        초․중학생 창의성 영재 선발 검사에 나타난 창의성 요인별 특성 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 초등학교와 중학교의 영재학생들을 대상으로 TTCT(Torrance Test of Creative Thinking)를 실시하여 창의성 영재를 선발하고, 선발된 창의성 영재들의 창의적 특성들이 초등학생과 중학생 간, 수학영재와 과학영재 간 어떤 차이가 있는가를 밝힘으로써 창의성 영재들의 창의적 특성을 규명해 보려는 것이다. 이를 위해 전라북도교육청 산하 17개 영재교육원 학생 중 수퍼영재교육을 희망한 594명을 대상으로 창의성 영재를 선발, 초등학생과 중학생의 창의성 요인의 차이검증(t-test), 수학영재와 과학영재의 창의성 요인의 차이검증(t-test), 창의성 영재선발에 영향을 미치는 창의성 요인들의 초·중학생 간 및 수학영재·과학영재 간 차이검증(중다회귀분석)을 하였다. 연구결과, TTCT는 창의성 영재 선발과 탈락을 변별하는 역량이 있으나, 창의성 요인 중 ‘유창성’과 ‘독창성’, ‘유창성’과 ‘정교성’ 간에는 각각 .78, .50의 상관계수를 보여 창의성 요인의 고유성이 낮을 가능성이 발견되었다. 또 중학생은 초등학생에 비해 유창성(원 그림)과 정교성 요인(그림구성, 그림완성, 원 그림), 제목의 추상성(그림구성)이 유의하게 낮으며, 과학 영재는 수학영재에 비해 독창성(그림구성)과 정교성(그림구성, 그림완성, 원 그림) 요인에서 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 따라서 창의성 영재 선발을 위한 검사의 타당도를 높이기 위한 방법이 계속 연구되어야 하며, 학년이 높아지면서 창의성이 낮아지는 문제의 해결방법과 교과별 영재의 창의성을 기르기 위한 방안이 모색될 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to verify the validity of a creativity measurement tool and to discover the creativity characteristics of creative gifted students by assessing the difference in the creativity characteristics of creative gifted students, who were selected from gifted students in elementary and middle schools through the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking(TTCT), according to school level and the type of the students (gifted student in mathematics, gifted student in science). To this research purpose, creative gifted students were selected by the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking(TTCT) on 594 students, who had applied for super gifted education, from 17 gifted students institutes under the jurisdiction of Jeollabukdo office of education, Then, t-tests and multiple regression analysis were performed to analyze the creativity factors between elementary students and middle school students and between mathematics-gifted students and science-gifted students. From the research, the following results were obtained. Although TTCT is effective in distinguishing gifted students with and without creativity, correlation coefficient values between creativity factors(the correlation coefficients between ‘fluency’ and ‘originality’ and between ‘fluency’ and ‘elaboration’ were .78 and .50 respectively) suggested the possibility of low uniqueness of creativity factors. In addition, compared with elementary students, middle school students showed significantly lower fluency (circles), elaboration(picture construction, picture completion), and the abstractness of titles(picture structure). In the meantime, science-gifted students displayed significantly higher originality(picture construction), and elaboration(picture construction, picture completion, circles) than mathematics-gifted students. Therefore, continuous study is required to enhance the validity of the test for the selection of creativity gifted students. Besides, efforts should be made to find ways to enhance the creativity of gifted students and to resolve the problem of decreasing creativity with student academic level increasing.

        외국인 근로자의 한국어 능력과 사회적 지지가한국생활 적응에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the effect of Korean linguistic ability and social support onadjustment of foreign workers in Korea. According to pre-studies, Korean linguisticability and social support are very important factors on adjustment to multiculturalforeigner and multicultural families in Korea. Research problems are as follows. First, are there any significance relations between life adjustment and social support offoreign workers living in Korea? Second, are there any significance relations betweenlife adjustment and Korean linguistic ability of foreign workers living in Korea? Third,which variables among linguistic abilities and social supports are more effect to lifeadjustment of foreign workers living in Korea?The explore these research problems, survey on 'The questionnaire of social supportand life adjustment' and test of Korea linguistic ability on the Writing ability, speakingability, and these both ability of 68 foreign workers living in Jeonbuk, and the data wasstatistical analysis such as t-test, multiple regression analysis. The result show that Korean linguistic ability and social support are relatively highrelations to life adjustment of foreign workers. And, most important factor in lifeadjustment is Korean speaking ability of foreign workers.

      • 사범대학 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초 연구 : 교육실습생들의 실습과정에서 나타난 교직수행의 난점과 만족도 분석

        The purpose of this study is to get the implications and insight for curriculum development of college of education through the data analysis on difficulties and satisfaction on teachers' role practice of student teachers and its perceptions of guidance teacher of student teacher. Structured questionnaire were administered to 216 student teachers and 109 guidance teacher of student teacher of 58 middle and 51 high school in Jeon-Buk. According to this studies, student teachers and guidance teacher of student teacher were recognized shortcomings about the subject teaching ability, ability of student guidance and counseling of student teachers. And guidance teacher of student teacher were perceived dissatisfaction in classroom management practice and practice of student guidance and counseling of student teachers. Student teachers were responded dissatisfaction in practice of student guidance and counseling, subject teaching practice of themselves. These research findings are suggestion that what is serious considerations in curricula development of college of education.
