        전자ㆍ통신 분야에서 중소기업 규모에 따른 내ㆍ외부 혁신활동이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The Purpose of this study is to empirically examine the impact of various internal and external innovation activities of SMEs on their innovation performances in the field of electronics and communication industry. Drawing upon the literature review, internal and external innovation activities are defined and conceptualized, and independent, dependent and moderator variables are developed. We have used survey-based data for this study from the survey of technology innovation activities in manufacturing industry, which was conducted by the Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI) in 2010. The main result of this study shows that there were no significant differences in the impact of innovation activities on market performance according to the size of SMEs. On the other hands, we found that there were significant differences in the impact of innovation activities on technological innovation performance according to the size of SMEs. Therefore, in order to make high technological innovation performance, companies in the field of electronics and communication industry need to properly implement the internal and external innovation activities by considering their size.

        청소년의 애착이 자기효능감을 매개로 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 현재 시행되고 있는 청소년 진로 관련 프로그램의 효과성을 높이는데 이론적 배경을 제공함으로써 청소년 진로성숙 발달에 기여하기 위한 목적으로 한국청소년패널조사(KYPS) 4차년도 자료를 분석하였으며 애착이 자기효능감을 매개로 진로성숙도에 미치는 경로와 성별에 따른 경로차이를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 얻은 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 부모애착과 친구애착의 경우에는 진로성숙도에 정적인 영향을, 교사애착은 부적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 애착은 자기효능감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 자기효능감은 진로성숙도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 부모애착과 진로성숙도 간에서는 완전매개를, 친구애착, 교사애착과 진로성숙도 간에서는 부분매개를 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 각 변인들 간의 성별차이를 살펴본 결과, 부모애착과 진로성숙도의 경우에는 여학생이, 친구애착과 자기효능감의 경우에는 남학생이 유의하게 높았다. 마지막으로 애착이 자기효능감을 매개하여 진로성숙에 이르는 구조모형은 남학생과 여학생의 차이가 없었으며, 개별경로를 검증한 결과에서는 부모애착에서 자기효능감에 이르는 한개경로에서 여학생의 경우 그 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 진로성숙도를 높이기 위한 프로그램에서 자기효능감의 증진의 필요성과 성별에 따른 진로프로그램의 필요성을 제시하였다. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of attachment on career maturity mediated by self-efficacy. The moderating effect of gender was also considered. This study utilized structural equation modeling of the fourth wave of data from Korea Youth Panel Survey administered by National Youth Policy Institutes. The results of this study were as follows: First, the influences of attachment on career maturity were statistically significant. High levels of parental attachment and peer attachment increased the level of career maturity. However, teacher attachment had a negative effect on career maturity. Second, attachment had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Third, self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on career maturity. Fourth, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was significant in pathway from attachment to career maturity. Fifth, several gender differences were discovered in the levels of variables. Parental attachment and career maturity of female were significantly higher than those of male. However, peer attachment and self-efficacy of male were higher than those of female. Finally, there was no significant difference by gender in terms of the effect of attachment on career maturity mediated by self-efficacy. However, the path coefficient from parental attachment to self-efficacy showed a gender difference. Based on these study findings, practice implications for career education program were suggested.

