        20대 성인 남녀 발의 형태분류와 유형별 특성 분석

        For a ideal construction of shoes, the exact analysis for shape and size of foot is necessary. This study was performed to classify and analyze the foot types of young males and females. For this, methods of cluster analysis, correspondence ananlysis and value of proportion were used. The subjects were 414 college students and 36 items, weight(1 item), height(8 items), length(6 items), breadth(6 items), girth(7 items), depth(3 items), slope(5 items) on foot were measured. The fundamental results of the study were as follows ; Difference in foot shape between men's and women's feet was not found below ankle girth. Based on cluster analysis the shapes of foot were classified into five groups, small but relatively slim group, small but relatively barrel group, middle group, large but relatively slim group and large but relatively barrel group. The types of foot had the distinguished dominant characteristics according to sex, weight and height. The results of this study show that there must be the suitable design of shoes for each foot type.

        In this thesis I come to the result of foot types and size with 43 items in the right of 43 measures items through whole body parts objectifing unmarried 101 young college women. The results were as follows: 1. In interrelationship among measured items I found foot's vertical items were come to the point which is the closest to degree so much as level items related body's even items. 2. Factors drawn from principle factor method were three following this: factor first is related in length, factor second in related in circumference, and factors third is related in height. Under the factors three items I could draw the variable number ration to degree of 84.4% in total variable number ration. 3. The result from Regression Analysis the main factors in foot circumference were shawn by sphyrion height, instep circumference, joint circumference, foot length were foot length(1), inner plantar arch length, foot breadth and foot breadth were foot length(1), instep circumference and joint circumference. 4. Using Stepwise Regression I could draw adquate models: in instep height was shawn by patella center height, lateral height, instep slope, ball angle, and great toe angle: in foot length was shawn by long toe length, foot breadth, inner plantar arch length, outer plantar arch length, ball angle: in foot breadth was shawn by patella center height, foot circumference, instep height, short heel circumference, sphyrion height, foot length(1), outer plantar arch length, and great toe angle.
