        Transition curve is a general section to reduce cant continuously in order not to make rapid change of lateral acceleration between near two curved track or between straight line and curved track. For examples, when cant is rapidly changed on the curved track or straight line, shortage and surplus of cant prevents smooth running and not only deteriorate ride comport, but also promotes destruction of the track, and then it damages running stability. Therefore, in this study, the dynamic rail force of the tilting (Hanvit 200), high-speed (KTX) and general (Mugunghwa) vehicle caused by driving in transition curve track was measured according to the shortage and surplus of cant. And, it compared the tilting response with the others by using the measured rail force data in transition curve track, and then evaluated probability the range of load fluctuation for the variable dynamic vertical and lateral wheel load. As a result, a range of rail force by occurred a change of cant from the high-speed and general vehicle which had fixed bogie structure was distributed throughout small deviation. Otherwise, in case of the tilting train which was consisted of the pendulum bogie structure was distributed wide range about large deviation by changed of cant.

        특별계획구역 세부개발계획 수립과정에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the Process of the Special Planning District(SPD) in District Unit Plan. The SPD scheme was introduced in 2000 and now the eighty areas of Special Planning District have their own development plan. However almost every district have similar design guidelines such as strategic key role of land use and the enhancement of publicness. This study proposed an alternative of SPD Process through the case of the Defense Security Command District(DSCD). DSCD case is proceeded by following stages: Setting up a development capacity and comprehensive plan of the site, Design Competition(including the DUP Design guidelines) and the final detailed development plan. This procedure could guaranteed the creativity of design, increasing of public interest, recovering a sense of place and consensus of stakeholders.

        A trial run of locally-developed tilting train has been in process on Chungbuk line since the test vehicle was first produced. For the system stabilization, interface verification among the systems including track, structure, catenary and signaling system, not to mention the rolling stock, is very crucial. Therefore, in this study, the dynamic rail force of the tilting (Hanvit 200), high-speed (KTX) and general (Mugunghwa) vehicle caused by driving in transition curve track was measured. And, it compared the tilting response with the other by using the measured wheel load data in transition curve track, and then evaluated probability the range of wheel load fluctuation for the variable dynamic vertical and lateral wheel load. As a result, a range of wheel load by occured a change of cant from the high-speed and general vehicle which had fixed bogie structure was distributed throughout small deviation (Δ8~13kN). Otherwise, in case of the tilting train which was consisted of the pendulum bogie structure was distributed wide range about large deviation (Δ25~28kN) by changed of cant.

        A trial run of locally-developed tilting train has been in process on Chungbuk line since the test vehicle was first produced. For the system stabilization, interface verification among the systems including track, structure, catenary and signaling system, not to mention the rolling stock, is very crucial. In the area of wayside structure, the stability of track structure and train run shall be evaluated through the review of impact by increased speed by developed train on track structure. The study thus was intended to evaluate the impact on track while a tilting train is running the conventional line(ballast track), which is vulnerable to accelerated train speed. The evaluation of tilting train test running the part of Honam line was conducted to identify the impact on existing track performance by tilting train. To identify the performance of each part of track components while tilting train and high speed train were running the existing line, wheel load, rail bending stress, vertical displacement of rail and sleeper were compared so as to evaluate the expected impact by tilting train for improving the train speed.

