TTIP가 첨가된 저온소성용 TiO<sub>2</sub> Paste를 이용한 DSSC의 효율 특성

Recently, the application field of solar panels is increasing. Accordingly, the demand for flexible devices is also steadily increasing. It is therefore necessary to develop $TiO_2$ paste for low-temperature annealing for flexible DSSC fabrication. In this study, the $TiO_2$ paste for low-temperature annealing with varying molar ratio of titanium isopropoxide (TTIP) was prepared, and DSSC was fabricated and its characteristics were compared. As a result, there was no deformation of the particles on the surface in the SEM data. However, the highest open circuit voltage, short circuit current, and fill factor were measured in the DSSC unit cell prepared by adding 0.5 mol of TTIP to the $TiO_2$ paste, and the highest efficiency was 4.148%.

This research is about the remote control of the infra-ray signal producer and the received signal memory-type control unit. Also by using the infra-ray signal from the remote control, reduction of malfunctions due to infra-ray signal from other devices are presented. Applications on various electric and electronic items to improve the convenience are also shown.

This paper presents an LED lighting system with an LED color temperature control. The adequate color-control of LED devices is so important because it makes the control of color temperatur available in the field where traditional lamps had difficulty providing proper control of color temperature. This study analyzed the effects of the changes in electricity on the characteristics of LED of the LED system, weighed the pros and cons of LED system with compared to the traditional ones, compared the control system of PID and fussy-based.

A sensor for constructing an In-line roundness measuring device has a tough characteristic on a foreign matter existing on the surface during grinding processing, selects a non-contact eddy current sensor which is excellent in durability and does not cause surface scratches The objective was set to constitute a device capable of performing In - Line roundness measurement and to make it possible to measure by applying the theory of circularity of three points method. In this study, when three displacement sensor signals of the input values of the 3 point circularity algorithm are composed only of the sample shape and the vibration signal by simulation in consideration of the characteristics of the non-contact eddy current sensor, three displacement sensors Using the output of 3 point method to know the roundness was able to confirm the roundness shape of the input sample analogized to a certain value by the vibration protest canceling by the prism. Also, from the output of the displacement sensor, it can be considered that if the system noise is not included, the shape of the input sample can be completely estimated.
TiCl₄ 처리된 TiO₂ 층이 적용된 Perovskite 태양전지의 특성

In this study, the characteristics of perovskite solar cells were studied by treating and fabricating the TiO₂ electron transport layer with TiCl₄. TiO₂ is most often used as an electron transport layer in perovskite solar cells, but has a disadvantage of deteriorating the photoacrive layer in perovskite solar cells. The concentration of the TiCl₄ solution was changed to 0 to 200 mM, and a blocking layer was formed between the photoactive layer and the electron transport layer, and the photoactive layer and the electrode were directly contacted. As a result, the TiCl₄ treatment improved key parameters such as open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current density and fill factor. In addition, it was confirmed that the electrochemical impedance value decreased during the TiCl₄ treatment. Accordingly, it increased the short-circuit current density and reduced electron recombination, and showed the highest efficiency of 15.71% in a perovskite solar cell treated with a concentration of 100 mM TiCl₄.
