The purpose of this study is to conduct a kinematic analysis on the causes of injury when six. Athletes of a sports middle school in city D carry out their 360° twist landing in floor exercise. The study results offered the following findings. First, the time it took to carry out the landing was .14 ±.04 s. Second, the range of motion in the CM(center of mass) on the left and right was within .03 ±.02 m, and within 34 ±. 09m for front and back. The range of motion in CM vertically was within .15 ±. 04 m. Third, the CM horizontal velocity was 2.72 ±. 24 m/s for Event 1 and 1.83 ±.69 m/s for Event 2. The CM vertical velocity was -2.96 ± 45 m/s for Event 1 and -.28 ±. 24 m/s for Event 2. Fourth, during landing the joints in the hip, knees and ankles were bended. The range of angle during bending was, in the order of hip joints, knee joints and ankle joints. Fifth, the outward rotation angle of the knee at landing was reduced. Taken together, the above findings suggest that taking more time when landing through a 360° twist landing movement and having an appropriate bending range for the lower limb joints can help reduce the cause of injury. It also seems important to reduce the outward rotating angle of the knees.

        신의수(Shin, Eui-Su),최정규(Choi, Jung-Kyu),김상두(Kim, Sang-Doo) 한국체육과학회 2014 한국체육과학회지 Vol.23 No.3

The purpose of this study was to provide a quantitative base data needed to minimize physical injuries from side fall by comparing and analyzing the kinetic of the motion of side fall and side breakfall. The subjects for the motion of side fall were five healthy male university students, while the subjects for the motion of side breakfall were five male black belt holder. For the video recording, nine high speed cameras (Motionmaster 100, KOR) were used and for the analysis of impact force, a force plat (AMTI, USA) was used. To analyze the video and impact force, the program Kwon3d XP(Visol, KOR) was used. Using the technical statistical of SPPSS 18.0 program, the average and standard deviation were calculated and an independent t-test conducted to verify the difference between groups. The conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. First, the duration time was longer for side breakfall at P2 (p<.05), while there was no significant difference in total duration time. Second, the COM(center of mass) position was shortest for the left/right and front/back range of side breakfall, and there was a statistically sifnificant differecne at E2 and E3(p<.05). Third, the COM(center of mass) velocity was slowest for side breakfall at E3 where the impact force of the hip is at its highest, with a statistically significant difference (p<.05). Fourth, the impact velocity of the hand when it hits the ground at E2 showed the highest for side brekfall with a statistically significant difference (p<.05). Fifth, the impact velocity of the hip was highest for side breakfall at the left/right velocity and vertical velocity, with a statistically significant difference (p<.05). The greatest impact force of the hip was 1.06 BW for side breakfall and 2.15 BW for side fall with as tatistically significant difference (p<.05). Synthesis of the results is as follows. Suggest that in order to reduce hip impact force, the following factors are important. Side fall during a long time and you need to slow down the COM velocity. And you should slow down the impact velocity of the hip.

The purpose of this study is to kinetic analysis of the apgulleochigi motion of Yongmoodo. And the kinematic variables such as the duration time, COM(center of mass) displacement and velocity, the maximum impact force at landing were analyzed. And the following conclusions were drawn. First, the duration time of the apgulleochigi motion of Yongmoodo was 0.42±0.06 s in P1, 0.48±0.06 s in P2, 0.24±0.10 s in P3, and the total time was 1.14±0.16 s. In addition, the time required for each section during apgulleochigi motion of Yongmoodo showed a long duration time in the order of P2, P1, and P3. Second, the left and right displacements of COM of apgulleochigi motion of Yongmoodo were 0.40±0.05 m for E1, 0.39±0.03 m for E2, 0.39±0.08 m for E3, and 0.37±0.07 m for E4. The displacement before and after COM was 0.52±0.28 m for E1, 0.86±0.22 m for E2, 1.44±0.12 m for E3, and 1.86±0.13 m for E4. COM vertical displacement was 0.99±0.03 m for E1, 0.68±0.04 m for E2, 0.55±0.12 m for E3, and 0.31±0.01 m for E4. Third, the COM left and right velocity of apgulleochigi motion of Yongmoodo are -0.03±0.07 m/s for E1, 0.00±0.07 m/s for E2, -0.02±0.18 m/s for E3, and -0.13±0.33 m/s for E4. The velocity before and after COM was 0.69±0.22 m/s for E1, 0.86±0.18 m/s for E2, 1.56±0.52 m/s for E3, and 2.03±0.15 m/s for E4. The COM vertical speed was -0.36±0.15 m/s for E1, -0.89±0.17 m/s for E2, -1.19±0.44 m/s for E3, and -0.03±0.34 m/s for E4. Fourth, in the apgulleochigi motion of Yongmoodo, the maximum impact force generated by the hand closing to the ground was 1.76±0.25 BW. In summary, in the apgulleochigi motion of Yongmoodo, it would be advantageous to increase the duration of P1 and increase the impact speed upon landing in order to minimize the impact. In addition, it is judged that the impact force is reduced as the right arm is closer to the ground before the upper body is lowered and the vertical velocity of the COM is slowed down during an impact.
