The waterproof construction for walls and floor in the underground parking lot in the construction of the apartment buildings have been excluded to the introduction of the waterproof design until now, because of the shorten construction period and the reduced construction costs. The concrete structures are existed to the joints in the vertical or horizontal parts commonly. In case of cracks, there are generated due to behavior by subsidence and external changing temperature environment. The cracks are generated by the frequent water leaks. So, the repair methods of the water leaks are proposed as the quick micro-cement and the polyacrylic resin in this study.

The test method to be developed is to determine whether the waterproof layer applied to the leak-prone part such as cracks and joints has defects such as tearing or lifting of the waterproof layer due to the influence generated from the behavior of the structure under complex deterioration conditions. This is to evaluate the performance of the waterproofing method afterwards. Therefore, by notifying only the pass or fail, the unique mechanical properties of the material or method used are notified to the test client to limit the physical properties of the test body, thereby determining and supplementing the weaknesses of the user material in advance to improve the high quality. We want to prevent damage from water leakage through production and distribution of materials.

Although many waterproofing materials and techniques have been developed and applied, there is still a leakage in concrete structures. The main reason for the failure of waterproofing is due to the lack of consideration of the environmental conditions and the inconsistent performance requirement of the waterproofing materials in response to the complexity of the environmental conditions., and materials that are unsuitable to the environment are still being selected for usage due to their low price. Moreover, there is no valid test assessment for waterproofing materials to be used prior to actual application in the construction site. The development of a testing method and apparatus that can evaluate the composite waterproofing method is proposed in this paper and an interpretation method that can analyze the results of the evaluation.

The accidents of oil leakage is increasing in the Underground Concrete structures for Oil Storege. In the result, the waterproofing in the underground structures is melt down and cannot fulfil its Performance. This study shows an experimental study on the effects of the oil leakage to on the performance of waterproofing Materials. In order to investigate the actual condition and the problems, a comparative analyses were conducted considering the various types of leakage. Utilizing the obtained results as the basic data for test methods and the standard of quality, we intended to propose a strategy to develop an innovated waterproofing Materials and improved the clean environment of underground structures.
