저출력레이저조사가 배양섬유아세포의 생존력에 끼치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

This study was performed to investigate the effects of infrared and visible light laser irradiation on cell viability of human gingival fibroblast. For the present study, the author used cultured fibroblast originated from sound gingiva which were fifth or sixth passage. Laser machine utilized here were stomalaser which irradiate infrared(GaAs diode) and red(HeNe) laser in turn with pulse wave pattern or continuous wave pattern, and the machine had several frequency mode presented by regeneration, relaxation and analgesic modalities. Cultured fibroblast samples were divided by this modalities or cell counts and laser exposure time which were 60 seconds or 150 seconds, respectively. 1 day after laser irradiation, each cell-well was treated with MTT and measured optical density with ELISA. The obtained results were as follows 1. There was a tendency of increasing optical density in proportion to irradiation time in groups of 1×10^4 cell per well but in groups of 5×10^3 cell per well, reverse phenomena were observed. 2. The difference of optical density according to frequency modalities were not showed significantly except several cases in groups of 5×10^3 cell per well. 3. In general. cell viability of cultured human gingival fibroblast were not showed consistent feature by low level laser irradiation.
반원 오목면에 분사되는 제트충돌 냉각에 관한 실험적 연구

An experimental study has been carried out for jet-impingement cooling on the semi-circular concave surface. Two different nozzles(round edged nozzle and rectangular edged nozzle) are utilized and heat transfer coefficients on the concave surface have been measured under a constant heat flux condition. The characteristics of heat transfer has been discussed in conjunction with measured jet flow. Velocity and turbulence intensity of free jets issuing from two different nozzles have been measured by Laser Doppler Anemometry and theromocouple measurements have been done for temperatures on the concave surface. The effects of the nozzle shape, the distance between the nozzle exit and the stagnation point of the surface and the nozzle exit velocity on heat transfer were studied.
도시 철도역의 효과적인 안내사인 전달을 위한 디자인 연구

Metro stations are public places used by many people. If they use the station frequently, there is no struggling to find a way. But the first tourists or foreigners to visit are facing finding difficulties because of errors of the complicated sign and information. This study is the guidance of the metro station sign to provide effective information system and the research on the design improvement of metro station. In the first survey for this study I proceeded research about the concept of sign systems in metro station and literature search. In the second survey, I researched needs of the problems of the metro station users. In the third survey, I investigated Busan Metro Station's problems and design to improve the guide sign. In the survey results, users had a lot of difficulties in finding information because systematically increasing amount of information and guidance of the metro station. People can't find information because of sign indiscreet commercial advertising. Also they can get false information from sign without unity. To deal with these problems the metro station needs to improve design for a second-class citizen and refrain commercial advertising and design for information transfer capability. 도시철도역은 많은 이들이 사용하는 공공장소이다. 철도역을 자주 이용하면 길을 찾거나 가는 곳에 어려움이 없지만 처음 방문하는 여행객이나 외국인들은 복잡한 사인과 정보 등의 오류로 인하여 어려움을 겪는다. 본 연구는 도시철도역의 안내 사인시스템의 효과적인 정보를 제공하기 위한 도시철도역의 안내사인에 대하여 알아보고 디자인 개선하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위한 1차 조사로 도시철도역 사인시스템의 개념과 문헌에 대하여 조사하고, 2차 조사로 도시철도역 이용자의 문제점 니즈조사, 3차 조사는 안내사인 개선을 위해 부산도시철도역의 문제점과 디자인 개선에 대하여 알아보았다. 조사결과 도시철도역의 안내 사인은 늘어나는 정보량과 체계적으로 갖추어지지 않는 사인 등으로 인하여 사용자는 정보를 찾는 데 어려움이 많다. 무분별한 상업광고의 사인으로 찾고자 하는 정보를 찾지 못하고 통일되지 않는 사인계획으로 인하여 잘못된 정보를 얻기가 쉽다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 상업광고의 자제와 알기 쉽게 정보를 전달하기 위한 디자인 그리고 사회적 약자를 위한 디자인 개선이 필요하다.
머리자세와 이악물기 정도에 따른 교근 및 전측두근의 근활성과 교합력에 대한 연구

This study was performed to investigate the electromyographic(EMG) activity and bite force according to change of head posture and clenching level. Twenty four male dental students were selected for the study. They were healthy and had no known masticatory problems. To reduce the subjects' fear of dental damage and to deliver the bite force to several teeth on hard biting of the metallic sensory element of the bite force recorder, acrylic full arch wafers were adapted on both of dental arches. Surface EMG electrodes were placed over the right and the left anterior and the superficial masseter muscles. Subjects were asked to sit upright with relaxed habitual or natural head posture, and to keep their eyes open. The sensory element was located on the molar area and subjects were asked to bite as strong as possible. Measurements of the EMG activity and bite force were simultaneously carried out in the three head postures, natural, 45° upward, and 30° downward, and in the two clenching levels, maximum and 70% EMG activity of maximum voluntary contraction, and in each side of the dental arch, respectively. Data were recorded and processed with SPSS windows(ver. 10.0) and the results obtained were as follows: 1. Only height among the parameters related to physical constitution showed significantly positive correlation with the bite force in almost all measurements. 2. There were no significant change of the EMG activity in both of the masticatory muscles, and also no change of the difference of EMG activity between the two masticatory muscles of same side according to change of head posture. 3. The bite force in both of the clenching levels did not show any significant difference according to head posture. 4. In general, the EMG activity of the anterior temporalis muscle was more correlated with the bite force than that of the masseter muscle. However, the correlation between the bite force and the EMG activity of the anterior temporalis allowed differentiation by clenching level: the bite force on maximum clenching was comlated with the EMG activity in 45° upward head posture whereas the bite farce on 70% ENG activity of maximum clenching was correlated with the EMG activity in natural, and in 30° downward head posture, respectively.
