The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of suburban detached house selection and to measure the importance and satisfaction of each factor. Through this, the study was to investigate the influence of suburban detached house satisfaction and recommendation intention. In addition, the study provides suggestions through the determinants of housing satisfaction and recommendation intention about suburban detached house and use it as data for development of new suburban detached house in the future. As a result of the reliability and validity test for the generalization of the questionnaire, Cronbach's value was 0.676∼0.876, and KMO value was 0.773∼0.846, which verified reliability and validity. Therefore, it is confirmed that the results of this study are suitable for general use. The factors influencing housing satisfaction of suburban detached house reflected various social factors. residential characteristics, location characteristics, social characteristics, environmental· relational characteristics, and economic characteristics influenced residential satisfaction. Residential characteristics, location characteristics, and social characteristics influenced recommendation intention. Also, as the satisfaction increased, the degree of recommendation of others increased.

As innovative cities have been newly developed in 10 cities across the country and now it is time to settled down and the development direction of the 2nd Innovative City has been established and announced. The concept of residence has now been including the economic value as a concept of investment together with the value as a commodity asset. With the improvement of the quality of life these days, the interest in the qualitative improvements of the residential environments and spaces has been getting even higher together with the interest in the quality of life. And the issue of the level of satisfaction with the residence has appeared as an important scale of the life. As the result of a path coefficient significance test regarding the factors of the level of satisfaction with the dwelling in Jeonbuk Innovation City s, The intention to recommend, as for a factor that gives the influence on the level of satisfaction with regard to residing in Jeonbuk Innovation City s, it appeared as being the Urban Infrastructure Characteristics with the positive (+) influence at 0.377. Social·cultural characteristics affect the satisfaction of housing by 0.232. In addition, relationship·economic characteristics were found to affect housing satisfaction by 0.432 The characteristics of urban infrastructure were 0.103 for recommendation intention, and the social·cultural characteristics were 0.256 for recommendation intention. Also, relationship ·economic characteristics were found to affect 0.256. Finally, it was found that the satisfaction of housing was influenced by the recommendation intention of 0.561. The importance of infrastructure and economic factors was derived from the residential satisfaction of Jeonbuk Innovation City s residential environment. Despite these results, it is necessary to continuously study the improvement of settlement conditions along with city policy.

In this paper, various of experiments were performed for checking the usefulness of Pozzolan Inorganic Polymer(PIP) Waterproof Admixture. The results of the experiment enabled to set the optimum mixture ratio of PIP waterproof admixture as 3.5%. Then, the test specimen mixed with PIP waterproof admixture was produced and consider whether meeting the quality standard of waterproofing admixture for concrete (KS F 4926) From the results, all the items such as mechanical properties and durability were meet the quality standard of KS. The PIP waterproof admixture concrete shows the high resistance of absorption, permeability and chloride ion penetration thanks to its internal components such as siliceous powder, zinc stearate and dispersive polymer.

Recently, as demands of new railway and the relocation of existing line, a number of tunnel structures have been constructed. Tunnel structures contribute to minimize the cost and time of transport, but in case of railway fire accident bring serious damages of human life caused by narrowness of shelter, smoke and high temperature, difficulty in rescue. For that reason, at the beginning of plan of tunnel, the optimum design of safety facility in tunnel for minimizing the risks and satisfying the safety standard is needed. In this study, QRA(Quantitative Risk Analysis) technique is applied to design of railway tunnel for assuring the safety function and estimating the risk of safety. The case study is carried out to verify the QRA technique for railway tunnels in Iksan-Sili.