        특별계획구역의 구역지정 및 지침특성에 관한 고찰

        본 연구는 공공이 민간 개발과정에 개입하여 공공목표를 확보하고자 하는 특별계획구역 제도가 본래의 취지대로 운영되지 못하고 있는 점에 주목하여, 특별계획구역의 지정기준의 분석과 2000년 이후 서울시에서 세부개발계획이 수립된 80개의 특별계획구역에 대하여 계획특성을 분석해 문제점을 도출 및 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 분석 결과는 첫째, 특별계획구역의 지정대상 및 기준이 모호하고 실제로 세부개발계획이 결정된 구역의 지정목적과 특별한 연관성을 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 특별계획구역의 계획방향이 불명확하고 상위계획과의 정합성이 저하되어 도시의 전략적 기능을 제대로 수행하지 못하고 있었다. 셋째, 특별계획구역의 공공성은 원인자 해결을 위한 기부채납 등 면적 공간확보에 치중하고 있어 공공성 제고방안의 다양성 등 계획지침의 보완이 필요하다. 이를 바탕으로 특별계획구역의 구역지정 및 지침과 관련하여 도시설계으로서 중심적인 기능을 수행하도록 공공성 확보에 대한 새로운 접근이 필요하다. 이를 위해 상위계획의 실현을 위한 구체적인 구역지정의 목적을 설정하고 건축물, 외부공간, 주변과의 관계 등에 창의적인 도시공간을 구현하기 위한 계획적 지침개선이 필요하다. 본 연구는 지정대상기준~지정목적~계획지침에 이르는 제도의 개선 방향을 제시하고 있으며, 이를 통해 특별계획구역 제도시행 10년을 되돌아보고 향후 10년을 위한 제도의 발전적 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 본다. District Unit Plan(DUP) system was established in 2000 and until now eighty Special Planning Districts(SPDs) in DUP areas have their own development plan. The purpose of this study is to review the characteristics of development plans for SPDs. The following results are found from the study. First, the legal criteria for the SPD designation are vague and do not effectively connected to the purpose of designation. Second, the contents of the plan are not specific enough and not consistent with the direction of urban plans of higher levels. Third, it is needed to diversify the ways to secure the public benefits in SPDs. The designation and planning guidelines of SPD should be designed to support the performance of urban-architecture and pursue the public good.

        도시철도 교량상 급곡선 자갈궤도용 콘크리트침목 손상원인 분석

        약 본 연구에서는 도시철도 교량상 급곡선(R=180m) 구간에 부설되어 있는 침목 하부에 방진패드가 부착된 자갈도상 궤도구조의 콘크리트침목 손상유형에 대한 원인을 검토하고, 침목중량화 및 도상자갈 개량에 따른 콘크리트침목의 손상저감 효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 대상 교량에 부설되어 있는 콘크리트침목의 손상(균열) 발생 유형을 조사하였으며, 종합검측차를 활용하여 획득한 궤도틀림과의 상관관계를 통해 비교·분석하였다. 또한 수치해석 프로그램을 활용하여 궤도구조별 콘크리트침목 구성품에 발생하는 응력을 검토하여 개량에 따른 콘크리트침목의 손상 저감 효과를 입증하였다. 분석결과 궤도틀림이 심한 구간에서 침목의 축방향 균열이 주로 발생하였으며, 수치해석결과 궤도구성품 및 콘크리트침목에 발생하는 응력은 4-Anchor를 사용하는 체결구조에서 하중 분산 효과에 따라 발생하는 응력 수준은 작게 나타났다. In this study, the causes of damage to the concrete sleepers in a ballast track with under sleeper pads attached to the base of the sleepers installed in the sharp curved track(R=180m) of the urban railway bridge were analyzed. The damage types of concrete sleepers were investigated, and the correlation with track irregularity was reviewed. Also, stress generated in the concrete sleeper was reviewed through structural analysis. As a result, most of the cracks of the sleepers occurred in the section with severe track irregularity. In addition, as a result of the analysis, the stress generated in the track components and the sleepers was found to be reduce in the fastening system using the 4-anchor.

        자갈궤도용 침목방진패드의 수직 스프링강성 시험기법에 관한 실험적 연구

        Ballasted gravel will be damaged or worn by the repetitive train load. And these damages of ballast gravel could be increased by increasing vehicle speed. Therefore, various techniques for reducing the ballast pressure have been proposed, such as the attached pad type of sleeper bottom for ballasted track. In this study, spring stiffness test method were proposed to evaluate the performance of under sleeper pad for ballasted track. Standard ballast plate(SBP) was developed to simulate the ballast gravel and compared with the foreign test results. Experimental results showed a trend similar to the previous studies according to various loading plate type. specimen type(Type A, Type B) differences in spring stiffness according to hardness were not significant. Also, the FSP (Flat steel plate) - shaped jig is about 80% of the spring stiffness was greater than SBP. Therefore, to evaluate the actual spring stiffness of under sleeper pad for ballasted track, it was important to adopted the appropriate spring stiffness test method using the SBP to simulate actual field conditions.
