        미용사들의 식사 패턴과 식사의 적절성에 관한 인식도 연구

          This study was carried out to investigate the diet pattern and correlations of recognization about individual diet timing and contents of part beauticians. This survey was conducted from March to June, 2007 in Non-san city area. The completely answered 181 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis.<BR>  The major results and the suggestions of the study are as follows.<BR>  1. The general characteristics of the subjects were female 84.5% and age were "20~29" 51.9% and careers of cosmetic were "1~5 years" 37.0%. Average of office hours per day were "9~12 hours" 66.5%.<BR>  2. The subject who answered no meals in morning were 29.8% and time for meals were "10~20 min." 60.2% and for rest after meal were "nothing" 48.6%.<BR>  3. For food preferences, "coffee" was very popular, 44.8% and "cigarettes" 14.9%. Intake of food preferences per day were "1~3 cups" 64.6%.<BR>  4. For appropriate or not about a time to diet and contents, the subject who answered "have much to contend with oneself" 31.5%.<BR>  Therefore these are necessary that maintaining of time for meal regularly, intake with enough time, intake water sufficiently, decrease the intake of food preferences so far as possible, intake various and balanced nutrients and finally have to effort to improve menu of oneself with concern.

      • 비파나무 잎잎((Eriobotrya japonica Lindl. Leaf) 을 이용한 생리활성물질의 추출 및 인체 피부 자극시험에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to examine the component analysis and clinical trial of Eriobotrya japonica Lindl. leaf and to explore the materials which was available for functional or natural cosmetics. The extract of Eriobotrya japonica was light yellowish liquid and transparent liquid, pH value was 4.0-7.0. In the clinical trial of Eriobotrya japonica japonica, , the average age was 4400..99±99..55 years old among 31 volunteers attended the experiment. Only two persons appeared skin response about extract of Eriobotrya japonica and main symptom was slight erythema, either spotty or diffuse so it was investigated skin response of 1+ grade. According to the result of experiment, it was considered as hypoallergenic material. Conclusively extract of Eriobotrya japonica can available for various functional cosmetics because it have functions as a antioxidnats. Moreover I would suggest that the extract of Eriobotrya japonica can available for foods or medicine and medical supplies besides cosmetics.

        노화와 항산화효소의 역할에 관한 고찰

          In organisms, oxygen is essential but has a deleterious effects. Deleterious effects of oxygen is production of reactive oxygen species(ROS), for example superoxide radical(O₂?), hydrogen peroxide(H₂O₂), hydroxyl radical(OH.). But organisms produce antioxidants autonomically for recover the oxygen toxicity. Especially superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) have a major roles against reactive oxygen species in organisms. Also reactive oxygen species induce many diseases. It is well understanding facts that ageing, cancer and arteriosclerosis occur by reactive oxygen species. Present antioxidants and reactive oxygen species were considered important in the field of biology, medicine, pharmacology, sitology, agriculture, toxicology, environment and many others. If we know the processes of production and mechanisms of reactive oxygen species, toxic effects of radicals will be reduce dramatically in living organisms. So understanding the mechanisms of response and processes of production is essential.

        유기게르마늄의 항산화제적 가능성에 관한 연구

        This study was performed for develop substitutes to skin and beauty in nature. The past main methods for skin and beauty relied on several cosmetics but this methods contained some side effects. Present methods for skin and beauty were changed variously. For example fruits, grains, vegetables and plants were used in the field of skin and beauty. Now it was needed suitable substances for above purpose. Therefore this study verified if organic germanium(Ge-132) is possible for application in skin and beauty. To achieve the purpose of skin and beauty, regulation of metabolism in living organisms have a merit that minimize some side effects. And this regulation of metabolism in living organisms is connected with ageing intimately, So understanding of the mechanism and substances related to retardation or suppression of ageing is important, and lead the achievement of aim in skin and beauty. The study employed senescence-accelerated mouse(SAM) and orally injected Ge-132 in SAM, Then malondialdehyde(MDA) was measured by Ohkawa method using thiobarbituric acid(1BA) in the SAM liver, The result showed that continuous injection of Ge-132 is recover the cell damage and Ge-132 is available for antioxidants. Consequently when Ge-132 is used in a human body we can expect effects of skin and lxauty, Also Ge-132 is participate in metabolism. Finally, overall data lead to the possibility of the useful substitutes of Ge-132 on skin and beauty.
