정의 영향요인을 분석하였다. 제4장에서는 연돌배출물의 대기중 분산형태를 이론적으로 고찰하였으며, 제5장에서는 인천LNG복합화력발전소의 배출물이 인천국제공항에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 제시하였으며 이를 통하여 대기오염이 비행안전에 미치는 영향을 항공종사자들이 인식하는데 필요한 사랑을 제시하였다. The study has been conducted to determine dispersion characteristics of an air pollution affecting on the flight safety. In this paper, dispersion characteristics were investigated analytically and experimentally. The master plans of the HANWHA INCHON complex thermal power station was used for this paper. The study is organized into six parts. the first part presents the summary and a purpose of this study. The second part presents a characteristics of air pollutants and the third part involves the factors of flight safety. the fourth part analyzed the dispersion characteristics of combustion pollutants and the fifth part performed the cae study on the air pollution affecting on the flight safety. Finally this study is focused on providing for guidelines to airmen for the purpose of the flight safety especially with respect of air pollution.
永宗島 新國際空港建設에 따른 首都圈空域의 活用性 增進에 關한 硏究

공항의 항공기 수용능력은 비행장공역, 활주로 및 계류장, 그리고 터미날 빌딩 등 공항시스템 구성요소가 유기적으로 연계하여 결정되어진다. 영종도 신공항은 김포공항과 함께 수도권 공역에 포함되어 있으며 일부 진입경로가 김포공항과 중복되어 있어 수도권 공역에 대한 합리적인 운영방안 없이는 공역혼잡에 따른 공중지연으로 신공항이나 김포공항의 항공기 수용능력을 감소 시키게 되어 신공항건설목적을 달성할 수 없게 된다. 따라서 영종도 신공항 건설에 따른 수도권 공역 운영개선방안으로 제시될 수 있는 것은 서울접근관제소와 오산접근관 제소를 통합하여 항공교통관제의 일원화를 기하고, 수도권 공역내에 비행금지구역(p73,p518)을 재조정하여 비행가능 공역 을 확충하는 동시에 서울 이북의 진입경로 신설등 양개 공항의 이.착륙 경로와 경로점(FIX)을 재설정하여야 한다. Airspace Capacity is defined as the maximum flow rate of aircraft operations that can be accomodated under specified operating conditions. The most important determinants of airspace capacity are airspace structure, the type of approach path, and the operating strategy(airside,landside) The methods for the Improvement of Metropolitan Airspace Utilization efficiency in relation to the Yongchonhdo New International Airport establishment are the adjustment of prohibited and restricted areas, the establishment of new approach paths and fixes, and unification of approach control center (Seoul, Osan).
