기존의 연구를 통하여 우리나라 실정에 맞게 제안된 통신망의 고정 라우팅(Fixed Routing)방법은 링크 또는 노드 오류 등이 발생할 경우에는 심각한 망 분리 현상이 일어나게 된다. 따라서 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위해서는, 링크 또는 노드 오류 등이 발생할 경우에도 동작이 가능하고 대체 경로를 사용할 수 있는 동적 경로 설정 (Dynamic Routing) 방법의 적용이 필요하다. 전광 통신망에서는 각 중간 노드들에서 라우팅 테이블을 읽어서 동작하는 종래의 역동적 라우팅 방법은 적용이 불가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Hot-Potato 라우팅 알고리즘을 우리나라 실정에 맞는 전광 전달망 모델에 적용하여 신뢰성 있는 WDM 광전달망의 구성을 제안한다. 통신망의 성능 특성을 비교 분석하기 위하여 SLAM Ⅱ를 이용하여 시뮬레이터를 개발 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 각 노드의 트래픽 발생 분포는 인구 분포를 고려하여 발생시켰다.

Following the 1997`s economic crisis in Korea, there was a large fall and a quick recovery in the quality of jobs and the regional disparity in the quality of jobs had widened. No research, however, has been done regarding this issue. This paper, using KLIPS data, investigates the determinants and the impact of the economic crisis of 1997 on the quality of jobs of working household heads, and the changes in the disparity in the quality of jobs between six regions. Education, sex, type of job, firm size, permanent job, and region play key roles in holding a good job. The impact of the crisis on Non-Seoul, especially Kyungbuk and Daegu area was most severe and the recovery in the quality of jobs showed regional diaparity as well. The regional disparity, therefore, had widened over the ten year period.

Korean government, desperate in creating more jobs, recently has initiated various employment policies including ``2020 National Employment Strategy` and has mandated local governments`` ``Public Announcement of New Job Creation`` aiming at creating more jobs in Korea. Most local governments, however, are concentrating on increasing number of jobs but ignoring quality of jobs, which can be detrimental to future jobs in Korea. In order to maintain ``good jobs`` in Korea, we need to understand the factors which can help us creating ``good jobs`` and cause transition between ``good jobs`` and ``not good jobs``. In this study, using KLIPS data, we analyzed the determining factors of ``good jobs`` and transition between ``good jobs`` and ``not good jobs`` during 1997 and 2007 using logit model and derived political implication from the results. The findings are as follows: First, education level, sex, job categories, and previous year`s job quality affects the probability of holding good job. Second, female, blue collar, small size enterprises, nonregular workers, and those with ``not good jobs`` in previous year have lower probability of getting goods. Third, there isn`t any significant regional effects on the transition between ``good jobs`` and ``not good jobs``.

Korean government has been promoting part-time jobs for women and elderly people to achieve 70% employment rate goal. This paper examines the determinants of women’s part-time job selection and reservation wage in Korea using probit analysis and survey data on women in Jeollabuk-do province. This study derived policy implications for promoting part-time jobs among women based on the empirical results. First, government needs to develop policies including incentives for women as well as small enterprises to promote women’s labor force participation. Second, government should develop suitable part-time jobs for women and rearrange systems including building infrastructures for suitable part-time jobs for women.
청년층 일자리 미스매치 완화를 위한 좋은 일자리 특성의 가치 추정 연구

Due to the fact that wage, job stability, vision, social status, and working conditions are important determinants of ``good job`` in making job choice and main causes of job mismatch, there is a strong need for estimating the values and importance of these ``good job`` characteristics. This paper aims to estimate the values of ``good job`` characteristics using job choice models of large corporation and small and medium enterprises, capital region and non-capital area, and public enterprise and private corporations, and to derive policy implications. In order to achieve the goal, this study collected and utilized data of socioeconomic variables as well as variables of job choice determinants from college students of non-capital region by survey method and used binomial logit model. The findings suggest that ``good job`` characteristics play important roles in determining job choices, and the importance of these variables is in the order of job stability, vision, working conditions, social status, and living environment. Policy implications are suggested.
