본 논문에서는 LabVIEW 기반의 가스터빈 데이터 취득 및 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다. C-Tune DAS로 명명된 실시간 모니터링 시스템은 가스터빈의 유지/보수시 실시간 동작을 분석하는데 중요한 역할을 담당한다. LabVIEW 소프트웨어는 고유 기능별로 데이터 취득부, 데이터 분석 및 표시부, 데이터 저장부로 구성된다. 데이터 취득부를 통해 PMS 서버와 두 대의 cFP로부터 데이터를 취득한다. 복합화력 발전소의 상용 가스터빈에 적용하여 개발된 모니터링 시스템의 타당성을 검증한다. This paper presents a gas turbine data acquisition and monitoring system using a LabVIEW programming. The developed real-time monitoring system entitled a C-Tune DAS Plays an important role to make an analysis of the real-time operation of the gas turbine under maintenance. the LabVIEW based software is divided into three parts according to their original functions; Data acquisition, Data analysis and display, and Data storage. The data acquisition part receives data from a PMS (Plant Management System) server and two cFPs (Compact-Field Point). To verify the validity of the developed system, it is applied to gas turbines in the combined cycle power plant in Korea.

The present study describes an investigation into the characteristics of combustion oscillation and its suppression instability of a silo type gas turbine combustor in commercial power plant. Combustion oscillation is occurred the combustor in near full load during operation. As a result of FFT analysis of the combustion dynamics, the frequency of the oscillation is analyzed as the 1'st longitudinal mode of acoustic resonance of the combustor. For suppress of the instability, combustion tuning with adjust of fuel valve schedule is carried out, which changes equivalent ratio of each burners. As the result, the oscillation is successfully reduced with meeting the level of NOx emission regulation.

Gas Turbine combustors for power plants can be reduced NOx emissions using lean premixed combustion technology. But The combustors are likely to occur combustion oscillations which damage operation reliability and mechanical life of the gas turbines. In this paper, characterizations of oscillation in a gas turbine combustor for power plants are presented. Combustion dynamics occurs 1 ~ 1.5 psi in amplitude with low frequency less than 170㎐ during premixed mode in the combustor. A abnormal high level dynamics, 4 ~ 9 psi amplitude occurs in during combustion mode changes. Tests of pre-filling transfer fuel during the mode change result in reduction of combustion oscillations.

In this paper, characterizations of oscillation in a gas turbine combustor for power plant are presented. Combustion dynamics occur 1~1.5 psi in amplitude with low frequency less than 140Hz during normal operation. An abnormal high level dynamics, 2.0 psi amplitude occur at 125 Hz frequency. Abnormal combustion oscillation is reduced by modulation of fuel supply valve control schedule.
