Vibro ripper worked by high-frequency oscillation is developed to do rock fragmentation and work of ripper in the different concept with other existing breaker. The tooth of vibro ripper which conducts rock fragmentation, has highly affect work efficiency as typical supplies. In this study, different shapes of tooth of vibro ripper for rock fragmentation was proposed and effect of that was evaluated by the structural analysis. Moreover, the tooths applied changing of shape were structure tested and that performance was compared. It is expected for the effect of cost savings through shape change of the tooth.

Virbo ripper is a construction equipment developed for rock cracking and ripping. It is different from the existing hydraulic breaker. In developing 50-ton vibro rippers, link modules are an important part of improving the vibration efficiency of gearboxes and ensuring durability against digging forces. This paper focuses on checking the stress distribution of the link module, which is the component of interest when the vibro ripper hits the rock, and predicting the weak spots and reflecting them in the component design. The dynamic behavior analysis of the vibro ripper was used to identify the structural weakness of the link module using Daful®, a multibody dynamics commercial program, and the fatigue life was estimated using the results obtained through the simulation.

The vibration ripper for crush a rock is a attachment which is mounted to a excavator. As a major component, gear box consists of two eccentric shafts. And this generates the vibration for crushing a rock. The Tooth, a component of vibration ripper, crush the rock by passing the vibration directly to the rock. So, the tooth need the high strength and wear resistance. In this study, we want to confirm the stiffness depend on the shape of tooth, when the impact occurs.

Vibro ripper worked by high frequency vibration is developed to do rock fragmentation and work of ripper is the different concept with other existing breakers. The gear box-shank welded joint of vibro ripper is very important part to deliver vibro motive force to tooth, so this part should endure high frequency vibration environments. The purposes of this study are to choose the optimal welding conditions for fatigue strength. The conditions were made using three kind of shank materials and two kind of filler metals. Shank materials are Hadox-hituf, Posten80 and AR400, and filler metals are CSF-71T and CSF-81T. The fatigue test was conducted each condition. Fracture surface was observed to estimate fracture characteristics of welded joint using SEM.
강널말뚝 시공을 위한 저진동·저소음 진폭가변형 진동해머 개발: (Ⅰ) 기진체 성능평가

본 연구에서는 일반 유압식 진동해머에서 발생하는 공진 발생에 의한 진동 및 소음을 줄이기 위하여 진폭가변형 진동해머를 개발하였다. 개발된 진폭가변형 진동해머는 두 쌍의 편심체 수평 각도를 조절 하여 진동 및 진폭을 조절할 수 있다. 기존 진동해머와 개발된 진폭가변형 진동해머의 기진체 성능 평 가 비교를 통해, 기존 진동해머에 비해 진폭가변형 진동해머의 진동 및 소음이 감소함을 확인하였다.