        인공지능 기술에 관한 가트너 하이프사이클의 네트워크 집단구조 특성 및 확산패턴에 관한 연구

        It is important to preempt new technology because the technology competition is getting much tougher. Stakeholders conduct exploration activities continuously for new technology preoccupancy at the right time. Gartners Hype Cycle has significant implications for stakeholders. The Hype Cycle is a expectation graph for new technologies which is combining the technology life cycle (S-curve) with the Hype Level. Stakeholders such as R&D investor, CTO(Chef of Technology Officer) and technical personnel are very interested in Gartners Hype Cycle for new technologies. Because high expectation for new technologies can bring opportunities to maintain investment by securing the legitimacy of R&D investment. However, contrary to the high interest of the industry, the preceding researches faced with limitations aspect of empirical method and source data(news, academic papers, search traffic, patent etc.). In this study, we focused on two research questions. The first research question was Is there a difference in the characteristics of the network structure at each stage of the hype cycle?. To confirm the first research question, the structural characteristics of each stage were confirmed through the component cohesion size. The second research question is ‘Is there a pattern of diffusion at each stage of the hype cycle?’. This research question was to be solved through centralization index and network density. The centralization index is a concept of variance, and a higher centralization index means that a small number of nodes are centered in the network. Concentration of a small number of nodes means a star network structure. In the network structure, the star network structure is a centralized structure and shows better diffusion performance than a decentralized network (circle structure). Because the nodes which are the center of information transfer can judge useful information and deliver it to other nodes the fastest. So we confirmed the out-degree centralization index and in-degree centralization index for each stage. For this purpose, we confirmed the structural features of the community and the expectation diffusion patterns using Social Network Serice(SNS) data in Gartner Hype Cycle for Artificial Intelligence, 2021. Twitter data for 30 technologies (excluding four technologies) listed in Gartner Hype Cycle for Artificial Intelligence, 2021 were analyzed. Analysis was performed using R program (4.1.1 ver) and Cyram Netminer. From October 31, 2021 to November 9, 2021, 6,766 tweets were searched through the Twitter API, and converting the relationship users tweet(Source) and users retweets (Target). As a result, 4,124 edgelists were analyzed. As a reult of the study, we confirmed the structural features and diffusion patterns through analyze the component cohesion size and degree centralization and density. Through this study, we confirmed that the groups of each stage increased number of components as time passed and the density decreased. Also Innovation Trigger which is a group interested in new technologies as a early adopter in the innovation diffusion theory had high out-degree centralization index and the others had higher in-degree centralization index than out-degree. It can be inferred that Innovation Trigger group has the biggest influence, and the diffusion will gradually slow down from the subsequent groups. In this study, network analysis was conducted using social network service data unlike methods of the precedent researches. This is significant in that it provided an idea to expand the method of analysis when analyzing Gartners hype cycle in the future. In addition, the fact that the innovation diffusion theory was applied to the Gartners hype cycles stage in artificial intelligence can be evaluated positively because the Gartner hype cycle has been repeatedly discussed as a theoretical weakness.         성폭력 피해자 지원체계 및 서비스 실태와 개선방안: 성폭력 상담소 및 보호시설 종사자를 중심으로

        본 연구는 성폭력 피해자에게 직접 서비스를 제공하는 성폭력 상담소 및 보호시설 종사자를 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 성폭력 피해자 지원체계 및 서비스 실태를 파악하고 효과적인 지원방안을 모색함으로써 성폭력 피해자를 위한 서비스 및 지원체계 개선을 위한 실천적ㆍ정책적 함의를 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 성폭력 피해 지원체계 및 서비스의 문제점으로는 형사사법기관의 성폭력에 대한 인식 부족, 기관 간 역할의 중복 및 연계의 어려움, 부족한 예산과 인력 확보의 어려움, 그리고 종사자에 대한 낮은 처우, 피해자의 다양한 욕구에 맞춘 지원서비스의 부재, 의료지원서비스의 문제점, 사례관리나 사후관리의 미비 등을 제기하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 성폭력 피해자 지원체계와 관련하여 경찰, 검찰 및 법원의 인식 개선, 기관 간 역할 및 지원체계 확립, 인력 및 예산 확보와 종사자 처우개선의 필요성을 시사한다. 또한 피해자 지원서비스는 상담 서비스의 전문화 및 다양화가 필요하며, 의료서비스의 현실화와 더불어 지속적이고 체계적인 지원서비스가 이루어져야 한다. This study aims to provide clinical and policy implications for the improvement of services and support infrastructure for sexual assault victims by analyzing current conditions and exploring effective improvement strategies. For this purpose, a focus group interview was conducted with workers in the agencies that offer support services to sexual assault victims. Several issues and problems were discovered in the support service infrastructure: Low level of perception on sexual assault among criminal justice officers, overlapping roles among different organizations due to lack of collaboration and communication among them, poor working condition of the workers, lack of support services that consider various different needs of the clients, insufficient case management and follow-up services, and inadequate medical service offerings. Based on the findings, some countermeasures were suggested for the improvement of the infrastructure. Improving the level of perception on sexual assault of officers, establishing a support system and designating a clear role for each type of service organizations and stakeholders, and increasing budget and personnel were presented as possible remedies. Furthermore, to improve the client service quality, specialization and diversification in the types of counseling services, rationalization of the sub-par quality level of current medical services, and provision of more systematic and longer-term on-going services were suggested.
