        일개 신설종합병원 구성원의 조직문화인식이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

        Purposes: This study was to analyze the effects of organizational culture attributes on organizational effectiveness in newly established general hospital. Method: For this purpose, this study sampled 981 hospital employees working for E hospital opened on Apr. 1, 2019 in Seoul. A total of 981 questionnaires were distributed to them, and 888 ones responded to the survey, which had been conducted from Oct. 17, through Oct. 25, 2019. 793 responses were used for the final analysis. The data collected were processed using the SPSS 19.0K for descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearsonʼs correlation coefficient and regression analysis. Findings: First, The type of organizational culture perceived most by hospital employees was ʻhierarchy-orientedʼ(3.53) followed by ʻrelation-orientedʼ(3.33), ʻtask-orientedʼ(3.23), ʻinnovation-orientedʼ(3.19) and job satisfaction scored 3.13, organizational commitment scored 3.28 on their order.Second, ʻRelation-orientedʼ, ʻtask-orientedʼ and ʻinnovation-orientedʼ was positively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. hierarchy-orientedʼ was negatively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Third, Factors that significantly influencing on organizational effectiveness in a newly established general hospital were as follows. Factors influencing job satisfaction included ʻinnovation-orientedʼ, ʻrelation-orientedʼ and factors influencing organizational commitment included ʻrelation-orientedʼ, ʻinnovation-orientedʼ and age. Practical Implications: In order to increase the organizational effectiveness of the E-General Hospital, it is necessary to gradually move from a hierarchica l-oriented culture to an innovation-oriented and relationship-oriented culture. Since age also affects organizational commitment, it is necessary to promote stability and growth by promoting the mentor-menti system for new members with a low level of experience and experience.

        간호사의 목표관리[MBO]에 대한 인식과 간호조직의 유효성

        Purpose: It is a descriptive study to analyze correlation between the perception of management by objectives(MBO) and organizational effectiveness among clinical nurses. Methods: The subjects were 315 nurses at two hospitals (A and B) of C university, who have had more than 3.5 years of nursing experience. The survey instrument included two major concepts, Perception of MBO (29 items) and organizational effectiveness, which has three sub-concepts, job satisfaction (18 items), organizational commitment (12 items), and motivation (20 items). The data analyses included t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and Stepwise multiple regression. Result: The mean score of the perception of MBO was 3.13 out of 5. In organizational effectiveness, job satisfaction was 3.09, organizational commitment 3.25, and motivation 3.38. The perception of MBO had significantly positive correlation with job satisfaction(r=.71), organizational commitment(r=.65) and motivation(r=.61). The perception of MBO explained 50.4%, 42.4%, and 37.1% for job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and motivation respectively. Conclusions: The results show that the MBO affected the organizational effectiveness, and the MBO serves as a useful system to improve the organizational effectiveness in a nursing department.
