본 논문은 웹을 이용하는 사용자들의 웹 문서 액세스 패턴을 파악하여 캐슁을 할 대상을 결정하고 관리하는 적응력이 있는 웹 캐슁 서버를 제안하고 구현한다. 빈번히 나타나는 순서열을 찾는 데이터 마이닝 기법을 캐슁 서버의 로그에 적용하여 순차적으로 액세스되는 웹 객체들을 찾아낸 다음, 필요한 경우 이들을 캐쉬 내에 선반입함으로써 히트율을 높이고, 따라서 캐쉬의 효율을 증가시킬 수 있는 캐슁 서버의 모델을 제시한다. 그리고 초기실험을 통하여, 제안된 캐슁 서버의 효율이 기존 캐슁서버에 비해 실제 상당히 증가함을 보였다.

North Korean defectors are increasing. From the initial ‘political defection’, to the ‘economic defection’, and ‘immigration defect’ is recent fashion. The North Korean fairy tales are stories about children who have escaped from North Korea. North Korean defectors who have escaped to North Korea settled in China, third countries, or Korea. The settled North Korean child can not adapt to the society, and becomes a ‘marginal man’. They have not forgotten the culture of the past and have not yet accepted the culture of the present society. At the boundary where they stand, the culture of North Korea and the culture of Korean society collide. The suffering of a North Korean defector children as a marginal man is relatively more severe than that of an adult. North Korean defector children suffer from inferiority. They suffer from the trauma of past suffering. Language is the biggest factor that makes a North Korean child experience a culture clashes. Subtle differences between Korean and North Korean languages cause unnecessary conflicts. North Korean defector children feel cultural alienation. The reason why the cultural alienation of the defector children should be resolved is clear. A healthy society does not allow internal cultural clashes to separate society itself. Conflicts should be for integration. The defector fairy tales suggest the ways for North Korean defectors to overcome alienation and conflict. Defector children in fairy tales escape from alienation through the disappearance of inferiority. The disappearance of inferiority is possible by establishing a relationship with another children. By recognizing and communicating with each other, homogeneity can be obtained. If they sympathize with each other, the inferiority of the North Korean defectors disappears. Various cultures coexist in a multicultural society. Cultural clashes occur everywhere. When various problems arising from cultural clashes are overcomed through empathy and communication, society can achieve internal integration. It stands out from the conflict and becomes healthier. This method of resolving conflicts proposed by defector children tales can be equally applied to multicultural families. The North Korean fairy tale began as a literary accusation that notifies the misery of the North Korea. But by presenting the method of internal integration, it secured the status of literature of communication and sympathy. After that, North Korean fairy tales will be changed to show how diversity acquired in the process of overcoming the cultural conflict serves as a potential to develop society. This direction is consistent with the direction of our society growth that has already become a multicultural society.

MPEG - 4 스트리밍을 위한 컨텐츠 저작 시스템

본 논문에서는 MPEG-4 컨텐츠 스트리밍을 목적으로 MPEG-4 시스템 사양을 기반으로한 컨텐츠 저작 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현된 컨텐츠 저작 시스템은 사용자가 쉽고 편리하게 컨텐츠를 저작할수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하고 파일 재생을 위해 MPEG-4 파일을 생성한다. 또한 스트리밍을 위해서 각각의 미디어 데이터를 싱크레이어 패킷화된 미디어 데이터, BIFS, OD, IOD 파일로 생성하여 스트리밍 시에 사용하여 스트리밍이 가능하도록 하였다.

