The purpose of this study is to analyze lateral load resisting capacity by core area ratio of tower-shaped type apartment with flat plate system and to find an effective core ratio to control lateral displacement of tower-shaped type apartment with flat plate system. In tower-shaped type apartment with flat plate system, the core wall has an important role of controlling lateral displacement. When the spacious core area is good for controlling lateral displacement, but residential area will become small. Contrary, small core area has disadvantage in lateral displacement, but residential area will become more spacious. This study uses analysis program, Midas Gen. Core area ratio is five, from 11% to 22%. As a result, when the core area ratio is 22%, lateral displacement is declined 60% than 11%. And according to raising core area, the residential area is become small. But the amount of concrete decrease by raising the core area. So in a point of economic view, raising the core area is not an important role in effectiveness of structure.
Half Fin Wall System을 이용한 타워형 무량판 구조시스템 아파트의 횡변위 제어

The purpose of this study is suggestion of Half Fin Wall and to investigate differential displacement of lateral displacement under lateral loads for apartment tower-shaped type with flat plate system. Thus, this study analyzes the size of differential displacement and the behavior characteristics of the model using Midas Gen. This paper explained the change of lateral displacement and control of differential displacement by Half Fin Wall proposed in this paper and the lay out of two types about Fin Wall proposed in the existing study. It reviews the effective lateral displacement control strategies through displacement participation factors calculated by using the principle of virtual work. The results of analysis are as follow. For displacement of lateral displacement and lateral displacement of the models proposed in this study, it was found that show respectively a decrease of 35%, 7% compared with that of initial model.

This study is concerned with the estimation of wind speeds for return period in cellularized district of Busan by the recent meteorological data. Recently standard of the wind load in Busan area is determined by using meteorological wind speed data which is observed on Automated Synoptic Observing System (ASOS) only, Applying the existing basic wind speed that is 40m/s to the construction design of Busan area is inefficient, Because the wind speeds of Busan area show different amounts depend on the location of cellularized district, This research analyze the observed data of wind speeds of cellularized district in Busan based on Automate Weather System (AWA). In addition that we compute regional wind speeds for return period by using Gumbel distribution and study and compare with the existing basic wind speeds after evaluating appropriateness by Hazen`s plot method.

최근 스마트기기가 보편화하면서 점차 종이를 대체하고 있다. 자신의 일을 기록하고자 원하는 사람은 일기장에 작성하는 것이 아닌 일기 애플리케이션을 통해 하루의 일을 텍스트 형식으로 정리한다. 그러나 현재 대다수의 애플리케이션은 정확한 시간에 일어난 일을 한눈에 보기 어려우며 자신의 기억력에 의존해야만 하는단점이 존재하므로 노년층은 기록 시기를 놓칠 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기억력에 의존적인 단점을 개선함과 동시에 기존의 일기 애플리케이션의 패러다임을 바꿀 수 있도록 사용자의 타임라인을 생성해주는 서비스를 제안한다. 타임라인은 시간별로 정리되므로 일어난 시각을 정확하게 알 수 있다. 사용자는 애플리케이션을 실행할 필요 없이 간편 답장 기능을 통해 하루의 일을 작성할 수 있게 되고, 애플리케이션은 사용자의 활동 기록을 바탕으로 타임라인을 자동으로 생성해주므로 직접 쓰는 것이 미숙한 사람에게 편의성을 제공한다. As smart devices are becoming more common in recent years, they are gradually replacing paper. Those who want to record their work organize their day"s work in text format through a diary application rather than writing it in a diary. However, most of the current applications are difficult to see at a glance what happened at the correct time, and there is a drawback of having to rely on one"s own memory, so older people may miss the recording period. In this paper, we propose a service that creates a user"s timeline to improve the memory-dependent shortcomings and change the paradigm of the existing diary application. The timeline is organized by time, so you can know exactly when it happened. The user can write the day"s work through the simple reply function without having to run the application, and the application automatically creates a timeline based on the user"s activity record, providing convenience for inexperienced people to write directly.
철골보와 철근콘크리트기둥으로 이루어진 접합부의 기존 내력평가법에 관한 비교연구

This paper is on the study of strength evaluation for the frame joint made from reinforced concrete column and steel beam(RCS system joints). Especially for those categorized as through beam type, the accuracy of the existing design equations proposed in the inside and outside of the country was studied in detail with shear key such as face bearing plate(FBP), Extended FBP, vertical joint reinforcement. It was shown that strength evaluation equations proposed in James K. Wight provided the most accurate and consistent strength estimates. Some design equations proposed by Japanese often underrated the joint strength for specific joint details.
