개혁주의 구원론에 있어서의 회개의 중요성과 필요성: 칼빈을 중심으로

칼빈의 회개론은 이신칭의와 더불어 그의 구원론에서 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 회개는 무엇보다도 내적인 변화에서 출발하는 것이며, 회개가 인간에게서 발생하는 것은 분명하지만, 하나님의 주도에 의해 일어나는 사건이다. 칼빈의 회개론은 회개가 단지 구원의 서정의 하나로서의 가치만을 갖는 것이 아니라, 이신칭의를 강화하고, 구원의 서정의 객관적 측면을 실제화하는 중요한 요소이다. 그러므로 이신 칭의 만이 복음이 아니라, 회개로 말미암는 죄 사함도 복음이기에 교회의 강단에서 선포해야 할 중요한 복음의 핵심이다. 회개는 구원의 필수요건이며, 그것은 동시에 우리가 구원을 받은 확실한 표가 되는 것이다. 참된 회개는 선포적이지도, 법정적이지도, 인간의 사색의 결과도 아니다. 또 그것은 단지 주관적이거나 혹 단지 객관적이지도 않으며 율법주의적이거나 신인협동의 결과도 아니다. 회개는 인간의 행동이다. 그러나 그것은 인간을 하나님께로 돌이키기 위해 하나님의 행동에 의해 주도된 것이고, 하나님의 권능에 의해 시작되고 유지되는 것이다. 이것은 하나님의 은혜의 산물이고, 그 하나님의 은혜에 의해 인간은 회개의 기회를 갖는다. 그러나 그것은 죽음으로부터 인간을 구원하는 인간의 의도 공로도 아니다. 그것은 인간의 하나님께 대한 순종과 감사이다. The doctrine of repentance of John Calvin has an important position with `justification by faith` in his soteriology. Repentance, first of all, starts in the inward change of believers and produces the external fruits. And although repentance is happened in the human being, it is the event that is initiated by God. Repentance not only has the worth of the one in the ordo salutis, but also it strengthens `the justification by faith alone,` and actualizes the objective aspect in the ordo salutis. `The forgiveness of sins` by repentance, therefore, is an important essence of gospel of God that ought to be proclaimed as well as `justification by faith.` And repentance is necessary to salvation and at the same time it is a sign of our salvation by Christ Jesus. The true repentance is not a proclamatory, neither forensic, nor the production of human speculation. And it is not just subjective, neither just objective, nor the result of legalistic or synergic works. It has the both of them. This is a production of grace of God; by the grace of God believers have a chance of repentance. So it becomes neither the righteousness of believers nor merit of man. It is an obedience and gratefulness to God in soteriology.

박막트랜지스터 응용을 위한 SiO<sub>2</sub> 박막 특성 연구

Silicon dioxide (SiO$_2$) is widely used as a gate dielectric material for thin film transistors (TFT) and semiconductor devices. In this paper, SiO$_2$ films were grown by APCVD(Atmospheric Pressure chemical vapor deposition) at the high temperature. Experimental investigations were carried out as a function of $O_2$ gas flow ratios from 0 to 200 1pm. This article presents the SiO$_2$ gate dielectric studies in terms of deposition rate, refrative index, FT-IR, C-V for the gate dielectric layer of thin film transistor applications. We also study defect passivation technique for improvement interface or surface properties in thin films. Our passivation technique is Forming Gas Annealing treatment. FGA acts passivation of interface and surface impurity or defects in SiO$_2$ film. We used RTP system for FGA and gained results that reduced surface fixed charge and trap density of midgap value.

Two cases of rare leiomyosarcoma of the second part of duodenum are described. Both patients presented with repeated episodes of melena and anemia. Large turners located in the duodenum and extending into the pancreas head with no lymph node metastasis were curatively resected with good outcome.