허위자백에 대한 인식과 위험요소에 대한 민감도

본 연구에서는 일반인 200명을 대상으로 허위자백에 대한 인식 및 민감도를 조사하였다. 허위자백에 대한 인식을 파악하기 위하여 참가자들에게 자백증거와 허위자백을 유발할 수 있는 신문기법에 대한 인식, 본인과 타인(일반인 및 범죄 용의자)의 허위자백 가능성 평가, 경찰의 강압적 신문기법 사용에 대한 지각된 빈도, 대응편향 경향성, 허위자백을 평가하는 배심원들의 능력 등을 평정하도록 하였으며, 각 요인과 허위자백 민감도의 관련성을 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 일반인들은 자백의 증명력을 매우 높게 평가하고 있었으며, 누군가 자백했다면 그 사람은 유죄일 것이라고 생각하는 경향이 강할수록 허위자백에 대한 민감도가 낮았다. 또한 본인의 허위자백 가능성을 높게 평가하고, 경찰의 강압적 신문기법이 정당하다고 인식할수록 허위자백에 대한 민감도가 낮아지는 경향이 있었으며, 일반 타인의 허위자백 가능성을 높게 평가할수록 허위자백에 대한 민감도가 높았다. 본인의 허위자백 가능성과 허위자백 민감도의 부적 관련성은 일반 타인의 허위자백 가능성 평가 수준에 따라 조절되는 것으로 나타나서 본인의 허위자백 가능성을 높게, 타인의 가능성을 낮게 평가하는 경우 허위자백 민감도가 가장 낮았다. 논의에서는 본 연구의 실증적 가치와 본 연구 결과가 시사하는 바에 대해 논의하였다. Two hundred lay people participated in a survey which aimed to understand perception of and sensitivity to false confession. The survey consisted of close-ended questions that examined topics like perceptions of confession evidence and interrogation techniques to induce false confession; likelihood of false confession for self, strangers and/or criminal suspects; perceptions of how frequently police use coercive investigation techniques; tendency of correspondence bias; jurors’ abilities to evaluate false confession; and sensitivity to false confession. The results indicate that lay people think highly of the probative value of confession evidence and that lower sensitivity to false confession was associated with the greater tendency to consider a confessor should be guilty. Sensitivity to false confession was negatively correlated with likelihood of false confession for the respondent and the perception of the necessity of coercive investigation techniques. This relationship was moderated by the likelihood of false confession for stranger, which was positively correlated with sensitivity to false confession, at significance level of .1. Specifically, the sensitivity to false confession was the lowest when the likelihood of false confession for the respondent and stranger were not corresponding, indicating that lay people may use a double standard for estimating the likelihood of false confession. The merits of the results and suggestions were discussed.

The shock absorber is installed on the suspension device of the vehicle and enters the outside, and foreign substances such as dust and soil are introduced from the road surface while driving to form scratches on the piston rod, which may damage or breakage the function of the shock absorber, so a bellows-shaped dust cover is installed. In this treatise, a product development in accordance with an optimal design that prevents buckling of a dust cover for a shock absorber is described.

부모의 부정적 양육태도, 청소년의 우울, 공격성, 사이버비행 및 현실비행 간 관계

본 연구는 부모의 부정적 양육태도, 청소년의 우울, 공격성, 현실비행 및 사이버비행 간 구조적 관계를 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국아동·청소년패널조사(KCYPS) 2018 중1패널 데이터의 2차년도 자료를 활용하여 분석한 후 연구결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 부모의 부정적 양육태도는 우울과 공격성, 사이버비행에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 우울은 공격성과 현실비행에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공격성은 사이버비행에 정적인 영향을, 사이버비행은 현실비행에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 부정적 양육태도와 청소년의 사이버비행의 관계에서 우울과 공격성의 순차적 매개효과가 유의하였고, 부모의 부정적 양육태도와 현실비행의 관계에서 우울과 공격성, 사이버비행의 순차적 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성별 다집단 동등성 검증 결과, 전체 경로에 대한 남녀의 성별 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 다만, 부정적 양육태도가 우울에 미치는 경로에 대한 동일화 제약에서는 남녀 간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 부모의 부정적 양육태도와 청소년의 우울, 공격성, 현실비행 및 사이버비행 간 구조적 관계를 구체적으로 제시함으로써 교육과 상담 장면에서 교육적·치료적으로 활용될 경험적 근거를 제시하였다. This study was conducted to examine the structural relationship between parents' negative parenting attitude, adolescents' depression, aggression, reality delinquency and cyber delinquency. To this end, the results of the study were derived after analyzing data of the 2st panel data of KCYPS 2018. The research results are as follows. First, the negative parenting attitude has a positive effect on depression, aggression and cyber delinquency, and depression has a positive effect on aggression and reality delinquency. In addition, aggression has a positive effect on cyber delinquency, and cyber delinquency has a positive effect on actual delinquency. Second, the sequential mediating effect of depression and aggression was significant in the relationship between parents' negative parenting attitude and adolescents' cyber delinquency. In addition, in the relationship between parents' negative parenting attitude and reality delinquency, the sequential mediating effects of depression, aggression, and cyber delinquency were significant. Third, as a result of the gender multi-group equivalence test, there was no difference between boys and girls for the entire route. This study presents the empirical grounds to be used educationally and therapeutically in education and counseling fields by specifically presenting the structural relationships between parents' negative parenting attitudes, adolescents' depression, aggression, reality delinquency and cyber delinquency.
