        간호대학생의 대학생활 적응 영향요인

        The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing college life adaptation of nursing students. Data were collected with a structured questionaries from 251 nursing students. The data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 21.0. A correlation of interpersonal relation, ego resiliency, self- leadership and degree of adaptation to college life showed positive correlation. There was a significant difference in college life adaptation according to interpersonal relation, self leadership, residential types, major satisfaction. The total explanatory power was 49.6% and the explanatory power of the degree of interpersonal relation (β=.570) was found to be the greatest than that of other factors. In order to help nursing college students to adapt to college life well, it will be necessary to provide the intervention to increase the degree of interpersonal relati on and to provide the intervention depending on self leadership, residential types, major satisfaction.

        간호대학생의 임상입문실습 경험

        This study was conducted to discover the meaning and the essential structure of the experiences of nursing students' introductory clinical practice. The participants were eight nursing students who had carried out the introductory clinical practice at a hospital. The data was collected from July 15 2019 to July 31, 2019 through focus group discussions and in-depth individual interviews using non-structured questionnaires. The data was analyzed by Colaizzi's phenomenological analysis methodology. The introductory clinical practice experienced by nursing students was categorized as followed: 'Feel worried and concern about expectations at the same time', 'Hospital experience as reality', 'Becoming accustomed to complexed emotion's, 'The first step of becoming a nurse', and 'Preparation for the future'. The five categories were expanded in the same context according to time. The essential structure of the clinical introductory practice experiences of the nursing students revealed by the study is that they begin to practice feeling worried and concerned about expectations, and concern about experience and adaption to various situations, emotions and preparation for the future. Based on the results obtained from this study, it is necessary to develop a realistic and effective education program before starting clinical practice 본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상입문실습 경험의 의미와 본질적 구조를 밝히기 위해 진행된 현상학적 연구이다. 자료수집은 2019년 7월 15일부터 31일까지 진행되었으며, U광역시에 소재한 일개 대학교의 간호학과 학생 중 임상입문실습을 마친 8명을 대상으로 하여 포커스 그룹 토론과 심층면담을 통해 이루어졌다. 참여자들은 비구조화된 질문을 통해 실습의 전반적인 과정 중에 겪은 상황과 환경, 감정 등을 구체적으로 진술하였다. Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법을 이용하여 분석한 간호대학생의 임상입문실습 경험은 의미 있는 진술로부터 41개의 주제와 17개의 주제모음, 5개의 범주인 ‘걱정과 기대가 함께 함’, ‘병원이 현실로 다가옴’, ‘감정의 혼재 끝에 적응함’, ‘되어감의 첫 단계’, ‘미래를 준비함’으로 구성되었고, 도출된 범주는 실습 중 시간의 흐름에 따라 하나의 맥락 속에서 전개되었다. 연구결과 밝혀진 간호대학생의 임상입문실습 경험은 기대와 걱정되는 상태에서 실습을 시작하여 다양한 상황과 감정을 경험하면서 적응하고 미래를 준비하게 되는 본질적 구조로 이루어졌다. 연구는 1,000시간 이상 시행되어야 하는 임상실습의 시작 시점에서 시행되었으므로 그 결과는 앞으로 이루어질 간호대학생의 임상실습 적응을 위한 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 판단되며, 이를 기반으로 간호대학생의 실습을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

        시설노인의 자아존중감과 우울

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify levels of self-esteem and depression in the elders who are residents in welfare facilities and to provide basic data for developing nursing intervention programs for these people. Methods: The participants in this study were 192 older people who scored 24 or higher on the K-MMSE (Korean-Mini Mental State Examination), and have lived for three months or more in one of 4 institutions located in B Metropolitan City. The data were collected by structured questionnaire from August 1 to 20 2006 and frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data with the SPSS/12.0 program. Results: 1. The score for self-esteem of the participants was 33.70± 7.20 (tool range: 10-50), and for depression, 6.57±3.98 (tool range: 0-15). 2. There was a slightly negative correlation between self-esteem and depression (r=-.388, p=.000). 3. There were significant differences in self-esteem according to education level (F=4.486, p= .012), and level of intention to be admitted to facility (F=7.504, p=-.000). 4. There was significant difference in depression according to education level (F=3.832, p=.023), type of religion (F=3.837, p= .005), level of intention to be admitted to facility (F=7.987, p=.000). Conclusion: This study might help in developing nursing intervention programs to improve self-esteem and reduce depression these elders.

        임상간호사의 윤리적 의사결정 자신감 영향요인

        본 연구의 목적은 임상간호사의 윤리적 의사결정 자신감 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 임상간호사 125명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2014년 11월 10일부터 동년 11월 29일까지였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0. 프로그램을 이용하여 실수와 백분율 평균, 평균평점과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA와 Scheffe’s test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients 및 stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 임상간호사의 제 특성에 따른 윤리적 딜레마 정도는 연령(F=3.14, p=.017)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감 정도는 교육정도(F=7.36, p<.001), 임상경력(t=-2.31, p=.024), 윤리강령 인지여부(t=3.17, p=.002)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 윤리적 의사결정 자신감은 윤리적 가치관과 정적인 상관관계를 보여 주었다(r=.25, p<.001). 윤리적 의사결정 자신감은 윤리적 가치관, 교육정도, 윤리강령 인지여부에 따라서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 전체 설명력은 15%였으며, 다른 영향요인 보다 가장 큰 영향력은 윤리적 가치관 (=.28) 으로 나타났다. 따라서 임상간호사의 윤리적 의사결정 자신감을 향상시키기 위해서는 윤리적 가치관, 교육정도, 윤리강령에 대한 지식 정도를 향상시켜야 할 필요가 있을 것이다. 따라서 임상간호사의 윤리적 의사결정 자신감을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램의 실행이 필요하다. This study examines ethical confidence among clinical nurses. Data were collected from the 10th to 29th November 2014 with a structured questionnaire from 125 clinical nurses. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 21.0. to obtain percentage, average, mean rating, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe"s test, Pearson"s correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. The degree of ethical confidence in research targets showed remarkable differences statistically by age (F=3.14, p=.017), education (F=7.36, p<.001), career duration (t=-2.31, p=.024), and code of ethics knowledge (t=-3.17, p=.002). Ethical Confidence was positively correlated, r=.25(p<.001) with the degree of ethical values. There was a significant difference in Ethical Confidence by ethical value, education, and code of ethics knowledge. The total explanatory power was 15.0% and the explanatory power of the degree of ethical value(β=.28) was greater than other factors. To help clinical nurses improve ethical confidence, interventions should be provided to increase ethical value, education, and knowledge about the code of ethics. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement such programs to improve ethical confidence in clinical nurses.

      • 여성 독거노인의 외로움 경험

        Purpose: This is a phenomenological study exploring experiences of loneliness among older women adults who are living alone. Methods: Study participants were eight older adults who are living alone and they shared their experiences of loneliness. Data were analyzed by the Colaizzi’ phenomenological method. In-depth personal interviews were done from May 1 to August 1, 2014. Results: Based on this study, 5 categories and 10 cluster of themes were emerged. The 5 categories were as followed: preparing death alone, living alone, missing people, feeling sorry for uncaring children, and seeking something to lean on. Conclusion: This study implied that older women adults who are living alone suffer from sorrowfulness and preparing their end of life in sorrow. Therefore, we should reflect the identified meanings of the loneliness in this study to create support systems for older women adults living alone in the community.
