        면직물의 DP가공에 따른 역학적 성질의 변화

        Crosslinking reaction between DMDHEU and hydroxyl group of cellulose on cotton and polyester/cotton fabrics was carried out by the pad4ry-cure(PDC) method in the presence of acidic catalyst. Finished samples were evaluated for durable press(DP) and performance properties. Such analysis was done to investigate distribution of resin. Mechanical properties of fabrics were measured by the KES-FB System and the hand values were calculated from the data of mechanical properties. Effects of add-on(%) on the mechanical properties and the hand were compared. With the increase of add-on, DP rating and WRA increased until they reached over definite concentration and then decreased. Tear strength decreased and stiffiness increased. As add-on increased tensile properties, LT, n, and RT increased. Bending properties, B and 2HB, exhibited the tendency to increase and particularly in the P/C(65/35) blend fabrics, 2HB showed an increase to a great extent. The shearing properties, 6, 2HG, and 2HGS, increased and compression properties, LC, WC, and RC decreased. The surface properties, MIU, MMD and SUD, decreased. With the increase of add-on, stiwness, nispness and anti-drape stiwness increased and fullness & softness decreased.

        녹차색소의 특성과 염색성 (제1보) : 녹차색소의 성분과 특성 Components and Characteristics of Green Tea Colorants

        Colorants in green tea were extracted, freeze-dried and analyzed to investigate the possibility of using as a natural dye. Fractionation of the colorants was carried out by column chromatography. Colorants in green tea were eluted into five fractions. All the fractions except fraction F2 showed absorption peak at 280nm. Fraction F2 showed absorption peak at 270nm and broad peak at 350nm. From the IR analysis, it is speculated that fractions F2-F5, having similar structure but different molecular weight, are catechins. Silk fabrics dyed with fractions F1-F4 showed yellowish red color, while sample dyed with fraction F5 showed red color. The colorants from green tea infusion was applied to silk, wool, nylon, cotton, and rayon fabrics. It showed relatively good affinity to protein and polyamide fibers, but low affinity to cellulose and regenerated cellulose fibers.

        자초색소의 특성분석 및 염색성 (제1보) : 자초색소의 성분과 특성 Components and Characteristics of Gromwell Colorants

        Gromwell colorants were extracted with methanol and dried. Four fractions were obtained by silica gel adsorption column chromatography using step-wise elution method. Relative ratio of four fraction is 1.00:0.07:0.22:0.30(F1:F2:F3:F4) and gromwell colorants mainly consist of Fl, F3 and F4. IR analysis shows that each fraction has similar structure. Main component of gromwell extracts is arptyl derivative of naphthoquinone, and the rest are isobutyl derivative and isovaleryl derivative etc., in order. Gromwell colorants exhibit relatively good affinity to protein and polyamide fibers, but low affinity to cellulose and regenerated cellulose fibers.

        키토산을 이용한 면직물의 항균가공(I) - 탈아세틸화도에 따른 항균효과 -

        Cotton fabric was treated with chitosan solution to impart antimicrobial property. Effect of treatment conditions and degree of deacetylation of chitosan(DAC) on the antimicrobial property and the durability to laundering were examined. Five types of chitosan were used; similar molecular weight and different DAC as 65, 78, 84, 95, and 99 percent, respectively. Cotton fabric was impregnated with 0.1~1.0% chitosan solution at $25^{\circ}C$, pre-dried, and cured at 15$0^{\circ}C$ for 3 min or not cured. Antimicrobial activity was evaluated by the Shake Flask Method using Staphylococcus aureus. The durability to washing of finishing effect was examined by washing up to 20 times. Bacteria reduction rates of treated samples increased as the concentration of chitosan solution increased. The antimicrobial effect of chitosan increased with the increase of DAC; i.e., the increase of the number of amine group. The cured samples showed better durability to washing comparing with not-cured samples, and the curing effect on the durability to washing in-creased markedly as the concentration of chitosan solution increased.

        홍차색소의 견섬유에 대한 염색

        Dyeing properties of silk fabric with black tea colorants were investigated in terms of dye uptakes at various dyeing conditions and the effect of mordants on color change and colorfastness. Black tea colorants showed high affinity to silk and produced brown color. Two types of adsorption isotherm were obtained; Langmuir and Freundlich equilibrium at 360 nm and 460 run, respectively. Thus, it is considered that both of ionic and hydrogen bondings are involved in silk dyeing with black tea colorants. Dye uptake increased continuously as concentration of colorants increased. Brown color was not changed with mordant type except that Fe mordant produced dark brown color. Mordanting did not influence colorfastness of dyed silk significantly. Therefore, mordanting was not necessary in dyeing silk with black tea colorants.

