This study intends to offer tactical implications that can be used in Korean medicine hospitals through causal relationship analysis among factors focusing on image improvement. As a result of this study, this study has some practical implications that are as follows. Firstly, medical service quality was summed up to 4 factors such as medical staff, administration service, convenience facilities and medical environment. Secondly, it is necessary to maintain continuous control and improvement activities to medical service quality because medical service quality has effects on image as well as customer satisfaction. Thirdly, in order to increase better image, hospital medical staffs should treat patients kindly and respond their needs promptly. Also it is evitable to keep sufficient and kind explanation, and clean and proper medical examination environment. Fourthly, in terms of total effect, four quality factors had effects on revisit intention through image and customer satisfaction. It shows that Image improvement is serious issue in terms of hospital marketing. Lastly, the present study has some limitations that need additional research in the near future.

농촌 지역 여성 노인의 생활 스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향과 심리적 복지감의 조절 효과

This study investigates whether or not daily stress has any impact on depression in female seniors in rural communities and whether or not psychological wellbeing plays a buffer role. A survey was conducted among homebound seniors living in three counties in the Gyeongsangbuk-do region (G, U, and Y counties), from March 13 to May 22, 2019. The data collected from 315 subjects were then analyzed. The results predicted that, among the demographic characteristics, the marital status, the state of health, the standard of living, and education had effects on depression in the order mentioned, and that, among the daily stress variables, the family issue, financial issue, housing issue, and feeling of loss had an impact on depression in the order mentioned. The moderating effects that buffered depression were predicted to be the interaction terms of psychological wellbeing, namely, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and sense of purpose in the order mentioned. The results imply that the higher the psychological wellbeing, the greater moderating impact daily stress could have on depression. Therefore, it is important to develop a buffer program and a consultation or educational program based on emotional and psychological stability to prevent and manage depression.

중년 여성의 부부 친밀감이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향과 가족 보호 요인의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors influencing the quality of life of middle-aged women and the mediating effect of family protection factor. For that, the data, obtained from 347 respondents in a survey of middle-aged women residing in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, which was conducted from November 22, to December 25, 2019, were analyzed. The results of the analysis showed that the quality of life was affected by the number of children, occupation, and financial condition among the general characteristics, while the factors influencing the quality of life was the perceptual and emotional intimacy, the sub- variable of marital intimacy. The family protection factor was found to be the partial mediating factor between marital intimacy and quality of life. In the verification of specific mediating effect, the fewer stress and adaptive evaluation, the sub-variables, were found to be the partial mediating factors. Those results suggested that the family-related factor affected the quality of life of middle-aged women significantly, and therefore, social welfare-based approach would be needed to induce formation of positive family relationship.

Teachers have been excluded from doing educational research for a long time because researchers only were qualified to have specialized knowledges and skills in doing research. Recently, however, there seems to be an evolving movement which proposes `teacher research,` research by teachers themselves. That is, teachers are expected to do research their problems and concerns which must have been emerged from their own teaching experience in class and find some significant implications for educational reform from those researches. There are several types of teacher research. This paper focusses on collaborative type of research between teachers and researchers. The collaborative research between teachers and researchers has special significance which we cannot obtain from other types of teacher research. Although teachers and researchers have different culture and social expectancy to each other, these differences rather can contribute to create a new productive horizon by compromising each other`s weakness and limits. But this collaborative type of research is not so easy as to accomplish in real situation First of all, we might need to recover the trusting relations between teachers and researchers to get a really valuable consequence.

심리적 권한위임이 노인요양병원 종사자의 자발적 서비스태도에 미치는 영향: LMX의 조절효과

Purpose: This research intended to explore a causal relationship among empowerment, job satisfaction, organizational citizen behavior, and customer orientation of employees working at the elderly care hospital, and we intended to explore mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational citizen behavior(OCB) and moderating role in the relationship of them. Methods: A survey tool was questionnaire that had obtained validity and reliability through literature survey and pretest survey, and sample 388 was analyzed through SEM using SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0. Results: All theoretical relationships on research model were turned out except one between empowerment and customer orientation. Job satisfaction and organizational citizen behavior play an important mediating role in the research model. LMX plays a moderating role in the research model. Conclusion: In order to delegate the duties of the elderly nursing facility and to manage and operate the efficient human resources, the quality of the LMX should be raised so that the empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of the employees ultimately strengthen the customer orientation of them.
