      • 최대산소섭취량, 환기역치, 환기역치 이하의 운동강도에서 지속적 운동시 혈중 지질 및 지단백 농도의 특성

        The aim of this paper was to evaluate a characteristics of serum lipids and lipoproteins concentration during acute exercise at graded exercise for VO2max test, at ventilatory threshold and below ventilatory threshold. The results and conclusion of this study is obtained as follows. 1. No significant difference followed exercise intensities of three types in serum total cholesterol. Also, it was not a significant difference following time course of continuous exercise at ventilatory threshold and below ventilatory threshold. However, it was shown a significant difference(p<.05) between resting value and exhaustion value at graded exercise test. 2. Serum triglycerides concentration was not significantly altered as compared to three types exercise intensities. Also, Serum TG concentration did not differ follows time course of continuous exercise at ventilatory threshold and below ventilatory threshold. However, significant difference in traded exercise test was found between resting value and exhaustion value(p<.01), and between exhaustion value and recovery 30 minute(p<.05). 3. Serum HDL-C concentration did not differ significantly from the corresponding value at graded exercise test, at ventilatory threshold and below ventilatory threshold. It was not shown a significant difference follows time course of continuous exercise at graded exercise test and below ventilatory threshold. However, significant difference was found between resting value and exercise after 30 min. (p<.01), and between resting value and exercise after 60 min. (p<.05) at ventilatory threshold intensity. 4. Serum LDL-C concentration showed no change at the graded exercise test, at ventilatory threshold and below ventilatory threshold. Also, it was not shown a significant difference followed time course as exercise continued for all intensity.

      • 부아산 산행시 에너지 대사 및 코스의 효율성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze energy expenditure and efficiency of course during BU-AH mountain walking. In this study, 5men were selected as subjects. The results are as follows : 1. Exercise intensity during BU-AH mountain walking for left to right was 110.80± 4.98 beat/min, 62.02±5.12 %HRmax. for right to left, was 122.29±6.06 beat/min, 68.38 ±4.47 %Hrmax 2. Energy expenditure for left to right was 427.79±54.61 kcal, 6.11±0.77 kcal/min, 0.08±0.02 kcal/kg/min, and for right to left, was 449.04±44.97 kcal, 7.48±0.75 kcal/min, 0.10±0.01 kca1/kg/min/ These results suggest that BU-AH mountain walking is more efficient for side view of health and safety of common people, in the case of left to right than in the case of right to left

      • 강력한 운동부하후 혈중 젖산농도에 대한 성차의 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare sex differences of blood lactate concentration after strenous 800m sprint running and recovery 15 min. Trained-middle distance runners(Male:11, Female:10) participated as subjects of this paper. All subjects was performed a 800m sprint running, repeatedly. Blood samples for analysis a blood lactate concentration was collected in rest, warm-up after, lst 800m run after, recovery 15 min and 2nd 800m run after, respectively. The results and conclusion of this study was obtained as follows : 1. Male 800m best record in lst and 2nd run was shown a significantly high record, compared to female(lst: p<0.01, 2nd: p<0.001). 2. Blood lactate concentration after lst and 2nd run was not significant difference between male and female. However, Blood lactate concentration of both group displayed more high levels in 2nd run than lst run(p<0.001, respectively). 3. Blood lactate concentration of recovery phase was shown a significantly high lactate removal ability in male, compared with female(p<0.001). As results of above, Peak blood lactate concentration of male and female was not significant difference, but, male was shown a faster lactate removal ability compared with female.

      • 운동강도와 운동지속시간 경과별 총 항산화 능력과 과산화지질 생성 연구

        The purpose of this dissertation was to estimate the profile of total anti-oxidant capacity, lipid peroxide concentration, following exercise time course(at VT100% , VT80%, and 100% VO2max). The subjects consist of 10 healthy male adults. Blood samples at VT100% and VT8o% intensities were collected at rest, after 30 min, 60 min of exercise and after 30 min of recovery, respectively. Also, in 100%VO2max intensity, blood samples were collected at rest, immediately after exercise and 30 min of recovery. The results of this study toward total antioxident capacity, lipid peroxide production following exercise time course in three types of exercise intensities are obtained as follows : 1. There was no significant differences of total anti-oxidant capacity(TAC) among three types exercise intensities and exercise time course. Also, an interaction effects were not displayed. 2. There was significant differences in the decrease of serum lipid peroxide (LPO) concentration compared among three types of exercise intensities and exercise time course (p<.05), but there was no interaction effects. As the results, it is shouled that lipid perdxide production was decreased in longer duration and stranger intensity, and total antioxidant capacity was not changed. Therefore, it is demonstrated that high intensity and short time anaerobic exercise and low intensity and long time aerobic exercise are not affected directly on lipid peroxide and total antioxident capacity in human body.