        자초색소의 특성분석 및 염색성 (제3보) : 면섬유에 대한 자초색소의 염색성 Dyeing Properties of Cotton with Gromwell Colorants

        Dyeing properties of the colorants from gromwell on cotton fabric were investigated. The effects of dyeing conditions on dye uptake and the effects of mordants and mordanting methods on K/S value, color change and colorfastness were explored. Gromwell colorants showed low affinity to cotton fabric, and its adsorption isotherm was Freundlich type close to Langmuir type. Therefore, it was considered that hydrogen bonding and Vander Waals force were involved in the adsorption of gromwell colorants to cotton fabric. Pre-mordanting method except Sn mordant gave higher K/S value but it was not significant. Gromwell colorants produced mainly R and RP color on cotton fabric depending on mordants and mordanting method. Dyed cotton fabric showed generally high colorfastness irrespective of mordanting treatment Light colorfastness was increased by repeat dyeing and Fe and Sn mordanting.

        보육교사의 개인주의-집합주의 성향이 아동중심 보육관을 매개로 권리존중보육 실행에 미치는 영향

        연구목적: 본 연구는 보육교사의 개인주의-집합주의 성향이 아동중심 보육관을 매개로권리존중보육 실행에 영향을 미치는지 분석해 보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 방법: 수도권 소재 어린이집 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 회수된 384부의 자료에 대해 기술통계, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 보육교사의 수평적 개인주의와 수평적 집합주의 성향이 높을수록 아동중심 보육관이 높았으며, 아동중심 보육관을 매개로 권리존중 보육실행에 긍정적 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 보육교사가 영유아의 권리를 존중하는 보육을 실행하는 데에는 교사의 개인적 신념이 영향을 미치며, 특히 교사의 수평적 개인주의와 수평적 집합주의 성향이 긍정적인 관계를 보인다는 것이 밝혀졌다. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the individualism-collectivism tendency of childcare center teachers influences the rights respecting childcare execution through child-centered childcare beliefs. Methods: Questionnaires were distributed to 400 teachers in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi Province. 384 questionnaires were answered. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis. and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. Results: The results showed that the correlation between childcare teachers' subordinate factors of individualism-collectivism, vertical individualism, horizontal individualism, vertical collectivism, horizontal collectivism. child-centered childcare beliefs and respect for childcare execution were significant. Conclusions: In order to improve the quality of child-centered childcare beliefs, we need to understand the tendency of childcare teachers' individualism-collectivism in the role of teachers and to find out the influence of child-centered childcare beliefs to individual values on childcare rights. This study is significant in that there is a need for value education for children and respect for the rights of infants and toddlers.

And various colorfastnesses of dyed fabrics were evaluated for practical use. Gromwell colorants showed high affinity to silk and its isotherm adsorption curve was Freundlich type close to Nernst type. Therefore, it is considered that hydrogen bonding and Van der Waals force were involved in the adsorption of gromwell colorants to silk fabric. Post-mordanting method gave higher K/S value than other methods, but it was not significantly different color values from unmordanted one. Gromwell colorants produced mainly R and RP color depending on mordants and mordanting method. Dyed fabrics showed high colorfastness irrespective of mordanting treatment Light colorfastness was increased for repeatedly dyed and Fe mordanted dyed fabrics.

        Dyeing properties of silk fabric with green tea colorants were studied by investigating the effect of dyeing conditions, such as concentration, pH, dyeing temperature and time, on dye uptakes, and effect of mordants on color change and dye uptakes. And various colorfastnesses of dyed fabrics were evaluated for practical use. Green tea colorants showed relatively good affinity to silk fabric and produced yellowish red color. Langmuir adsorption isotherm was obtained. Therefore, it is considered that ionic bondings between colorants and silk fibers are formed. Mordants did not improve dye uptakes and affect color of dyed fabrics significantly. But mordanting adversely affected lightfastness of dyed fabrics. Regardless of mordanting, colorfastness to perspiration, especially in alkaline condition, of dyed fabrics showed low rating compared with other colorfastness, It is concluded that mordanting is not necessary for silk dyeing with green tea colorants.
